Shadow walked around for a while thinking about what had happened in the recent past. he kept thinking about how he had to kill Kalin his mentor. how he had been left behind by those he thought would help to train him. he was left alone in the world again. they didn't care about him so why should he ask them for help. why should he even help them. no they were the reason that he was alone in the world again. they had left him alone so they were now his enemy. he would hunt them all down and kill them for his parents he would end the assassins. it was their fault that he was alone and nothing would bring him peace other than their deaths. he reached out with his magic and started to track where they all were. he would wait until they were all together and then he would kill them. an insane smile spread across his face.

Shadow woke with a blinding headache. he couldn't focus at all and worst of all he felt like every bone in his body was broken. he stood up and could smell smoke and felt the heat of a fire. where was he and what was going on. he stumbled out the door of the house he was in and turned back to see that the would building was on fire. he wondered how he had made it out with out being burned. he walked away from the fire and shook his head trying to clear his mind. he wandered around for a while until his mind cleared and he was able to think clearly again. he had let his magic out and it must have back started the fire. he knew that his magic would draw attention from other magic users now so he would wait for one of them to contact him.

Shadow walked to the village in that his parents had lived in. he then went to their home and opened the door. he could still see where their bodies had been but he knew that was just his mind playing tricks on him. he looked around and spotted a notebook laying by the bed. he opened it and started to read. he spent the rest of the day reading the notes that his parents had left. he eventually found that his parents had locked his magic away for fear that it would drive him crazy. they left notes on how to take the barrier away. he spent the next few hours getting ready to let his magic out. after he started the ritual he blacked out.

Shadow felt the magic and then fell to his knees as he head felt like it was being ripped apart piece by piece. he grunted in pain. just as guck as the pain started it was replaced by a felling of utter calm and relaxation. his mind was slowly changed to allow the magic run free. he was able to stop Ansel's magic and then stood up. he quickly checked to make sure he was okay. when he was sure he was fine he then turned to Ansel and said " Thank you i can feel that i now have full access of my magic."

shadow focused on the barrier to his magic. he looked for where the source of it was and when he found it he knew just how to overcome the barrier and get to his magic. " i need you to try and kill me i think that only when i'm close enough to death my mind will lose its grasp on the barrier and i will be given full access to my magic. or you could try using your magic to override the barrier and unlock my magic."

no one at their base level can hope to face insane shadow. he would kill then all in 8 seconds flat. but if you can beat him down bad enough he might be able to be restored to normal shadow or it might just activate his rage and drive him farther into insanity.

Shadow spent around 10 minutes trying just to focus on the coin and move it but every time he felt his magic rise in his mind something overpowered the magic and locked it back down. he shook his head and caught his breath before saying. " i can't get my magic to activate something keeps blocking it every time i try to use it." he could still feel the magic but it was only a faint trace of it.
