If a one liner is all you can muster, do it.

I managed two lines. I'm the best.
South-West Block - Nathaniel

Nathaniel did not fuck around waiting for others. He followed Annie aboard one of the Chinooks and waited for the evacuation to get moving, already feeling pleased with himself for finishing the first step on the path of his destiny.

Earlbetr

roll the r a bit at the end.

I feel like you should've gone with that spelling in the first place, haha. Best I could come up with for how to pronounce the listed name, with extra vowels added in to make it possible to pronounce, was El-er-bet-ert.
The light in the large room was a great relief to Kalia. She had feared they might be stuck in some kind of tomb, an underground catacomb that would be difficult to find a way out of, but that was apparently not the case. Now she figured they had to be in some ruined palace or castle, which meant they were above ground and simply needed to find a properly sized hole in an outer wall to escape. The sunlight coming in from above meant there was some kind of opening, which meant that escape was indeed possible. The halls leading off in other directions were intriguing, but up was the way to go.

Kalia saw one of the others, the woman in grey who said her name was Theon, trying to make her way up past some rubble. That seemed rather foolish, as there were perfectly good vines they could climb up instead. Kalia walked over to the edge of the water and grabbed some of the plants, tugging them hard to see if they were as strong as they seemed. None of them broke or tore free from above, so she decided they were stable enough for her purposes. The vines were easy enough for her to climb, easier than ropes she had climbed before, but she decided not to test them too far. She made it up to the walkway one level above where she had started and pushed her way past the vines to take a look around this level.

It was much the same as the level below, minus the water. The main change, the one she'd hoped to find, was that the stairs leading up were just fine on this level. Kalia could see the rubble of the stairs heading down and had a momentary thought to help shift some of it away for the woman climbing up, but she decided against it. She did not know these people, nor did she particularly care to stick around and find out, so she headed for the stairs leading upward. She'd climb up to the top of this tower, or as high as her legs would carry her, unless she found some obvious exit before then, and the other five people could follow or look for their own way out as they pleased.

Society needs to really check itself when it comes to depression. They make it out like it's nothing, but it's crippling. The medication doesn't even do anything worth the money. Depression/Bi-Polar/etc is not a joke. >.<

Except medication has helped many people through depression, so that's not really accurate.

I would assume the pronunciation goes something like 'Foo-boo-key'

Hah, I guess that post was unclear. I meant the character name, Elrbetrt.

And Oh btw, I added you on steam Brovo. My ID should be Fubuki

Quick question. How the fuck are you supposed to pronounce that name? Only way it seems feasible to say is to insert phantom vowel sounds in there between some of the consonant groupings.

Edit: The character name, Elrbetrt, not the Steam ID name.

Ignoring the mind-numbingly boring and overdone overarching concept, there are still a couple moronic things I'd like to point out.

First, 50,000 years from there being only dinosaurs to the American revolution? Put down the weed, or whatever other substance is making you feel like you're being deep and intellectual, and pick up a science textbook. The dinosaurs died millions of years ago. If you're going to try to sound smart, at least try to get your basic facts and numbers straight.

Second, smoke age? That's an awful name. An ice age is called that because large swathes of the planet are covered in ice. The planet is not hugely covered in smoke, and was much farther from it back in the time of the American revolution that you jumped to.

Third, why jump to the fucking American revolution of all things? You state it as a time when "beings are now civilized." You overshot the dawn of civilization by a few thousand years (whilst ironically undershooting the number from the start of your timeline by millions, as stated above), the ancient Greek or Egyptian or Mayan civilizations that were organized enough to build great works for instance, or the advent of agriculture which allowed for large settled populations to start overtaking the number of nomadic people. Or shit, you should have just gone to modern time to talk about the computer shit. Bringing up the American revolution was just stupid and pointless, as you yourself seem to acknowledge with the first line of the second thing I'll call a paragraph for want of a better term.

I could go on about the fundamental limitations of Moore's law, or harangue you for thinking this shit that everyone and their grandmother was talking about when The Matrix came out is somehow a fresh and interesting idea to bring up, but I'll leave it at that. Next time, try getting your facts straight and aim higher than the low hanging fruit on the tree of philosophy. Even frat dudes prove capable of reaching this one ("dude, what if we're all like in the matrix?" is a sentence I guarantee you was said thousands of times in the wake of the movie being released), so try for something better if you want to be truly intelligent rather than just trying to sound like it.
I played Adventure Quest some, and a bit of Dragonfable. Never really got into them though, just fucked around for 30-45 minutes at a time before going and doing other shit.
