Name: Дуака (Pronounced Du-a-ka) Can be spelled in english: Duaka
Race: Previously Human, was turned into what is now called the Тень (based on their Russian Heritage) by the Ygar.

2 Years Ago, during to first contract of Дуака
The night was gloomy. All day it had been lightly raining, enough to bring down the mood. Дуака looked at the piece of paper in his hands,Markius Hawthorne, his first contract. This was as about as easy of a contract there was for his type. A Тень. The ability to transform to complete shadow, not invisible, but as close to it as you can get. As Дуака waited calmly outside of liquor store that Mark frequently visited, no doubt to erase his currently pathetic life as a mob accountant, a ruckus brewed across the street. A woman screamed,

"I HATE YOU"
"Now hon-
"SHUT UP AND GET AWAY FROM ME, YOU-, she broke down crying. The man was trying to console her but she kept shrugging any touch away. Дуака now was focused more on the couple then his target strolling across the street towards the store. The man was now messing with the lady's clothing, lightly lifting and brushing. She slapped out as the tears continually fell from her face. The man just laughed and commented on how the other women he had slept with were still hotter, though she was a pretty one. Дуака shadowed and moved closer to the man. He grabbed her wrist and said something in audible to Дуака.

"NO, NEVER... I WONT... YOU CHEATING BASTARD" the woman screamed
"The Hell I wont- The man was cut off by Дуака yanking his arm opposite of the girl. He yelled as his shoulder dislocated, Дуака grabbed the man and lifted him up by his shirt and looked at him in the eyes. The man was obviously terrified of the being that was in front of him. Of Дуака. Дуака let out two words,

"Never Again" The man shook his head vividly in agreement and sprint off as soon as he was let down to the ground. The woman looked shocked and frightened and happy all at the same time. Дуака nodded his head towards her and turned around to watch for his... Shit Дуака thought. He saw Mark leaving the store, and he walked over toward Mr. Hawthorne, off to collect his reward.

Background:

Дуака started off as part of an outer human colony called Moskve. The Humans found a planet that was empty, but could sustain life. It intrigued them enough to send a scientific research team down to the planet. They found no trace of anything hazardous so they gave 20,000 Russian colonists a chance to make it their home. The planet was smaller than the earth, almost twice as small, but had all the natural resources to sustain a colony. After around 200 years of sustained life on the planet, The Human Empire left the colony by it self, no support, no supplies, no nothing. It is around this time that Дуака was born.

Ten years passed from the birth of Дуака and the coming of the Ygar. The Ygar had been watching their trap carefully. They had cleared the planet in hopes to capture a colony. And that's what they got. A fresh almost 10 million strong Russian ecosystem. With no outside support, the colonists had no chance against the vastly superior Ygar. They slaughtered 6 million of the inhabitants, the rest they turned into test subjects, Дуака included.

The Ygar turned the colonists into experimental foot soldiers that were suppose to be almost immortal on the battlefield. This new race was called the Тень, which means "the shadow" in Russian. The soldier's main attribute is the ability to turn to complete shadow, caused by a refined dark matter that was pumped into them. The serum was suppose to remove cognitive thinking as well, making them bend to the will of the Ygar, but it was experimental. But the brain washing didn't work for most of the colonists, sparking a civil war between the colonists. During this civil war between the un-brainwashed and the Ygar with their now loyal soldiers, Дуака escaped on a damaged Ygar scout ship. Дуака, still dazed from his early release from his serum injection chamber, set out with 5 other Тень towards a radio beacon deeper in space.

Дуака, 17 at the time, reached a Human colony with the 5 others and alerted the colony of the unknown aggressors. They notified the ship that it was the Ygar and they should land immediately. No one on the ship knew of the Ygar. When they got to the surface the humans were terrified at the sight of the shadow creatures, and Дуака notified them that they were Russian colonists. They stayed low in the capital of the planet for 5 years before Дуака was given his second mercenary contract, to head to a ship captained by a man named Erek. He quickly packed and set out, hoping for a chance to avenge his people from his creators.

The Year is 1938, Europe is on the verge of war, one of the most horrific in history. The United States remains neutral. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt has taken steps to isolate the US from the rest of europe and it’s affairs. The States don’t all agree with what FDR has done to stay out of the war. Many German Americans are outraged, so are French Americans and British Americans, the list goes on. That is where it started. Strikes start to drag the already great depressed economy even further down the rabbit hole of debt.

November 9th 1938 in Germany,
Kristallnacht, the night of broken glass. Germans harass Jewish people and their belongings by assaulting and destroying their businesses. The Authorities watch on as people violently outlash. The United States Government watches on as well.

November 12th 1938 in the US,
FDR issues the Watching Eye Act. This establishes a new branch in the government, the National Neutrality Administration, its goal is to maintain Neutrality between the United States and foreign nations. This angers more Americans who saw Kristallnacht as a time of need for many in europe.

December 10th 1938 in the US,
A Riot breaks out in Atlanta, Georgia. The riot is caused by the lack of involvement in europe. This is one of many, riots start to spread throughout America, demanding change. FDR makes a public announcement proclaiming he is working on something to appeal to everyone. The air settles for the moment.

December 13th 1938 in the US,
FDR announces his new act, the National Integrity Act. It did the exact opposite of what the people wanted. After the Supreme Court started to review the Watching Eye Act, FDR started coming up with this an act to advance his power in the government. And with the overwhelming support from congress, FDR abolishes the supreme court with the act. It also gave him direct control over the military and gave the police complete control over the civilians. FDR also shifted the NNA’s focus from neutrality to public dissent.

December 20th 1938 in the US
The NNA issues a warning to FDR that one of the states has had a secret meeting with its local government officials. FDR announced later that day that any States found trying to plot against the overthrowing of the government, will be occupied by the military which FDR has built up.

January 2nd 1939 in the US
8 States (Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia) leave the union, the Soviet Union declares that the States are under their protection that any hostile attempts made by the union will be an act of war against the USSR as well. This was only the beginning. The US moved troops to California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey before any other states could leave. Alaska and Hawaii declared themselves independent but vassals of the United States.
Over the next 3 months the 34 non occupied states followed suit. The US in shambles, FDR declares himself temporary ruler of the whole government, backed by congress.

January 5th 1939 The States organize into their own countries of:

I would like to have like 5 or six people who would play as the new countries that form from the states. You have 42 states to choose from, the amount of states per country depends on how many people want to play, split evenly by resources.

I was thinking, a character that the Omkla Ygar were testing on, he has become a distorted version of himself. And he might be on a quest to find the ship, but if we are staying straight forward that's fine. Another question, can I still get in on this RP? I posted my first question and later realized you were full, sorry about that.
