Section #1: Jig Being Right

It has come to my attention, that I am primarily right and drunk.

Jig is completely right.

Jig is right.

[11.01.50] Gowi:

Jig is right. Feel free to send that along.

[Jig is] 100% correct.

Jig was right 8 months ago, and is still right.

I love you, Jig. It's because you're Always Right™.

Once again, Jig is absolutely right about this.

Where is Jig when I need to vent about politics?
Drunk.

The mighty Jig is of course right.

I'm not post-dating RP's I've been in that died out of nowhere and I've basically forgotten about, so here are my present ones.

Sup kids.

My social life is starting to look like a social life which means I'm basically wasted all the time (if you've followed Wolf Manor, you'll know this is a thing), which means I'll probably be slightly rubbisher on this than I otherwise would be, so, erm. Heh. This also means I won't be able to c&p the Gdoc to set it in stone until later this evening (I was going to lock it when Doctor Who came on ♫), so consider this your notice:

GM Stuff

If/when I get back home tonight and if/when I remember to do it and if/when I have time, I'm gonna close the doc (tweaks notwithstanding).

And speaking of tweaks, if I spot a continuity error or anything in the Gdoc (I think it's Gowi and Reap who currently have them), I'm gonna flag it with my name, so it might be worth Ctrl-F-ing your way through it every so often in future (and, indeed, now :P). If I flag a thing, it doesn't necessarily mean it's 'wrong', but it just might have consequences or justification.

So, for example, Virginia is currently headed to the bathroom; how does she know the way? Did she observe Marion going earlier? Or is she just going to trial-and-error her way through it? Or is she going to sneak off to do something else completely? That'll effect where she is at the end of this post, which could be significant.
Boom. The trunk has contents.
Still juggling bits and bobs in my brainhole, and just got back from uni, so I'm gonna have a smoke and something to eat and have another look later. :)
MUGCoD paused while Reap gets back in on the action.

Seems to be working out so far. (Y)
*ahem*

Jig likes to bend the narrative to murder the uncooperative.

There. I fixed that for you.
I think werewolves have kind of earned their place in mythology not to seem intrinsically naff. Any other x-thropes haven't quite got that historical weight behind them, and seem naff as a result, particularly given the internet's attitude toward furries. Everybody knows a werewolf, but a 'novel' concept involving another animal will be approached as something new, and through that rough spectrum of 'How much is this furry?'.

Pretty much every defined 'supernatural/horror race' is intrinsically naff in its purest forms, but werewolves have a long-established lore to draw on. Part of the charm, for me, at least, of watching supernatural/horror-race-themed media is to see how they will interpret the lore and what new spin you'll give on it. If it's not an established 'thing', though, there's no room for any of that comparison, which makes the new thing seem more alien and less approachable. The audience doesn't buy into it; it's considered naff.

Werewolves, incidentally, have a long history in Western cultural awareness, from being the antagonist in Biblical parables, fairy tales and even aphorisms, which lends them to the villainous, or, at least, dangerous role in a given story. I'm not sure big cats have that lingering cultural or folkloric heritage.
Show's back on the road, kids in the Gdoc.
@Jig Hypothetically speaking, if I fall behind on that collective doc and people post a lot without Charles' input, would I be able to double back and insert things that he is doing/saying, as long as it doesn't mess up stuff that people have already contributed?

Even if it messes stuff up; just flag it up and hopefully everybody will be nice and cooperative. :)
Neutral. But I have a habit of adding the pessimist's thoughts into my posts, so either the narrator is a mindreader or they'll need removing.

Gotcha. Will keep an eye out for the pessimist's thoughts in order to obliterate them. ^^

[@Everyone]: Click for the MUGCoD. Thanks to Gowi for making the magic special one.
Confessions: I don't really read other games, but it's really lovely to hear that people are legit reading my games even when they're not participating.
