Okay, I just edited my CS a little bit based on the information your provided. Just listing the amount of soldiers, drones, worker, etc. And specifying the roles of leaders now that I know how much would be a good amount to have.
I have a question, how is war going to work? Because I'm just itching to start murdering the children of my enemies, but I'm not sure how that's going to work in this game.
I'm going to list the different aspects of this just because it's easier to make sense of.

1. Everyone will play a nation that's sentient, made up non-human species.
2. Technology will be roughly iron age, although it can vary nation to nation.
3. This is not fantasy, but you're allowed to make your species as unique and creative as you want as long as it does not blatantly break the laws of science. (e.i a three ton creature flying)
4. Humans do not and never have existed.

I think I covered everything there. So is anyone interested, or have any questions?

What the culture resembles: It resembles Japanese because Qutemarans look like asians

I'm fairly certain what your people look like has nothing to do with how they behave. And there are many types of Asians (Middle East, Indians, Russians, etc. too. So I think appearance belongs in Other.
Leader name: Nishkan

Leader age: 20

Leader gender: Male

Civilization Name: Nisan

Pop.: 300 000

Government type: God-Dictatorship, where the current leader is worshipped as a God(not an actually god.) Leadership is passed down through series of five mental competitions between the current leader and the challenger, of which the current leader chooses three challenges and the challenger chooses two. A maximum of two challenges may be magical in nature, and the current leader chooses his/her challenges before the challenger does. If the current leader fails, then s/he has the choice between becoming an adviser to the new leader or retiring on state benefits. Should the current leader win, the challenger is executed.Only members on the Nishian(the name of citizens of Nisan) royalty may challenge the current leader. Should the current leader die without being challenged, then all willing nobility participate in a multi-player version of chess using one of the many custom boards owned by the state.

Ideology: All native Nishian people are superior to non-native Nishian people, and anyone who immigrates to Nisan has some sense although not as much as natives, and anyone who does not live in Nisan is an idiot besides those who have very clear accomplishments, and even those are slightly off their rocker for not wanting to live in Nisan.

What the culture resembles: It resembles Soviet Russia in that it is a communist country and that is has a corrupt government that looks after itself first and it's people second. Aztec culture in that is has nightly human sacrifices, usually criminals or people captured from other nations and that they build massive temples to their God-Dictator. Rome in that they have daily gladiator battles and that they are costantly looking to expand their borders.

Source of income: They export gold from their mines, as well as several types of legal and illegal drugs.
General History: Originally, the Nisan were a simple, violent tribe living in the jungle. Then the first God came to them as their savior and lead to victory against all their rival tribes. Eventually they moved out of the jungle to the smoother lands beside it, but still retained a vast knowledge of the terrain. Slowly over time their prejudice against others grew along with their reverence for their leader, who can do no wrong.
Other: They live beside a massive rain forest.

I used GemCat's edited photo since my border would be right beside his/hers.
I just edited my CS, and I based my income on the fact that we can raid other players and still their folken. Because if we can't, then 1. That's stupid and 2. I'll have to do some major edits to my CS.
I would like the far southwest, please. And just to clarify, I can make the description of the southwest whenever I want from now on, but can only create a power faction once everyone has chosen their area?

I was thinking something like a 10 would mean you could have a steampunk-ish nation, while 0 means you have a tools, but not machinery. I hope that's a sufficient explanation. It isn't a very clear-cut scale, honestly...

Yeah, that's good. I just wanted to make sure may nation wasn't too high up with technology. And now, I shall be able to post my CS. Please tell me if I got anything wrong, since it's all very complicated to fill out.

Nation name: Nishban
Race: A race of intelligent ants called Nishben. Each type (worker, soldier, drone, etc.) has a different appearance and size, as well as a different position in society. They are all a bright red colour with red pincers.

Worker: Five centimeters long, two centimeters tall and two centimeters wide. They have large, sharp pincers and powerful, strong bodies. They are fairly smart and come up with creative solutions to problems. They enlarge the nest through tunneling, clear obstacles for soldiers, and construct tools and weapons. Amount: 13
Soldier: Ten centimeters long, four centimeters tall and four centimeters wide. These Nishben, as well as having large sharp pincers and powerful bodies, have a poisonous barb on backside which can repeatedly sting victims. They mindlessly do their task of getting food and attacking enemies. Amount: 50
Drone: Four centimeters long, one point eight centimeters wide and tall. They have average sized dull pincers, and are fairly smart. They breed with the mother Nishben and take care of the young. Amount: 8
Mother: The mother ant is thirty centimeters long, ten centimeters wide and ten centimeters tall. She gives birth to all of the baby Nishben. She has small pincers. Amount: 1
Leader: They have small pincers, and are four centimeters long, one point eight centimeters wide and tall. These are the most intelligent of all the Nishben. They make the decisions for the colony. There is one for military, one for food supplies, one for the economy, one for law, and one as an arbiter if the others are arguing or overstepping their boundaries. Amount: 5

Small means pincer length is ten percent of the body, average is fifteen, and large is twenty.

Population:
Income & Treasury:

Keeper name: Trishna
Description: Trishna is a leader Nishben in charge of the military. He makes all the decisions for the defence and offence of the colony.

Color: Red
Matter: Cloud
Keeper: Warrior

Stats
Efficiency: 4
Military: 13
Politics: 0
Economy: 0
Culture: 2
Technology: 0
Keeping: 2
Coloration: 0

Geography: It is a mound of dirt in the Amazon. It extends downward for several dozen meters and taps into an underground stream. All around the mound is thick jungle that is constantly trying to consume the mound, but the workers prevent it. About twenty meters away from the mound is a hub.

Culture: They are very warlike creatures intent on conquering the heck out of everything. They enslaves all that fall before it to work in the mines underneath the workers. There is no free time for individuals, but that is how it should be. The whole colony is based on the principle of working for the whole, not the individual.

Industry: Nishban mines gold, along with many other materials. As well, they trade slaves with an other culture that has slaves.

Coloration: The colour and keeper spur on the already militant nation to greater heights, making it intent on crushing the world beneath it’s mandibles.

Technology: They are working with iron and are able to create armored plates for soldiers.

Other: They are very predatory, and their soldiers clear out small swathes of land of food daily. As well, all Nishben fiercely patriotic and will often get into physical fights if one heard someone insulting their nation.

Military: There are three types of soldiers who have varying levels of skill. They have fifty soldiers. Any split percentages (say my nation gets 1 more Nishben, obviously it cannot be split three ways) goes into the Regular category.
Regular: A standard unarmored soldier Nishben who charges into battle with thousands of it’s comrades. Alone they are not very dangerous at all, but together they form an nigh impossible to defeat army. They make up sixty percent of the army.
Armored: An armored soldier Nishben who has metal plates covering it’s body and mandibles. It moves much slower than the standard, but it much harder to stop and can do massive damage with it’s blades atop it’s mandibles. They make up thirty percent of the army.
Elite: An armored soldier who has trained extensively, and know how to work in perfect synchronization with it’s allies. Few things can stop a squadron of five elite soldiers. They make up ten percent of the army.
How does the technology stat relate to the actual technology of the nation? Would -10 mean bronze age, 0 means iron age, and 10 mean late 1800's/ late 1900's or what?
