Her long, raven hair is similarly all-natural and with the appropriate brand of conditioner can be quite majestic in a breeze.
Personality: Confident, clever, and experienced in her world, Alison Fintan has been around the block a few times when it comes to fighting and to Stands. She had become so effective in her line of work that she eventually came to a realization and swore a vow against killing, but not against violence. To that end she can be quite brutal and cunning, perfectly willing to beat someone near to death or cripple them so long as she keeps herself from delivering a fatal blow. Her experience as a fighter shows in many aspects of her demeanor and how she carries herself but in no way is it more evident than in her eyes. Her analyzing, piercing gaze can almost see through any ruse or plot. Rarely is she not all business but when she is relaxed and her guard is down she can be rather jovial and laidback, even to the point of being a prankster towards allies or even unsuspecting strangers.
Normally, however, she is cool and reserved with what many would describe as an intimidating presence. An observer by nature that isn't afraid to take matters into her own hands to achieve a goal. Due to adversity she has faced in the past she has become quite creative when it comes to solving problems, inherently searching for any "truth within the truth" in whatever situation she finds herself in. By all appearances she seems like a tough nut to crack but under all her layers of cool badass she is wracked by guilt, remorse, and regret. A facet that none have seen so far but always lingers in the back of her mind, in the back of her heart, whispering in her ear all of the wrongs and sins she has made in her life. In spite of this underlying torment she continues to move forward, challenging herself just like she challenges the world around her.
Backstory: Unlike most people who come to understand the mysterious force known as Stands, Alison manifested her Stand powers from an extremely young age. She had periodically and unconsciously used her Stand's ability since she was an infant, creating numerous problems for herself and her family along the way. Through sheer luck she was able to avoid the potential tragedy this could've caused until she was six years old when she finally gained a full, conscious control of her power. While neither of her parents had a Stand of their own they had come to understand the general concept and kept Alison's Stand a secret to the best of their ability. Fate proved to have other plans when the Fintan family encountered another Stand user for the first time.
He was the leader of a small gang with big aspirations and he so happened to be collecting Stand users himself to that end. It was by pure chance that Alison was able to see his "ghost friend" in a public park as he passed, and it was unfortunate that he overheard her comments. His gang would attempt to kidnap Alison, only to fail when she used her own Stand ability to escape. The next attempt was through intimidation, threatening to kill her parents unless she would willingly accept their training and join their gang. At the age of eight she ran from home to join a world of crime, horrors, and the supernatural. In time she was hardened by her experiences, going from a scared little girl in over her head to a cocksure young woman that could take on the world. And she did.
By her adulthood the gang had evolved into a large mafia, populated by Stand users and effectively controlling a large part of the criminal underworld in the northeast United States. And her role in this family was a prestigious one: she was the prized assassin that could "solve" any problem her boss requested her to solve. Her Stand was perfect for subterfuge and surprise attacks. Though most of her targets were normal humans she did fight her share of Stand users over the years. Her victims were exclusively crooks, criminals, and genuine villains that the world was better off not having in it... until one night in Brooklyn she was tasked with killing a young girl no older than she was when she began this life. At first she went through with the mission, as this girl was a Stand user that was a danger to the family, but no sooner than when she had finished doing the deed did she realize what a monster she had become. After all these years a switch finally flicked in her head.
Her last kill would be the man at the head of the family, the man that had originally kidnapped her and molded her into his personal attack dog. Though he knew well of her ability it did him no good when had no clue that she had turned. The details of the aftermath largely didn't affect her, as his death created a power vacuum and further infighting that splintered the crime family into a fraction of its previous influence. All surviving members of this family know she killed the boss, but nevertheless she didn't fear retribution as she moved on with her life. Unable to bring herself to reunite with her parents, whom she tracked down to find were still alive, she vowed to never return to a life like the one she just left behind. Her powers must be used for good to make up for all the sin she had committed against her fellow man.
To that end she opened a business. A "paranormal" detective's office, selling itself on the front that she investigates whatever whims and fantasies her clientele come up with. But underneath the surface, for those in the know, she handles matters relating to Stand users. This is a fairly vague job with a wide range of tasks she has undergone for it, from simply finding Stands to mediating conflicts between users on the verge of coming to blows to being the one to come to blows on behalf of someone without a Stand. She barely makes any money, there can be long periods of time between actual matters of Stands, and she rarely takes time off, but every time she does a good deed she feels a little closer to atonement.
Most recently she was approached with a new job, backed by a blank check to get it done. A mysterious, anonymous client wants her to investigate the string of murders going on in New York City. And they are willing to bankroll her to do it. The client knows about Stands and is confident the police will never catch the murderer, and seemingly has exhausted their options before coming to Alison for help. One phone call, one trip to the bank, and Alison Fintan was already on her way to the Big Apple. She had a feeling this was going to be her toughest job yet but even more than the money she wanted to see justice. Perhaps this murderer isn't so different than she once was, or perhaps facing this murderer is just a way to continue facing herself. Either way she was confident when she stepped off her private plane, smirking quite smugly as she made herself disappear into city. She hadn't been to New York since she killed her former boss and she had some catching up to do.
Name: 「Achtung Baby」
Namesake: U2's 7th Album
Physical Description: This Stand is completely invisible, even to other Stands and Stand users. Despite this it does have a form and thus may be detected by other means beyond sight. This form is humanoid in shape but small, no taller than a few feet, and is profoundly ill-suited to direct combat. For this reason it is rarely manifested completely to begin with (if ever at all).
Personality: Whether due to being manifested so infrequently or due to having very little complexity, Achtung Baby has no demonstrable personality to speak of.
Abilities: Achtung Baby has the power to turn its user completely invisible. This invisibility is flawless and leaves no shimmer, fuzz, nor any other visual cue. This invisibility can be spread by contact with the user, allowing anything else to be made invisible too. This includes objects, living things, and even phenomena such as smoke, steam, etc. Anything made invisible by this power will remain invisible, regardless of distance from the user, until the ability is disabled manually or the user is knocked unconscious. Anything made invisible is still tangible and may be detected by other means such as sound, smell, or touch. Likewise anything that comes from inside an invisible person or object, such as blood, will not automatically be invisible once it leaves the invisible person or object unless it is made invisible directly through Achtung Baby's power as it would become visible, allowing it to remain invisible with such precision that it never became visible in the first place.
Stand Stats:
Destructive Power: E Range: Null Speed: E Persistance: A Precision: E Development Potential: A
Misc: N/A
Misc: Alison is very strong and fast for a human, so much so that she can perform her own kind of "Stand Rush" with her fists. This won't hold up to any close-combat Stands but their users may be in for the beatdown of their lives if Alison can get her hands on them.
After discussing the changes needed I'm posting an updated sheet that should be acceptable. Still need to pretty it up but besides that it should be in working order.

@Lewascan2 Well I can fix the stats, didn't know Araki had gave any. But I did know that Araki said Achtung Baby could have a physical form and that we just don't see it, but he didn't definitively answer the question because he's like that. Likewise I took creative liberties considering it had that development potential for a baby as its user that wasn't controlling it at all. If that doesn't pan out then its not a big deal but I thought it was cool.
I'd been taking my time a bit with this, mostly to think about what I wanted to do, but I've got my sheet finished and mostly formatted. I'll probably take another pass over it for editing any mistakes and adding color but this will do for now just to get the important stuff out there.

This form is humanoid in shape but small, no taller than a few feet, and is profoundly ill-suited to direct combat. For this reason it is rarely manifested completely to begin with.
Personality: Whether due to being manifested so infrequently or due to having very little complexity, Achtung Baby has no demonstrable personality to speak of with one exception: as a panic or stress reflex it may activate its ability on its own without any conscious decision from its user, as a means of protecting its user. Beyond that it has no Stand Cry, no capability of speech (its own nor its user's), and no other behaviors or quirks.
Abilities: Achtung Baby has the power to turn its user completely invisible. This invisibility is flawless and leaves no shimmer, fuzz, nor any other visual cue. In addition: this invisibility can be spread one of two ways. The first is by contact with the user or the Stand itself, allowing anything else to be made invisible too. This includes objects, living things, and even phenomena such as smoke, steam, etc. The range of Achtung Baby is small so generally things will have to be pretty much within reach of the user regardless of whether its the user or the Stand that is making something else invisible. The second way is through a radial area-of-effect that spreads from the user and turns anything within that radius invisible. This has considerably more range than the former but is still very limited relative to other Stands, perhaps only being able to reach several meters at max. This can be done manually but also reflexively by Achtung Baby itself in order to protect its user.

Misc: Achtung Baby can pick up small objects and hand them to its user, though anything even remotely heavy is too much for it to handle.
Misc: Alison is very strong and fast for a human, so much so that she can perform her own kind of "Stand Rush" with her fists. This won't hold up to any close-combat Stands but their users may be in for the beatdown of their lives if Alison can get her hands on them.
Nestled among the diverse band of strangers in the carriage sat one rather unassuming wood elf. His fine blonde hair, his deep blue eyes, his knife-like ears were all normal, standard features one would imagine when they would think of an elf. A "default" elf that wouldn't so much as receive a second glance under normal conditions. It would be difficult to perceive, and perhaps even more difficult to articulate why, but there was something distinctly unusual with this elf. Though he looked around often he rarely blinked. Though he acknowledged things spoken he rarely spoke himself. His breathing was irregular, his hair and clothes ever so slightly disheveled (an uncharacteristic behavior for a wood elf). There were bags under his eyes like he hadn't slept in days yet he had no struggle keeping his eyes open. Many subtle oddities that most wouldn't event detect but in truth hide a secret.
Though this elf was a real, living person he was the ideal disguise for a soul without a body. The vessel by which Ansel had infiltrated the group, the dead hiding amongst the living. Coming to Goeta without such a mask would yield no favorable results. At least not when it came to his mission, as the temptation to reveal himself was an ever-present and amusing urge in the back of his mind. By the Gods, these meatbags don't look very promising at all, Ansel had thought to himself as the carriage came to a halt outside the City of Demons. Maybe they will make excellent distractions one day, should the need arise. As the crew departed from their ride and the guide began their spiel the blonde elf remained silent, eyes forward and attention completely on Farfa. He continued to watch the drama unfold without any commentary of his own, though internally he was already growing annoyed with the delays. When the ogres refused entry to the small crowd a frown finally escaped the elf's lips.
This is asinine. I'm ditching this knife-ear the moment we finally meet this asshole, he thought. As the rest of the party began to fidget or introduce themselves, perhaps in a bid to gain access to the city from the ogres guarding the gate, Ansel came up with a way to make this waste of time a little more fun. For himself, that is. Stood next to him was a young human girl, so young perhaps she was not finished growing. She spoke no words but was visibly upset, eyes casting about and body ever-so-slightly fidgeting. Nervous? Perhaps, but even if she wasn't it did not matter. It was her silence that made her an amusing victim. The blonde elf made a shocked expression, perfectly feigning offense at something surely appalling. "Heavens, child," he finally spoke up, his voice lowered as if to speak privately to Umara yet deliberately loud enough that even the ogres at the gate could hear. "You mustn't call them such vulgar names, lest they might hear you."
The seeds of chaos had been already been sown when the goblin confronted the guide, but even if they hadn't Ansel would feel no remorse for his practical joke. Even if nothing came of it and it went ignored, or worse still if it went unheard by the ogres, the discontent that he had created between this human girl and this elf he was controlling would surely provide him a punchline in the near future. The poor elf was going to have a lot of explaining to do once Ansel was through, and that thought alone made it all worthwhile. In the meantime he maintained his act perfectly, putting a finger up to his lips as if to hush Umara and prevent her from defending herself or calling out his lie. He didn't even look around to gauge the reactions of the others, further solidifying his act by not revealing that it was the reactions he was seeking. If I have to sit here and waste a few more minutes then I might as well milk it for what I can.
❏ GOALS: To destroy Hades and return control of the East to his longtime friend, Styx.

TALENTS: ◆ Comedian: Not many would expect a scary, infamous spirit to be so funny but Ansel provides a uniquely cynical and sarcastic sense of humor. His dark jokes may not be suitable for children. ◆ Stealth: Being without a body makes for ample opportunities for sneaking. Untold years of haunting the mortal realm has allowed Ansel to be able to surprise even the most acute senses. ◆ Translator: Having existed for so long has made Ansel a master of nearly every language, both current and dead. ◆ A Warrior (in spirit): Though unable to make much use of these skills as a spirit he was once a powerful champion, capable with any weapon put in his hands. Perhaps he could be an excellent coach or teacher, if he felt so inclined.
EQUIPMENT: ◆ Spectral clothes that are in fashion for the modern ghosts and ghouls. ◆ His sharp, often mean-spirited wit. ◆ It should be apparent by now that he doesn't actually have any equipment on him, as he is a spirit.
Appearance ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Though he is permanently semitransparent it is usually quite easy to distinguish his features. Ansel may not actually be dead but he sure looks like he is with his deathly pale skin. His long black hair appears both grizzled and greasy. His eyes black and piercing, haunting to stare into for too long. His stature is that of a muscular, trained man of an average height. At a glance he may appear to be a dirty, middle-aged man but only when he doesn't mind being seen...
Personality ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ In his mortal life he was a proud, self-righteous man capable of immense kindness as well as immense fury. Since his curse was awakened, however, Ansel has changed a number of times over. At first he tried to make the best of his new situation but when that failed his nature began to change. He became angry and spiteful, indignant over his fate and lashing out in any way he could to cope with his upcoming eternity. But as time dragged on even the emotional wounds of an immortal would heal. His rage turned to apathy, his spite to cynicism. He would go on to meet many people, see many lands, and he found that he simply did not care about hardly any of them. Though he has made friends over the centuries with similar immortal beings and spirits he only pays mind to mortals as a source of entertainment. He rarely kills anymore but will still frequently scare or annoy mortals purely for fun, as it remains one of the few reasons to continue existing for him. Of course he can mostly tolerate mortals when he isn't in the mood for a little haunting, but the question becomes whether they can tolerate his offensive humor and lack of conduct. What he lacks in sympathy he makes up for in comedy, though his intended audience is only himself.
Ansel awakened his arcana as a grown man and was rewarded with the immediate, painful destruction of his mortal body. Ages have passed and he has had plenty of time to learn, practice, and play with his magic. He can move through objects, hover or fly at great speed, and adjust the transparency of his spirit to the point of invisibility. However his most potent and dangerous ability, and the one for which he has become known, is the ability to possess the body of a living victim. From within he can control them as if they were a body of his own, and can even glance through their memories, but he cannot manipulate the body in ways it is physically incapable of. Unable to replicate his former strength in any normal mortal, Ansel found it far easier to "fight" mortals by simply possessing them and forcing them to commit suicide. Only those of a higher caliber, of the strongest wills, can resist or repel Ansel.
Minor: The Ace of Swords
A potent, powerful artifact capable of striking at a soul directly. Typically eternal spirits like Ansel will never die but if they were to be struck by the sharp edge of this blade it would destroy them. Worse than death: it would remove them from existence entirely. Ansel originally collected this blade as a means to hide it from the rest of the world and ensure he could not be destroyed, but now he views it as his option to cease existing once he finally grows too tired of immortality. That being said: Ansel is not in direct possession of this blade and has not been for a very long time. Instead it is hidden, though he was the one who hid it himself so he knows where to find it (as long as nobody else managed to find it, that is).
Combat: •••••••• Though it is now ancient history, Ansel was once a powerful warrior-king. He had decades of experience in combat against foes both mighty and many before he lost his mortal body. Though unable to fight in a traditional way those skills still remain. Culture: ••••••• Though generally apathetic and sometimes a menace, traveling the world over the course of many lifetimes is a good way to learn about the world and its people. But, much like his combat ability, there aren't many outlets for him to express his knowledge due to being a feared wraith. Commerce: • With no need to eat, sleep, or otherwise purchase goods or services there has been no incentive for Ansel to even memorize the price of bread, let alone care about anything else economic. He's so detached from commerce, as a concept, that he doesn't even need to steal since he doesn't need anything. Magic: •••••• His ability to manipulate his own spirit and any bodies he possesses make for some powerful magic in its own right, but the scope of his capabilities is limited to just that. He has had plenty of time to understand what he is capable of, and what he isn't capable of. Survival: • Much like how he has no need for commercial knowledge he has very little need for survival knowledge. He is at no risk to his life, if you could call it that, at any given time as it is. There is no threat the natural world can throw at Ansel, nor any boon it can give him, thus he cares not for the natural world. Karma: • While mostly apathetic in the modern age there were many years that Ansel spent terrorizing both the wicked and innocent. First out of anger, then out of boredom he would torment, terrify, and even kill his unsuspecting victims. The karmic justice he receives is not death but the lack thereof, to never feel the sweet embrace of his many lost loved ones in an afterlife too good for him. What good deeds he had accomplished in life have long been lost to time and only his sins he has made in his un-life remain.

It's been a long time since I participated in a Naruto thread. Might as well see if I can make something work, yeah? I'll post the shorthand, summary CS's for my two character ideas here and see if I can get the full sheets finished by the end of the weekend.
Character description: The eldest of a pair of forsaken twins, Ryoma took on the brunt of the responsibility required for two kids to raise themselves from an early age. The Fujimori twins were abandoned to the mountains in the north of the Land of Fire and were forced to adapt to survive. In this manner they became excellent survivalists, with Ryoma himself becoming an excellent hunter. As he grew older his physicality far surpassed the local dangerous game and a lifestyle that was once dangerous and unstable had become simple and natural. The twins survived in the wilderness until they were discovered by shinobi of the Leaf, whom were surprised to learn their story and find them thriving in what most would consider a hostile environment. The two were offered passage to Konohagakure, on the condition that they would put their skills to use serving the village, but they initially declined the offer. It would be less than a week later when they would change their minds. They managed their way to Konoha without any guidance and were greeted with skepticism. Once they were cleared of any wrongdoing or suspicion of espionage they were allowed in. With nowhere to stay the two simply acclimated to living in the forest outside of Konoha, going into the village every day to attend the Academy and become shinobi themselves. Ryoma excelled in his training, much to no one's surprise, and has remained a popular icon of his class. While he may be rough around the edges and brutally honest this same lack of inhibition also has led to him being very sociable and kind to those around him (at least until they offend him in some way). Many look to his career with interest, curious to see if this wild boy will turn out to be a great man.
Nature release: Earth, though Ryoma does not know his affinity yet Main jutsu: Though he has potential Ryoma has had only the training given by the Academy for his ninjutsu. The only unique technique he has picked up on his own is a camouflage technique to hide his presence. Flaws/points of focus: With limited formal training there can be a lot of points for Ryoma to improve on: most notably his ability to use chakra.
Character description: The youngest of a pair of forsaken twins, Uzume was often protected and sheltered by her older brother from an early age. The Fujimori twins were abandoned to the mountains in the north of the Land of Fire and were forced to adapt to survive. In this manner they became excellent survivalists, with Uzume herself becoming an excellent trapper (and gardener). While her brother was the far superior hunter she was able to find ways to contribute to their survival, growing more clever and resourceful as time went on to the point of making their "home life" very tame and safe from outside threats. It was clear early on that her brother was considered to be the prize jewel as Uzume was quickly written off as having little potential. Though she is a fast learner and far more intelligent than she lets on her lack of physical ability was a heavy detriment during her training. Combined with her more introverted, recluse personality it was fairly easy for most of her peers to ostracize her. While her brother remains encouraging she receives very little encouragement from anywhere else, though perhaps there may yet still be a diamond inside this overlooked girl.
Nature release: Earth and water, though Uzume does not know of her natures yet. Main jutsu: Having received no ninjutsu training outside of the Academy, Uzume only really knows the Academy techniques. But she has been taught the camouflage technique that her brother picked up on. Flaws/points of focus: Uzume performs very poorly across the board in combat skills and physicality. She has a long way to go.
