Oh, I like this! Count me in, one hundred percent. Most of my preliminary questions seem to have been answered already, but I have a couple:

1. So, I get that we're students in this academy and all, but I'm guessing there's going to be some kind of conflict that comes up at the beginning? In my experience, academy-style RPs die faster than mayflies without a story that draws the characters together... Not necessarily having something for them to fight, just something for them to do other than go to class and have schoolyard drama. I'm just saying, if it's only supposed to be about personal discovery and enlightenment through magic... It might not work out.

2. Most the magical disciplines are straightforward enough, but does Ouramancy include, say, speaking to the dead ("human spirits")? Maybe just restless spirits trapped on the physical plane? And, which of the energies would be expended by speaking to a Divine Spirit or a Devil? Sakra?
Hmm, I got the impression that it was still definitely rooted in the Fallout universe, not an amalgam of post-apocalyptic worlds. Metro 2033 and the stories of Dick are simply influences, helping to set the tone...
Well, Pellegrino said four, and with me, we have four already. Besides, I've seen Fallout RPs get quite a bit of interest here. It just depends on who's surfing the Interest Checks...

Anyway, I think I have an interesting character idea for this era... :) Hopefully, we'll have enough people for an OOC soon.
:) Yeah, I was waiting for you to bring her in. Oak and Olive are just the gate guards, they can't leave their posts.
It's simply unrealistic, Rare. If you were a cop, you would have gone through training, with your firearm and otherwise... And the threat of death is a lot scarier than you think. If someone was actually trying to kill you, and you still had use of your firearm, I assure you that you would not allow that person to stab you to death. It would be reflex, as much as anything, but you would not lay on the ground to die.
It's still tragic, Gwazi. This whole situation is tragic.
:( Suicide by cop...
I like you sometimes, Prince. I really do. Damn. Thank you.
As I said, Gwazi, I'm not weighing in on the case. Just on the "shoot to wound" problem. I'm glad that it has been (basically) resolved.
Fantastic. Thank you, Lynx, Carrot, and I'll be looking forward to your character, shamrock!

(Hopefully, Kilt will also be back soon.)
