"Thanks," Shiranui replied, "There may be a Horsea egg in your future if Ryou and Fukusha like each other enough."
Shiranui smiled as a Pawniard leaped out in front of the heroes. "Nekomata, I choose you!" As soon as Shiranui sent out his Meowstic, the Pawniard changed into the Ditto it really was before putting its Imposter ability to work to change into the Meowstic it was facing, "Nekomata, Sucker Punch!" The real Meowstic conjured a psychic fist and socked the fake Nekomata for major damage. The Ditto-turned-Meowstic launched a Charge Beam and struck Nekomata for a direct hit. "Nest Ball, go!" Shiranui threw a Nest Ball, knowing which Meowstic was his target, and the fake Meowstic was drawn in. One shake, two shakes, three shakes, snap! Shiranui has caught a Ditto. He named his new friend Fukusha.
"You'll never get a Seadra to evolve with a King's Rock," Shiranui commented, "They use Dragon Scales. Besides, my offer still stands with Ryou." Ryou was the Kingdra he caught as a Horsea at Olivine City.
"Ryuu is a male," Shiranui answered, "To get a Dratini egg he would have to breed with either a Ditto or a female member of his evolution line. I agree that the latter is preferable especially since said Dratini can hatch knowing Extreme Speed through such a union."
"If you wanted a Dratini, you could have asked me to catch a Ditto and get Ryuu bred," Shiranui replied. Ryuu was the Dragonite he caught as a Dratini in Kanto's Safari Zone years ago.
"Articuno: Galar Form, the Cruel Pokémon. A Psychic and Flying type. Its feather-like blades are composed of psychic energy and can shear through thick iron sheets as if they were paper."
