I'm Jas, I'm brand new to this forum, though not at all new to roleplaying. I'm hoping to get started with a couple of 1x1s. Here's what I'm looking for:

Casual level, though I can't promise I'll never get carried away when I'm feeling extra inspired. On occasion my replies might get a little longer than usual, which I don't expect everyone to match.
ROMANCE!! I'm sorry, I'm just a huge sucker for romance RP. I'm much more experienced and comfortable with M/M pairings, but I'm not opposed to any combination of genders.
Plot-relevant, tasteful, and non-gratuitous NSFW content. If that makes you uncomfortable, I'm totally cool with fade-to-black or just overlooking/not including sexual scenes all together. That said, I thoroughly enjoy writing adult content as long as it makes sense in context and isn't just porn for the sake of porn.
18+ partners. I will maybe consider someone 16+ if they're super super into one of my plot ideas, but NSFW content will be off-limits.
I have a very strong preference for fandom RP; whether it be OCs in a canon universe, canon characters in the canon universe, canonxOC, or even canon characters in an AU, I'm totally down for it. I'll list my preferred fandoms and pairings below.
A little bit of friendly OOC chatting. It just makes it easier to work with someone you've interacted with outside of your story.
Fairly active partners, who will let me know if they're going to be inactive for an unusually long period of time, or if they're going to abandon the RP altogether.
I will not do MxF pairings with characters that are gay in canon. Please do not ask me to do this, you won't like my response. I can bend the rules a little with straight characters, however. ;)

Dorian x Inquisitor (or non-Inquisitor OC) ♥
After the end of the formal Inquisition, Thedas enters an era of peace. Unsurprisingly, this doesn't last long. Chaos erupts in Tevinter, caused by a massively unpopular push for reform from a small group of magisters, including none other than Dorian Pavus. Assassination attempts and threats of a full-blown civil war galore, Dorian calls on his old friend to reform the Inquisition, and relocate it to Tevinter to aid in the conflict. The Inquisitor, fearing for his dear friend and former lover's safety, agrees to leave behind his new-found life of peace and comfort.
[tldr; Post-Trespasser. The Inquisitor and Dorian were lovers who parted ways when Dorian became a magister. Tevinter falls into chaos, Dorian's life is in danger, and the Inquisitor travels to Tevinter to help.]

Cullen x Inquisitor (or OC) ♥
Gossip is a favorite pastime within the ranks of the Inquisition, with a popular topic of discussion being rumors of a somewhat questionable relationship between their fearless leader and commander of their military forces. The rumors only grow out of hand as people begin to notice the Inquisitor's absence in many battles that she normally wouldn't miss for anything, and a few observant souls even claim to notice a sudden curious change to her body. The fact that her dear Commander Cullen seems to be none the wiser only makes it more interesting.
[tldr; Ridiculously lame and cheesy pregnancy story. The Inquisitor is pregnant, Cullen doesn't know. Takes place some time after the attack on Haven. Timeline and Inquisitor specifics to be determined.]

Dorian x Cullen ♥♥♥
Dorian, a naive and indignant young mage, "flees" Tevinter after a falling out with his family over his refusal of an arranged marriage. Ignorant about the reality of the position of mages in lands outside of his homeland, Dorian finds himself in the Free Marches, where he foolishly believes he'll have no trouble blending in and avoiding the Templars. His flamboyant nature, and carelessness with his magic due to his upbringing, rather quickly lead to his discovery and capture by the Templars, and he is sent to Kirkwall, where he joins the Circle of Magi. Knight-Captain Cullen, a devout stickler for the rules, finds himself quite curious about this new addition, more than he should be about any of the mages he's in charge of. Although, he finds his bold flirtatiousness to be quite off-putting.
[tldr; Dorian leaves Tevinter before the mage rebellion, and eventually ends up in the Gallows, where Cullen is still the Knight-Captain.]

READ: This plot may reference the sexually abusive relationship between Fenris and Danarius that is implied in canon. If that is something that makes you (understandably) uncomfortable, please let me know right away and I will make sure it is never referenced. 

Hawke, a noble mage of Tevinter, becomes acquainted with Magister Danarius, and finds themselves visiting his estate frequently. While not much of a slave owner personally, they have become accustomed to the practice of slavery in their country, and therefore don't think twice about most of the slaves who serve them on their visits with Danarius. One in particular, an elf Danarius calls Fenris, catches their interest. He seems particularly special to his master compared to his fellow slaves, and is covered from head to toe in peculiar markings. Admittedly, his somewhat off-putting personality makes him all the more alluring. Fenris, on the other hand, has no interest in knowing another filthy human mage.
[tldr; AU where Hawke is a Tevinter mage and Fenris is still a slave. Fenris WILL NOT at any point be Hawke's slave.]

I've been lurking around here for a few days, but I've just come down with a terrible stomach bug (just in time to miss all the holiday festivities) and I need something to do while I chill at home, so I guess now's as good a time as any to jump in! So, a little about me.

I'm Jasper, or Jas. I'm 20 years old and I work in fashion retail. I love animals of all types, horror films, and watching documentaries on various morbid and disturbing topics. 

I've been roleplaying on and off for about 12 years, mostly in Tumblr and Twitter RP communities. I haven't roleplayed in a forum setting since I was a kid, but I'd like to try something different, though it makes me terribly nervous. I prefer 1x1 or small group roleplays, probably at a casual level. As far as what I'm looking for in a roleplay, I can always go for a good romance. I love fandom, fantasy, dystopian, and some historical RP settings. I'm excited to see what and who is out there, and I'd be more than happy to look at any suggestions anyone has for me!!
