So it took 2 months... But there's 3 new characters on my char post now! And two or three more to come, some time this week. ^_^

...And I should really get to work on that map, jeez.
Restarting is always the very worst option you can take, I find. It's just redoing everything that's already been done o_o RPs may always start going slow, but they can be revived.
"OOOHOHOHO HE'S PISSED!!" Espada laughed like an idiot as the two powers clashed; his massive blade of raw magic and the pure fury of the White Dragon reducing the courtyard to ruins in seconds. It was amazing that he could just stand there and take it... As the dust began to clear though, it was revealed that the Blade Mage was pushed back a considerable amount. But other than the pushback, there was no visible damage. "Oh man, you really became a monster since our last meetin'..." Espada cackled. Smug bastard was still holding back...
"Don't have to tell me twice! Good luck everyone!" Luka yelled back, having already dived off the creature's back. Before she landed she managed to take out the scraps Tamotsu had left in his destructive path, crushing the dark mages hopes of rejoining the battle. If they knew what was good for them, they would stay down after Luka's magic bullets knocked them unconscious once. Pretty soon she was running alongside her red-haired partner, staring straight ahead as she felt the old yet familiar spiritual signatures of Takashi and the Ice Dragon that supposedly killed him.

"...Whatever happens, we do this together!"

And waiting for the two, now feeling both of them approaching, Zephyr sighed heavily and threw his hands in the air. "Fuck! Why's he bringing the gunslinger chick with him!? Do you want to get shot or burned to death, Takashi?" he started snapping as Minerva's control took complete hold, forcing him into a neutral standstill. Being able to casually talk while their bodies did all the fighting would be so weird... Wait, did those two even know they were running into a battle? "Takashi, we could strike at them at any moment, make sure they understand this is a fight! ...Without sounding deliberate!"
Amelia was the next to dive off, following after Chris as they landed in the middle of an open courtyard somewhere halfway up the massive tiered castle. There was only one enemy here. He had a melancholic demeanour as he slowly drew his two signature guns. Kuro... He stood motionless, watching Chris and Amelia with those regretful eyes.

"...Seems we have to fight. My sister's plan is almost complete - soon we will all become Magic. Is that really the fate humanity deserves...?" Kuro questioned nobody in particular,  shrugging.
After a short session of kicking the absolute shit out of everyone in their area, Misaki pressed her back against Melissa's and exhaled calmly. It really wasn't much of a fight, these dark mages had no way of fighting off two little Dragons. Little as they were, they overpowered everyone around them. The battle on the lowest level of the mountain-etched castle was over now. "Skyler, Rook, let's get outta here and rise up another few levels. There's more morons to smash!" Misa chanted gleefully, brushing some dirt off her cheek with her thumb before being picked up by her Exceed partner. There was a strange feeling coming from higher up in the castle, but that didn't seem to register with Misa just yet. Someone had to deal with the small fry before things got too serious!
"Biggest one there tried to use a basic Thu'um; failed miserably - the guy still blew the door off with it though," Aria shrugged as the carriage departed. It took a left after leaving the stables, which would take them over the little bridge and into the hills around Riverwood after following the path. Pretty soon the terrain around them would change again and become mountains, and they would undoubtedly be dangerous. Especially with the parties involved!

"Still, that's pretty overkill. It takes years to learn how to shout, so how could they be able to do that merely weeks after dragons have begun to return...?" Aria asked neither of her companions in particular. The carriage driver shrugged, apparently listening in on the conversation. Aria knew one Thu'um, but kept it to herself as a last-resort power. It drained her physically, and it typically took a lot of concentration to prevent herself using it, then faceplanting in the middle of a fight due to intense fatigue.
"Children, huh? Well, it's better than nothing. I was getting bored here, with nothing to feed my power..." Reaver murmured eerily from the middle of the main hall, his face still turned toward the floor. Darkness magic enveloped the scythe rested against his throne before he calmly took hold of it and got to his feet. Either this guy was overly confident, or he really was good enough to just not give a damn about the Dragon Slayer staring him down.

"Everything exists to feed my power. Unfortunately I haven't eaten nearly as many mages as I'd hoped to by now. The townspeople filled the hole as it were, but.. still not enough." Reaver chuckled, "I wonder what will happen... when I add a Dragon Slayer to my collection of souls...?!" he taunted with an insane flash in his eyes.
A jacket was caught by the Iron Dragon Slayer's attack, being zipped cleanly in half. But the owner?

"Yuh missed!" Blaze chanted as she quickly flew 180 degrees around Kinzoku and made a flaming swing of her boot for the back of his head. In the childish mentality Blaze had, this was 'one awesome game!', and she expected her opponent to play nice and play fair... Despite the fact that he had a massive chainsword where his arm was a few moments ago. Playfighting with deadly weapons and magic was still playfightning, right?
Just feels really meh if I post before everyone's finished their own. But, if Zarthrax is just not active then I'll post today. *shrugs* :c
"They brought in an old friend for this task... A former Onmyouji, who served the Shogun's father, and his father before him. A senile, blind old fellow. Does he sound familiar to you, Yomi? Koizumi? A welcomingly familiar voice echoed from behind the two teenaged Samurai. Kaori froze on the spot for a moment and looked at Yomi with a big smile. "Oh yes... These two youngsters and I have already met, good Shogun."

Kaori span around on her heel to see him approaching, walking stick and all. But it wasn't really a walking stick - that thing hid the old man's katana in it, the top of the staff was actually a hilt, with the blade running into the staff like a sheath. He let Yomi use it to save Kaori from the Yakuza and their worthless guns back in Shizukesa. He was here, after they both saw the dojo destroyed by cannon fire. A miracle, really...
"Do you two always end up doing jobs like this?" The yet unnamed customer asked Aria as she grabbed her rope and threw it over her shoulder. "You don't even look old enough to hold a sword, I mean. Isn't this kind of thing a little dangerous with just two people?"

Aria shrugged as she began to leave, followed closely by the young Nordic fellow. On the way past the deceased largest cultist's body, she effortlessly kicked up his steel sword, catching it by it's blade to offer it to the client. "Dangerous? Buddy, when we say 'odd' jobs, we don't just mean we do spare work that's just lying around. We mean 'odd jobs' quite literally, too! Complications are fun..." the redhead smirked. The man seemed to still be coming to terms with just how easily two people saved him from certain death. His pursuers bled over the streets now, save for that one prisoner. Quickly and calmly, the two made their way to the stables to find Cronic waiting with a carriage. To get to the border, to Bruma, should be an easy trip... But then you had to throw these cultists into the equation, and perhaps any Thalmor 'helping' to patrol the borders of the Empire's territories.

"Time we set off... Again, I can't believe you two are really going through with this!" The client chuckled as he climbed into the back of the open carriage. He offered a hand to Aria, but she made one quick hop up to her seat instead. The hand was then offered to Cronic instead.

"Ya' already gave us every septim you had, might as well see it through - we're people of our word. Besides, this is easily the sixth most dangerous thing we've ever done. Just relax and enjoy the trip..." Aria said.
If you want me to not wait for Zarthrax, I'll go ahead and post anyway.

Crosstown, North-Eastern Drakovian Border

By the evening of their first day, the group had arrived on the Drakovian border. Cavalry rode around in occasional patrols, each one demanding to know what the odd bunch were doing crossing the border. It was free, but these guys wouldn't let a threat in without a fierce fight. But it only took a single glance at the gold-sealed letters they had to realise the importance of these.. kids'.. mission. Two Mages from Magiya, an Avanim Gunslinger, a Liqian Monk and a Shirokaze Samurai... They looked so out of place in such a simple country as this, but the first townful of Drakovian people were welcoming to the Morallean team.

Having stopped in a candle-lit tavern in this small border town, everyone except for a peacefully sleeping Aura was gathered around a table examining a map of the country the barkeep had handed them. After a few minutes asking around the bar, people had helpfully given them information - they'd seen the 'man with glowing eyes' head North two days ago, followed by an old Mage not a few hours later. If Craïs new Saren at all, that old Mage following him could undeniably be marked down as Master Elysius Jorach, the young man's master. The Council never said anything about Jorach following too... Perhaps they had no idea he went after his apprentice?

"Well, it shouldn't take us long to catch up. If he goes any further than the next town along the northern road, he'll be a block of ice by time we show up, and we can just drag him back to Magiya territory that way," Rei shrugged at the map, glancing at each of the team neutrally before sitting back down and sipping at her glass of water. They couldn't move again tonight... So perhaps it might be a nice time to get to know each other. Not that Rei was going to start a conversation or anything!

Aura was curled up on a seat pushed right beside Abaddon's, her head tucked into his side, sleeping soundly. Despite being on an adventure of sorts, she still decided it was a good idea to go to sleep early.
