Yeah, and imagine a mobile Vickers machine gun + More equipment, like maybe a compact anti-tank missile!
Might have to tone it down a little bit with the anti-tank missile there haha
One thing that's good to keep in mind is to let other characters have a speciality. It doesn't mean that their weapon works on one thing and one thing only, but it does help highlight the importance of each squad member. For example, my character's "gear" is a compression based pneumatic launcher that fires very crude and inaccurate rounds, differing from very light smoke, small explosives and flechette pellets, however he won't have any use against vehicles from the gear alone.
At the end of the day, these characters are vulnerable.
