I'm not sure whether or not to change my icon because 1) I do have a picture of my fursona now, but 2) my current icon has been, like, a part of me for so long... on multiple sites, too.

Hey I'm back.

Bio

My name is something I would like to keep secret, so you can just call me Jel. I used to be a hell of a lot more active in roleplays but learned the hard way not to take on too many. I like all sorts of roleplays; the only one I'm not entirely interested in is high school RPs. My Aelyria account is Amato D'Slich, my RPNation is also jel2658, and my tumblr is northdakotaisamyth.

I'll have a post in the next 24 hours now that R31GN has posted
I am going to wait for someone else to post before I make my own post.
@R31GN
You think you could post anytime soon?
Ven

If Ven was surprised by the Captain's outburst at Nine, he showed to hint of it. He simply waited for her to answer his question, and nodded when she was done.

He followed Riggs as they left the commons room, ignoring his mocking tone to concentrate on how he should approach the whole situation they would be faced with when the ship came onto the Nomad. He brought one hand to his chin and let Riggs lead the way. "No, it would be good to see these associates of yours, I haven't been to Nomad so you should probably lead anyway. Although it all depends on what these so-called associates are like. And our cover story of a mutiny, while not as... 'eye-catching,' for lack of a better term, as if we were to remain with our Captain in charge, whom people would probably assume was on the side of the law and authority... is likely to land us in much trouble if too many people hear about it. We best be discreet in our dealings. If the wrong person finds out, like a group of thieves, they could assume that our mutiny means we're disorganized and don't have a current leader, and we couldn't effectively fight against anyone looking for trouble. And that would really mess everything up."

(Though us two aren't the ones I should be worried about blabbing to anyone in the vicinity about our predicament, I trust us both to be able to be relatively "quiet")

"But of course, if you're not being unsurprisingly excessively sarcastic, then we should head somewhere with a lot of people. A bar, perhaps, especially since the information we're looking for is most likely not going to be very well-known. However, that will make it even more difficult to be quiet about the mutiny. But, if we play our cards when talking about said mutiny, we could find our information even more easily. And I suppose I'm not going to object to any torturous means of finding our information, if that's necessary. Though I don't really know your views on that.

"Anyway, I presume you were listening to most of what I just said. What do you think?"
Anybody think they can put up a post anytime soon?
Wasn't totally feeling it this time around, so my reply isn't especially detailed. I'll probably have a better one after whatever happens next.
Ven

Ven chuckled at Pax's assumptions about his old comrades, but let the rest of the conversation slide. He didn't need to say any more. (She clearly has never met any one of them) He raised his hands and nodded as she explained she 'wasn't happy' about the exterminated humans. (Perhaps I don't giver her enough credit... Nah)

While the Captain explained her plans further, he listened along, showing nothing in the way of emotion, and simply listening. He was neither amused nor angered by the Captain's use of Nine's card, just indifferent. He made sure to memorize where every other picker was going to be during their stay at the Nomad. He figured it was best in case he faced any sort of trouble, or any of them did as well. He didn't speak until the Captain was finished. "Is there anything in particular you want me to look for? Specificity would be helpful, though I can guess what you're going to request of me. And I appreciate the... recognition."

When done, he stood up and turned to Riggs. "I guess we'll be working together, of a sort. Though, I do wonder if your arrogance would consider it 'working together' rather than you begrudgingly accepting someone to accompany you, at the request of the Captain. It's clear you think of yourself as higher." He shrugged, taking on a completely different demeanor than he had just moments ago. He no longer cared to dwell on his crewmate's attitude."But whatever it is, I do not wish to care. I simply suggest we discuss a few things before we end up docking on the Nomad. It's best to have a plan, and I'm sure you are incredibly eager to share any ideas you have. Although, 'share' might not be the right word... But never mind that." He walked over and stood at the exit of the commons room. "I'm not going to be the one to rough up the Captain, so if you're going to do that, I'll wait. And I'm sure you'll want to walk in front of me while we talk about plans."
I think I'm going to wait for one more person to reply before I do.
It's been 20 hours since the last post, are any in the process of being made?
I must say I enjoy this tension between all of the characters. Could be something they work toward relieving as the RP goes on and they have to rely on each other more, especially given their circumstances.
