What's your guy's power level?
Cool, here's mine. So do you want to make the thread?
Potential interest here, but a few things:

It seems like you have some interesting ideas, but the way it's presented kind of makes me think this might be more suited as a Free RP rather than Casual level. I understand if you're holding back some information because you don't want to put a lot of work into something and then not get a lot of people interested, but I think more info might entice people more. For instance, what's the setting like--you included the Post-Apoc tab, so is the world in a state like Fallout? Or an endless barren desert? Or just slightly worse than modern day, with cities abandoned or destroyed because of the monsters? Do the people live in walled or domed cities to keep the monsters at bay, or do they scrounge to eke out a living anywhere they can in the midst of a new, harsher environment akin to pioneers? Obviously the Sors Cells have produced some biomechanical things, but other than that what's the technology like? Is this a setting where humanity has had to restart, pushing it back to medieval stages, or is this a far flung future where everything's chrome and has Tron-lines running everywhere?

Also, I can definitely see the God Eater influence in the sword/gun weapons, but might I suggest making it so that the weapons can have other forms besides just swords and guns? That seems like it would make it much more appealing, because people love to have weapons, fighting styles, etc that make their characters stand out more.

And finally (sorry if I'm rambling), maybe you could elaborate on the goal? Obviously the players are part of this Cerberus organization that hunts the monsters to protect people, but are they mercenaries who only do the work they're paid for, or are they like government service or a military that hunts monsters no matter where they appear? Do they assign squads, the entire force, or individuals to handle different situations? Is their goal simply to protect people, or to exterminate the Sortis once and for all? And what else, besides slaying Sortis, are they doing to try and accomplish those goals? Do the slayers bring back pieces of the monsters to study, or to use Monster Hunter style to make equipment? Are there any antagonistic or competing organizations that oppose Cerberus?

I hope these walls of text haven't discouraged you, but I see some definite potential in this idea, and I just thought I'd offer some advice.

To answer your questions,
1. Yes, the state is just like at Fallout 4's. Except the cites are definitely about to break anytime soon
2. The Survivors the the UN had rescued had been placed in a protective bunker right below the Cerberus Headquarters; Which in turn, is surrounded by a 200ft wall of Steel Sors(Which made them harder than steel itself, and resilient to Sortis itself)
3.The technology is stuck in place. We still Computers and all, but it's all connected to only one server.Luckily, The Technology used in researching the Sors are still there. which bring's us to the Cerberus' Purpose.
4.The Cerberus' Goal is to Study the Sortis to create a fool-proof vaccine that'll revert the sortis and rescue survivors in the process.
5.The Ceberus is Divided into groups. The Hunters, The Engineers, and The Researchers. The Hunters do all the dirty work of hunting them down, while the Engineers Assemble and Repair the Fender Crosses. The Researchers are the ones who're trying to find the formula to revert the Sortis. The Hunters are divided in 2 Divisions, The Predator Division and The Defense Division. I'm pretty sure it's self-explanatory from there, but each Division can house up to 10 Units each having 4 members. These members can go on missions with other units too.
6. Speaking of weapons, the Sword part can be changed into any other type. such as Clubs, Lances, Hammers, Axes, or maybe Scythes as well(Which are still in development). While the Gun Part can house many different Barrels. Such as the Auto-Riffle, Machine guns,Sniper Rifle, Railguns, and Grenade Launchers. The Gun parts could be changed mid-battle, too.

I hope this answers all of your questions~

The World of Pangea is unheard of. It's history grows way way back. but i'll give it's current situation. Pangea is a land governed by Magic. Most of them fendering the shadows that haunt the feilds, ruthlessly hunting anyone they see.The Telosans are the primary wielders of Magic. However, due to technological advancements, the People of Pangea wants to fend the shadows on their own without the help of the Telosans, so the humans decided to build the Skycity Ayodhia was built. The Guilds were formed alongside it, offering help for research on shadows.

However, how long will this peace last?
