Beneath Victors armor stands a rather pale skinned man that reaches about 6'1 and weaighs close to 220lbs. His face is somewhat scruffy and mostly covered with dirt as a thin un-kept beard lays there. A scar runs down over his right cheek and his eyes are a dull grey while his short messy hair is a dark brown. It's rare to see Victor without his armor on, but when he's not wearing it he mostly just stays with a thin white shirt, leather pants and leather boots.
"Class": Knight.
Motivation: To serve the throne with honor and send the kings enemies to their cold graves.
History: Victor doesn't know much of his village since he was only a toddler when it was attacked by bloodthirsty raiders. He would have died within that village had it not been for a group of the kings knights that were chasing the raiders down on his orders. After the raiders were defeated Victor and other newly made orphans were taken in by the knights and brought back to the capital. It was honestly a stroke of luck for Victor and his fellow orphans to be saved. Victor and the others were soon taken in and at the right ages of 10 began their training. Their training to become proper members of the kings Vanguard.
It was a brutal and deadly start to Victors childhood, but to this day he is honestly thankful for it all. All of the abuse and injuries has made him into a real warrior of the throne. He will forever be indebted to the throne for giving him a chance to prove his worth. As Victor reached the age of 17 he was put into command of a small group that happened to be his fellow orphans of his home village. It was only a group of 6 good men and women, but Victor was proud and thankful to be their leader. A week after his new position they were sent out to hunt down a band of deserters that killed a noble family and fled. It took a two weeks to catch up with the deserters, but they managed to ambush the weary party and were quick to kill them off. As the last of the deserters were killed Victor came across a few scrolls that held clear and hard evidence that the noble was given the right to enslave and kill as he wished by the king. With no hesitation Victor burned the evidence with the headless bodies of the deserters and returned back to the king with the traitors heads.
Today Victor continues to lead his small party and is as loyal to the throne as ever. He is simply another dog of the king and he is honestly happy with that. He will serve his throne along side his fellow dogs and protect his home.
Strengths: Excellent swordsman, leader, strategist, loyal and fearless.
Weakness: Short tempered, stubborn, reckless and not very sociable.

"Archers! Loose!" Victor roared as he raised his sword high above his head. In an instant a flurry of flaming arrows shot passed him and hurtled down to the beach below them as several ships of raiders landed. Howls of dread and pain echoed as many raiders met their fate from the unmerciful wave of arrows. Victor couldn't help but smirk under his helmet before he looked to a near by Sargent. "Take command here, have them continue their barrage onto the raiders main forces before turning their fire on the ships landing with renforcements," he ordered. The Sargent saluted and began barking orders to the archers who were already prepared for their next volley.
Victor quickly made his way to his men who were standing at the ready with the attacking wave of men that were to take on the raiders head on. His men looked eager to stain their blades and Victor gladly took his place with them as they awaited the signal to attack. After what felt like forever a horn filled the air and Victor was the first to bolt down towards the beach. The war cry of a hundred men, including his own boomed through the air. The ground seemed to shake and Victors men were quick to come to his side as the neared the poorly maintained invading party. With a savage look of bloodlust the raiders charged forward with their own war cry and both armies soon clashed. Victor ducked under a raiders axe and tore his sword across the raiders exposed belly. The raider cried out in pain before one of Victors men finished him with a hard blow with a mace.
Victor continued on to drive his sword into another raiders chest before head butting another who tried to bring a hammer down on his skull. He kicked the raider from his sword with a grunt and roared as he drove his sword into the other raiders shoulder. The raider howled in pain and pleaded for mercy in a foreign language, but Victor simple pushed down his sword and made it to the raiders chest before he yanked it free from the mans torn flesh. He paid the gagging raider no mind as he turned to see his men and other allied forces easily driving the poorly maintained attackers back toward the burning ships that had just landed. Screams of death and cries of mercy filled the chaotic air, but Victor simply watched with a sigh. The battle was already won, this was just an excuse to wet their blades with blood. A groan came from below Victor and he looked down to see a struggling raider with a spear in his gut. He looked rather young, maybe in his late teens, and glared up to victor as he spat hateful words towards Victor in a foreign language. Victor only shook his head and planted his boot onto the dying mans chest as he grasped the spear within his gut.
"We may not understand each other, but know that you and your filthy brothers in arms died for nothing. You will burn in in hell without the pride of victory and howl in dread knowing you were cut down as nothing more than a rabid dog," he spat as he slowly twisted the spear with in the young raiders gut. "You, a rabid band of dogs were killed by proper dogs of war," he finished before driving the spear deeper into his gut. Like a hammer hitting a nail the body went limp and the life drained from the raiders eyes. As Victor stared down at the corpse a horn sounded within the air and he looked up to see several of his comrades cheering in victory as they watched the retreating ships burn as the kings navy surrounded them. He smiled with pride and tuned to leave the beach with a chuckle. Victors men were quick to join his side and together the small group of orphaned soldiers of the Vanguard marched off to deliver their king the news of their victory.
Jack paused for a moment causing his precious alcohol spill onto the onto the bar as he processed Kage's words. Slowly he rested his mug onto the table and looked to her with slightly widened eyes. "Sex?" he questioned. After a few seconds his mind finally came back to him and a large grin rolled onto his face before he exploded with laughter. Tears filled his eyes as he held his ribs and cackled. It took him a minute or two, but when he finally calmed himself down he cleared his eyes of his joyful tears and took a deep breath before speaking. "Jeez Kage you almost killed there," he said as he chuckled the rest of his amusement away.
"Though," he paused as he rested his head into his hand and stared at her with a smirk. "I if ya want we can change up the bet into something more... fun," he finished with a chuckle. "I mean it'd be nice to see what's under all that," he said gesturing to her clothing. He held his hand above the bar and began to create a small shadow figure in the shape of a slim woman. "But you of course gotta be worth my time if ya want to do a little exploring," he said with a wink before he returned to his drink. As he took a large swig he glanced to her and let his smirk grow. "So Ms. Mystery women, wanna take the bet, or are ya to afraid?" he said with both a challenging and playful twinkle in his eyes.
Carson's world froze as the little cat bastard mentioned his sister and he only stared wide eyed at the creature. A feeling of dread filled his heart as the creatures ungodly smile widened, showing him an evil that shouldn't be. His body began to tremble slightly as he took a step away from the creature and images of his sister began to flash in his mind. Her smile of joy, her happy laughter and her kind nature played over and over within Carson's head. Soon a blue haired girl rested her hand on his shoulder and listen as she spoke. His fear and anger towards the cat grew every second, but he knew she was right, he had to be calm. He nodded and took a deep breath as he looked back to the cat. He glared at the monster with such hatred he felt as if his eyes would burn from his rage. "If she has a single scratch on her I will personally end you," he growled through gritted teeth.
Jack tilted his head slightly and cocked an eyebrow by Kages strangeness. He thought she was a little weird, but by now he's used to being around strange people. Soon he shook his head and grinned. "I'll just take it you had a good job," he said as he took another swig from his mug. A small shutter traveled down his spine as the alcohol flowed down his throat. Jack chuckled with satisfaction before glancing back to Kage. "Ya know you joined not to long ago and already you're kicking some major ass with these jobs," he said before leaning in close while glancing over his shoulders with a sly smile. "You've even gotten a few admirers that are just dying to know you're past. Ya know since you got this whole mystery girl thing going on," he chuckled and shrugged as he leaned away to give her room.
"I could care less about you're past though, I'm just interest in the way you fight. Similar magic, but different ways of using them," he looked to her with a hint of excitement in his eyes. "One of these days we need to spar with each other, see which one is stronger and learn a few new tricks. What do ya say, think you're down with a friendly brawl?" he asked with enthusiasm. "Loser has to pay for a full round of drinks for the whole guild," he said setting the bar a bit higher.
A heavy sigh escaped Jack as he walked through the guilds main doors and rubbed his sore neck with a grunt. Jacks night had been a rather fun one of drinking and fighting at the towns pub, but it was actually pretty disappointing seeing as how everyone who went up against him went down quickly. He was a bit annoyed thanks to his sore neck caused by a cheap blow from a bar stool and his ungodly hangover. Other than those two things though it was a fun night. As he entered the guild he stopped to notice that everyone seemed either confused or extremely pumped up about something. He cocked an eyebrow in confusion and pulled one of the newer guild members away. "The hell's going on?" he asked while trying not to cringe from a splitting headache that pounded away at his skull.
"Master Delsin just told us that for the S-class trails we're going up against Harpy Wing!" the member smiled before returning to his group of excited friends. Jack was a bit surprised and caught off guard, but soon a grin crawled onto his face as the news sunk in. His excitement began to grow as the thought of fighting Harpy Wings strongest fighters fueled his enthusiasm for the S-class trials. It was almost enough to help him forget his hangover. Almost. He winced at a sharp pain in his head as he walked to the guilds bar and sat down with a grin.
"Hey, the usual," Jack ordered from the bartender. The bartender rolled his eyes and smirked as he nodded his head and disappeared under the bar table. After a few seconds he returned with three large mugs of alcohol and placed them in front of a grinning Jack.
"I'll put it on your tab as usual," he mumbled before heading off to the other end of the bar. Jack chuckled and quickly chugged half a mug with eagerness. He slapped the mug onto the table and sighed with relief.
"Now that is how you get over a hangover!" he laughed before returning to his drink. Not only were his drinks brightening his day, but the news of the S-class trails helped light the usual fighting flame within his gut. Soon he'd get another go at the rival guilds members and have a chance to fight a few others that he hadn't gone up against yet. This was going to be a good day for Jack. As he moved on to his second mug he noticed a hooded figure to his right enjoying their soup. He quickly recognized the figure to be Kage, a somewhat new member of the guild.
Jack chuckled and leaned onto the table to get a better look of her. "Hey, looks like you're back from your job. How many skulls did ya manage to crack?" he asked with a grin, but before he let her answer he noticed that she was only drinking milk and frowned. "The hell you drinking that crap for? Here, have something that really goes well with soup!" he chuckled as he slid his much fuller mug to her side. Seeing someone not drink alcohol at a freaking bar nearly broke Jacks heart! The bartender noticed what Jack did, but after a quick gaze between the two he sighed and looked the other way.
