A fighter's HP after 1st level is 1d10(or 6 if you roll under that) plus the constitution modifier per fighter level beyond level 1. My constitution modifier is +2 and I rolled a 9, so at level 3 my HP would be 9+2+2=13

It does not work that way though. At first level you take your full hit dice so even with a CON of 10 which has a modifier of 0 your HP at level 1 is 10. Then for each level beyond level 1 you roll your 1d10 and then add your CON modifier. There is no possible way for a level 3 fighter to have 13 HP it is impossible unless your CON was 4 and you had a -3 as your modifer.
Lets say we used Adventurer's league rules and you took average for HP when levelling up.
The math is like this
Level 1: 10+2=12 Total HP: 12
Level 2: 5+2=7 Total HP: 12+7=19
Level 3: 5+2=7 Total HP: 19+7=26

PHB page 12
At 1st level, your character has 1 hit die, and the die type is determined by your class. You start with hit points equal to the highest roll of that die, as indicated in your class description. (You also add your constitution modifier)

Then PHB page 15
Each time you gain a level, you gain 1 additional hit die, roll that hit die and add your constitution modifier, and add that roll to your hit point maximum. Alternatively, you can use the fixed value shown in your class entry, which is average results of die roll (rounded up).
@Game Maker Your HP for Alric is waaay to low too, his HP at level 1 would be 12. Average for a level 3 fighter with a +2 CON would be 26 hit points
@Game Maker Draconic bloodline gives 1hp per level and tough feat gives 2hp per level, plus 3 con per level makes a +6 HP, Level 3 that is 18 HP then full d6 for first level sorcerer and Warlock for 2 levels that roll a d8. I rolled but average would be 32.

Draconic Resliliance is PHB 102
Tough Feat is PHB 170

Character Backstory:
Orphaned as a baby by a red dragon attacking her home village and being the only survivor the young girl was taken in by silver dragon named Aiserru who found a kinship in the child and named her Renalyssa. Bringing her back to her lair in a castle high atop a mountian Ren was raised by Aiserru as she began to show signs of having a bit of dragon blood in her, inheriting magical abilities that she was taught to control by the dragon as she also told her tales of powerful knights and defenders of the weak, often bringing back gifts and trinkets for Renalyssa when she would go out on her long journeys and would sometimes be months away from their home. During these long times where she would be away Renalyssa sometimes made her way down the small villages to interact with other humans and various other races. Following her own drive to explore and learn more about the surrounding world. Eventually this lead to her making the decision to leave her home, heading out during one of Aiserru's extrusions she left him a message not saying where she was going but what she was doing, knowing that she would understand.
Not long after her journey had started Renalyssa came upon a place where the veil between the material plane and the Elemental Chaos was thin and she accidentally stumbled upon an ancient crystal dragon who called himself the Dimensional Maestro, or the Great Watcher. He was an ancient being and a dragon the size of a mountain who seemed happy to meet her and Ren spent several months in his presence asking questions and speaking with this being until he made a deal with her and granted the young human some of his powers on the agreement that she would be his agent, one who would guide those who needed the aid on their paths to a greater a fate. Parting with him now driven by a greater purpose than to just explore.

With the variety there us in terms of class, and the fact that alot of people from the int check haven't shown up I think everyone could play something different.@CajunRobinHood

I think it is perfectly fine if 2 people play rogues, everyone plays their character differently.
I once DMed a game where everyone was Magistrates (Police Officers) in waterdeep and they all played as Paladins with crossbows. The party still had a great dynamic despite them all being the same class.
That is kinda the good part of 5e because there is Archtypes for classes, a Paladin of Vengence plays very different when compared to a Paladin of Protection.

Also note I am most likely going to multiclass Sourceror/Warlock or do a Beastmaster Ranger
@Game Maker so boss, thinking on it now i want to play my naive orc who desperately wants to be human and one day open up a basket shop. Would that be allowed or no?

(Btw, i never played 5e, only 3.5, a bit of 4, and pathfinder, so i dont know how the world of faerun changed or how the system itself changed.)

God of Madness murdered the Goddess of Magic, caused the Spellplague. Spellplague ended, magic items are now rare. but GM is using his own world.
Oh yes. Shadowrun magic is amazing.

You always had to plan for those accursed wage mages but you learned to deal. Their magic was a double edged sword in most cases. Snipers, flying attack drones with small caliber guns that would fly around a physical barrier. They were tough but so was a full conversion Borg or a fully decked out rigger with a half dozen combat drones.

My personal favorite were spirits with the alienation ability. I often called on fog spirits to draw a target harmlessly into another dimension or if I was feeling nasty into the unseelie realm.

I never got to play enough Shadowrun. Players in the nineties had a hard time understanding that everything was connected to the net.

I used to play it back in 2011 with a bunch of homebrew stuff for 5th Shadowrun. It was a Post Apocalypse Germany setting and the Mage was a Irish dwarf who had a love for potatoes. He managed to take down a military walker with one of his spells but popped his lid and went unconscious after melting his way through it and killing the pilot inside.
Another one of my players was a troll cyborg called The Chrominator. He had a lighter in his middle finger to flip off people while lighting a cigar and his combat music was Katy Perry's Firework.

They are one of my favourite groups I ever DMed a game for.
Shadowrun does a fine job with elven snipers, dwarves with mini-guns, reconnaissance quadcopter drones, tracked combat drones and fireball toti g mages.

After all, a grenade launcher does almost the same thing as the mage spell without years of practice.

Have you played Shadowrun? A grenade launcher is powerful but a Mage is one of the most destructive things ever as long as they can avoid killing themselves with their own magic.

Will any or all of the subraces in the PHB be allowed? What about the class archtypes/paths/traditions/etc.?

Much like a video game, the higher your character level the more experienced and powerful your character has become. Hit Points (character's life) increase every level, ability scores increase at certain levels, you gain new class abilities, and more spells.

Of course, we'll have to wait and see what @Game Maker's CS for this game will look like and what info we'll need to provide because this will be "dice rolling light" so a typical D&D CS may not be needed.
But here's an example of a 5th D&D character sheet can look like.

That's a sheet generator, this is what a sheet looks like. Courtesy of my level 12 Sorcelock
