Yes a second is another person. Rilla could have been someones second if they wanted. Npc's are also for story purposes but can be killed.
Who would want Rilla as their second? Pft.
The only two npcs I would have would be The God Of Form, whom Shin serves, and LeeRoy. But I intentionally left LeeRoy out.
From the looks of things, I wouldn't want to be Leeroy and be involved anyways, with Shin trying to kill him and whatnot.

@GreivousKhan Do we even have rooms? From what I've read so far, all I see is one giant creepy throne room.
which reminds me, of my NPCs. one is a plain ole human. No powers, just pretty darn smart. The other would have the fiery aura of a fox. ;)

@GreivousKhan Nope, my post is in process. It's written for me to arrive at the same time as everyone else though. I would have it done already but basically pulled a double at work. Just got home actually. I'll be posting in a bit.
