I can see Theodora interacting with a lot of characters here! Mainly because shes quiet, I can see her getting along w/ most just by her "going-with-the-flow" demeanor.

And I'm totally up for the relation sheets!

In a word, Nemu is a distant star, too large to understand.

Being an earnest, honest and sincere boy his calm aura draws those near him, gravitating towards his warmth. The rush of his voice, slightly low and rough, will unfold into a helpless laughter once he's comfortable with you. His voice will soften into a melody when his kind comments slip, giving off a gentle and tender demeanor to him. Although he's good-hearted, Nemu knows not to cross boundaries with a person. He'll disconnect once he realizes the bond strengthening, pushing back silently, avoiding close relationships in fear of abandoning them--just like he had done with his mother.

Being a quiet kid never got him into many conversations, as he was never the one to have much input in these interactions. Already dealing with practice, social activities tired him out much more than anything else. He dealt with this problem by sleeping it off. That was Nemu’s escape, napping away under the skies was the comfort he needed. Being as how this is the only perception others have on him, Nemu tends to play the part of a lazy sleepy child in an exaggerated manner as en excuse.

It does really help him escape social situations though.

Although Z is strategic, his overthinking--critical self--will constantly over-analyze the plan and assume the worst of the worst. The overall consensus about Z’s demeanor all points to his silence and this extends even to missions; while his teammates would prefer to hear his input, all Z offers is a blank face in return.

Young father Sueno(Yuki?) Nagatsuki and Sueno Yua had their world shaken permanently by the arrival of their young child, Sueno Nemu. Unprepared of their new family member, the two recklessly fell through mistakes on raising the young boy. As they were both new to the whole raising a child dilemma, Nemu learned to face his life independently. His parent's weren't horrible people as they were both loving and caring, but the two were clumsy in his upbringing. Naturally, they got the hang of it and Nemu grew up to be a decent independent child. His mother, Sueno Yua was a woman that gave off the demeanor of an irresponsible adult. Her personality was like blowing up a dam, the water never stops flowing; just like her recklessness. His father, Sueno Nagatsuki, on the other hand, was a man who barely spoke but listened. He was the balance of tranquility and danger, possessing a silent strength to his character that it gave Nemu a sense of admiration for his father.

The two were simple farmers in the Land of the Water. Living a peaceful life in the snowy village, castaway from many. Living in the land where the Yuki clan originated from enticed Nemu to know more about his clan. A nation that underwent the chaos of a civil war despite singing the tale of living the life of an outcast, pushing themselves away from political affairs. The kekkei genkei played a part during the war, as ninjas that wield such possession were loathed by many due to the tragedies caused by their kekkei genkei. In spite of it all, those in fear of the constant oppression fled into hiding. The young boy's eyes shimmered with excitement when he listened to these tales from his father. Their chilled bodies crept through the wooded forest, while the snowy scenery welcomed them with cold air. His father took him on walks during the day to collect some water from the rivers and it gave him the idea to enlighten Nemu about his identity.

Nagatsuki bent down to face Nemu, under his feet the snow illuminated itself with the sun's light, the cold light sticking itself to his chin. "You mustn't tell your mother about these stories," a hand touched his cheek, "for our safety."

(Nemu didn't understand but the warmth of his fathers palms were enough to silence him.)

He soon came to learn what exactly his father meant.

Nemu was asked to fetch some water by his mother as his father stayed behind to care for the fields. The child skipped quietly towards the wooded areas and did just as he was told. Then, as he knelt down to collect the bucket of water, Nemu watched as the droplets floated for a split second before dropping casually to the ground. His eyes shimmered in the dark morning, snow falling straight and steadily from a sky that blew no wind. Yet the hint of blue sky released a flash of diamonds that illuminated the landscape--and Nemu, clothed in the angelic's light, dropped the bucket of water. His mind wondered itself through galaxies, among the whirling stardust and ineffable particles, Nemu was lost. Living in a fairy-tale world by the stories of his parents, there was a sort of shock when he realized what was all said by his father, had been true. His heartbeat quickened, he stared down at the shimmering river. His eyes flowing bright under the snowy trees, his skin growing hot that with each glance he took, bathed his surroundings in warm sunlight. A distinct memory engraved itself in the mind of Nemu, his father's tales about the ninjas, about the kekkai genkai, about the Yuki clan, about the betrayal, the discrimination and the warning; "Don't tell anyone."

He turned on his heels, the breath of his escaped his shaky throat, enrapturing his vision with a fog. His world shook around him by the might of the heavens as he hurried each step.

(The world bent and trembled at his strength)

Nemu rammed into his father’s broad body, out of breath and working only on adrenaline. He pushed his head upwards to stare at the confused face of his parent. Pushing his father slightly, Nemu took a step back, standing still, not saying anything. His mother in the distant watched her son and husband in clear worry. While the wind blew at them, tugging at their clothes, Nemu spoke, and as if a warm rainstorm washed down in sweet hyphens, his father only gave in a small grunt.

The two acknowledged one another and that was fine for Nemu. He gained his new identity.

The two placed themselves in the kitchen, his mother sitting silently at the table, listening to her husband speak of such sad tales with nonchalance. The water in the kettle shook, creaks cried out with the quiet steps of Nemu, and outside the wind blew with a sad tune that day. The child stood at the edge of the door frame, listening to his father's rough voice crack slightly, his mother with her head hung low(defeat sung in her eyes). Then, her mouth opened and her angelic voice carried itself to Nemu's ears in sorrow.

"I'm sorry."

His father shook the boy awake the next morning. The sun had barely woken itself up. He crawled out of his bed, missing the slight warmth that comforted him. His father, wrapped in heavy clothing and a tattered bag, pushed several items to Nemu. The boy stared down at the clothing and a small dirty bag. Without saying a word, Nemu followed through with the silent demands. He wrapped himself in the warm clothing and stuffed the rest in his bag. Nagatuski began walking, eventually waiting on Nemu at the front door. The child turned to face his room for the last time, deconstructing each corner of his place and keeping it safe in his memories. He had already known what was going to happen. Closing the door behind him, Nemu began walking towards the front door to only stop midway when he saw his mother, her back facing him. She was staring at her husband and Nemu felt the guilt emitting from her. He pushed his head downwards and squeezed his way through her, passing her to place his feet in his battered boots. Without saying a word, Yua turned her son around and placed her cold hands against his. Squeezing his tiny fingers and slightly folding them together with hers.

(She was saying sorry and he accepted it with a squeeze.)

She took a recently knitted scarf that was placed on the table beside her and wrapped it around his trembling body. The big scarf too large for his size, hugged itself on Nemu, providing comfort in the sadness he exiled from leaving his mother.

(It was all his fault.)

And with that, Nemu's father grabbed the boys hands and the two followed themselves out the door. His mother's small body, standing slightly hunched--in defeat--at the end of the doorstep, rose her hand to show her goodbye. He turned his head before listening to the slight 'click' of the lock. And, just like that, his mother vanished without a trace in his memories.

Both Nagatsuki and Nemu arrived at Konoha in hopes to start a fresh new life. His father reminded Nemu to not speak of his clan, to throw away his identity, for their safety. Thus, Nemu throw away that part of him. Enrolling into the academy despite the protests from his father(which took a lot of convincing to do).

Theodora Opal is usually described as a quiet, meek girl. However, as quiet as she is, Theodora is not meek. She's not one to stand by when other's try and push her around as she easily defends herself. She is usually silent and kept to her self, but these qualities do not take away from her uptight nature. Being a classic introvert, she is typically a good listener and, luckily has the appearance of calmness. Solitude to her matters like the air everyone breathes. Theodora is just someone who likes to bask in the silence of her own(and hopefully others) and not have to force social interactions. Although she is fine with social activities, it can get exhausting to her.

She was never skeptical. It was more of a, "It'd be cool if I could capture it on my camera"--than anything else. Upon hearing the small disappearances happening in Sonina, Theodora was a little bit annoyed at first. A new environment and she was already exposed to such mysteries. However, with her persistent trait; Theodora was completely invested with thought of it ever actually being true, or the folks were just crazy. She did always want it to somehow happen to her.

But when it did, Theodora realized, she had a stupid desire of wanting to see things that shouldn't be seen.

Theodora had been visiting a classmates house in order to work on a project together. They settled themselves in the kitchen and began completing their assignment. Theodora basked in the silence while listening to the muffled music coming from her group-mate's earphones. She had been contemplating on striking a conversation with him, but his focus was more on the work rather than an interaction. She shifted in her seat, exchanging glances at him from time to time(mainly at the mirror behind him). Trying to turn her attention back to her work, the boy stood up from his seat. Ripping off his earphones and placing them to the side, he spoke out to catch Theodora's attention.

"Want a drink?" A rough voice escaped his thin lips.

She nodded.

Her eyes dug deep into her paper as she fiddled with her pen. Usually, Theodora would've been working on this project alone. Since working with others had never been her forte, the girl would normally inflict the role of the one who did everything. But he had insisted on working together with her. Eventually, she shook her head and had decided to just complain to the teacher if push comes to shove(although in college, they don't really care). After what took hours, the boy settled the cup down near her books. She let out a small 'thank you' and returned to her work. Hearing a small grunt of acceptance from the boy, she listened to the small steps and finally the pushing of a chair. She lifted her head to take a sip from the drink, her eyes followed itself back to the mirror that was behind her partners back. Almost choking on her drink, Theodora rubbed her eye with her free hand, not believing in what was happening in front of her. The reflection of her partner was staring back at her, watching her through the mirror. But, no face. In fact, what was staring at her was a deep dark shadow. With no expression to it, she felt the tight glare that escaped the entity. It was scary. In complete shock, Theodora hurriedly stood up.

That night, she left in a flash despite her confused classmates yells. Although everything had been a blur during her leave, she remembered passing a glance at the mirror, only to find her reflection staring right back at her; yet it was a shadow, not her.

Nowadays, Theodora likes to not be reminded of that night but its hard when at the corner of her eye, she'll catch a glimpse of a shadow.

Elvina Feliz

Location: Teacher's Lounge: Stockbridge Academy

It's hot.

Sweat dripped down her forehead while her fingers traced the countless of rings that scattered about her knuckles. She twisted the one ring that clothed her pinky, a swallow racing down her throat. While her disagreement was announced to all ears, there was no action involved. They were all--still--standing around as if those monsters out there aren't dangerous. Elvina scrunched up her face and let her eyes wander to each person in the tight-nipped room. One kid announced the idea of spreading all items on hand to showcase what could help; another questioned the sanity of everyone else.

At this point, Elvina was lost.

There were countless of ideas cascading out of each person's mouth,

(none were helping)

but not one gave her the guarantee of getting out.

She did, for a split second, think about searching through her handbag. But she knew there was nothing useful on her, in fact, what would a group of teenagers have on them that would help in such a situation like this? Dumbasses. Once again, as if the first idea wasn't ridiculous enough already, someone rambled on and on about what to do and how to go about this whole situation. She threw in a quiet laughter after the speech was done, What the fuck, can I just leave? And then, as if things couldn't get even worse, a kid emerged from the sidelines and spoke about a table leg.

All in all, everything went from one ear and came out the other in complete shit for Elvina. She really didn't care much about everyone or what they had to say; only thing she wanted as of right now, was looking for a window of opportunity to leave.

She stared down at her shoes,

(slightly regretting the damage they’ll be subjected to)

willing herself to control her temper.

She knew how these things ended; zombie movies always had that or group that preached about staying put and waiting for help. That was always the first group to get a harsh taste of reality, usually fizzling out early on. Elvina really needed to figure out how to leave.

Elvina sighed and raised her head, watching those who spoke about what they had on hand and laying it out for all to see. She did a quick look at the loot that was scattered about and turned her attention back onto her purse. Her nose crinkled, there was no way in hell Elvina was going to show her items and she most certainly was not going to share her important materials. Her snacks popped themselves up above the half zipped purse, presenting themselves to her. Sure, she had been hungry but Elvina knew she couldn't waste all in one go; less so, show it to all of her beloved associates(student mates???). Sure as hell dont want this to end up like--what the fuck is that stupid ass book again--flies? pig of the flies?

So, ending off her thought in a conclusion, Elvina zipped up her purse and slung it to her back.

When one of the students asked for an introduction from all, she listened to the names that spilled from each of their mouths. She kept her mouth shut since the introductions were pushed aside to talk about maps and the buildings and all other stupid shit.

Interjecting the conversation, Elvina spoke up.

“You guys are just idiots.” She openly scowled, letting
her clear distaste linger for everyone to see. “Even with putting all our shitty food together, chances are there won’t be enough to go around.”

Elvina pressed her lips into a fine line; she would rather much scream and rage at everyone’s altruistic stupidity, but opted for a cooler—-or so she thought—approach. Plus it’d be just as stupid as them if she took out her frustration on them.

“And,” she continued, “even if it were enough, it would only last us one day. You’re literally asking me to sacrifice myself just because I’m older, major bullshit.”
