The commander was able to appear in the hanger bay a little before the professor had a chance to show up. He looked like he was looking over his notes one last time before telling her that he was ready for field work. He then said "I'll hold you to that. We have no idea what will be waiting for us once we get there so stay by either me or Angelo" she ordered as they all got into the shuttle. Angelo gave him a nod before he took his seat and the shuttle was off taking them to the science facility.

Awesome happy to hear as for your second question about having something that the cult believes is off godly make I plan on letting the group itself decide. We are the key figures on the front lines and whatever we choose I'll have the prophet adapt that as his teachings when the rp starts.

Here comes along a man who frees you from such a fate would you not follow him without question? The prophet wants an uprising but he needs to create this cult in order to give them direction. Every member is a fanatic but with a direction. So to answer your question it's a cult uprising

What is the difference between cult and religion?

That is a question that is vauge and difficult to respond to but in this world where the 1% live in ivory towers while implants in the poor make them live meaningless exsistances just for the sake of living. The endless torture of living without meaning, without purpose, without a reason to even take a breath. This is the world that needs a true leader one that will bring light into the these neon streets. For he is The Prophet When he came we were freed from the implants that bound us to endless servitude and saw him as our messiah. For he has given us a reason to live and we shall fight for him, we shall die for him, and we shall kill for him. Long live The prophet!!!



Hope that caught your attention :) you see one day i found myself playing a game call re:legion. A game about a cybperpunk universe where the world was controlled by the 1 percent who implanted the nobodies into living lives of depravity and momentary pleasure. This character known as the prophet freed them and as such became, well, the prohpet. Creating a cult in a cybperpunk world. The idea was incredibly interesting but the delievery left a lot to be desired. So I wanted to see if we could turn the idea into an rp

Now the prohet will rarely appear himself as he needs to "spread the good word" and free others from slavery. We are his apostles, commanders, regants, whatever you want to call us. We are the ones that found him before he became the prophet and know who he truly is. Yet we became cult leaders because we wanted to take down the 1% right now this is just an interest check to see who would want in on this unique idea. If enough people are interested ill make an rp thread and we can see about spreading the cults influence BWAHAHAHAHA!

Maria knew that the briefing would be soon but she almost didn't expect the briefing to happen in the actual seat of the car. He actually smirked a bit wondering if they got this idea from a 007 movie. When the director started talking however she went back into her serious look crossing one leg over the other as she looked at the briefing. She wasn't sure about paranormal activity since she believed that some things need to be seen to believe and when the video plated she actually started to believe it. She couldn't help but shiver a bit seeing the arachnid type creature attacking. Why is it that things with multiple legs creeped her out. She seriously hated spiders and this was the closest thing to killer spiders she ever seen.

She knew the protocol when it came to black ops like these and understood that her mouth was to be sealed. Even if she said something who would really believe her after all. She only hoped that doing this would keep her mother safe from harm. She turned to Saul when he said serving a greater purpose almost like a joke. She sighed a bit and said "it just sounds good on paper. They can pretty it up however they like the bottom line it's us or them. Killer spiders or humans make no difference." she said solemnly. She then turned to the window knowing that they shouldn't be far from their destination. No doubt Saul is going to interpret what she said as being cold but when they got right down to it they were killers with political protection.
