Silly stuff. Like one time, a weapons shipment was late. People thought it got pirated or hijacked and robbed. Turns out, the guy just stopped for food at his favorite diner on a world on the way when he shouldn't have, and that diner was what was getting held up with him in the bathroom hiding.

It’s an interesting concept for me, especially for those who don’t specifically watch over multiple dimensions like the IA.

A society’s technical prowess is very important in that. Watching dimensions for the IA can be comparable in effort to a society of a single planet just because of how different their capabilities are.
