The United Kingdom of Great Britain and IrelandAs the flames of war fan and threaten to consume all of Europe, the United Kingdom shall at this time remain neutral. As a neutral power during this conflict, she expects that her neutral rights of trade and commerce will be respected by all belligerents. Furthermore she must remind the belligerents that the United Kingdom will maintain its commits particularly those involving the countries of Belgium and Luxembourg as set forth in the Treaties of London, 1839 and 1867.
