▾ Personality:
Mags is rather hard to understand, though she does carry some typical traits of a teenager in a small town. Wants so badly to get out, practices some reckless (and rather illegal) things, smart and promising. She can be shy to those she deems untrustworthy or suspicious, feigning her hesitancy to speak or do as anxiety or uncertainty. In reality, she just doesn't do well with trust. And the murder has done nothing to help, only making her even more selective of who she surrounds herself with. Those who do know her well could tell you that she is intelligent yet quiet still, only speaking when she finds it worth the eftort. She is flexible and willing to listen to other people's ideas, but the majority of the time, in the end, she accepts her own conclusion of the situation. Try to challenge her after she has made up her mind and her horns come out, along with her cold anger
▾ Hobbies & Interests:
She has always loved Harry Potter and reading in general. She really only delves in fiction like fantasy or sci-fi, prefering the lies over the honesty for one part of her life. She enjoys discussing these books and their hidden meanings and developing her own opinion on them. Mags also dabbles in some underage drinking and occasionally smokes some pot

▾ Biography:
Born to a father from Frankfurt and a mother from Memphis, Nina has grown up with two conflicting cultures in her household. She can speak a little German (to her father's disappointment; he wanted her to be fluent, but her mother was afraid she wouldn't do as well at English) and plans on studying more in college. She moved to Dixie Inn with her parents and maternal grandmother when she was very young; her memories of Memphis are fuzy now, the streets full of people from all places now replaced by farmland occupied by familiar family faces. Her grandmother was very wise and she learned many of her personality traits from her. Her mamaw is slowly developing Alzheimer's now, her mind gradually diminshing. Heart broken by her mamaw's state, she avoids the house as much as possible, favoring the outside, where maybe she can forget about her troubles for a while. The safety and comfort of the outdoors was ruined once the murder came out; now she has to sneak around her parents, their rules becoming more and more strict since the body was found. Mags is afraid, she's not ashamed to admit that. But she's willing to do what it takes to get things done and make the town safe for the ones she loves.
