Keylock — Roleplayer Guild

Hello writer-friends,

Things have slowed down in my roleplay world, and though I'm normally fairly comfortable in the "forum lurker" category, I thought I'd finally create my own thread instead of waiting, and see if it all works out. I'm going to be posting several of my favorite genres, plot ideas, and story concepts below; if any should catch your fancy, send me a PM or post here. But now comes the important bit: I advise the prospective partner to read the following rules and guidelines thoroughly; skimming will ultimately not do either of us any good.

Information:

## Due to the adult nature of most of my stories, I would highly prefer we roleplay through private messaging. However, if you are a fan of the thread, I won't argue too much. I will only write with those above the real-life age of eighteen.

## When it comes to writing, I endeavor to bring to life every scene I write, with extra attention paid to word flow, description, and expression. In accordance, I request only partners who take similar pride in the work they produce. My posts usually span upwards of four paragraphs, though there will be exceptions in times of conversation between characters, or if either of us is experiencing writer's block. 

## I play male and female main characters, along with multiple side characters. I'm not terribly picky about this in terms of a gender I prefer, so partner preferences are what I take into account. 

## While romance makes for an intriguing plot device, I (usually) won't have it eclipse the main point of a story. I'll very likely be open to write whatever romantic pairing my partner prefers, though MxF is my personal go-to due to it being what I'm most familiar with in reality.

## I will usually post at least once a week, unless something comes up that renders me unable to do so. 

## Please remain civil in OOC. I will not tolerate rude behavior of any kind, including disrespecting my posting schedule, haranguing me for posts, taking unnecessary offense should I deny you a roleplay, or demanding that I keep writing despite me having lost interest in a story. Otherwise, feel free to chat about anything. 

## I keep everything strictly on-site. Offsite mediums of communication make me uncomfortable, so I don't use Google Docs, Discord, Skype, or any of those programs. Everything (plotting, writing, OOC interaction) will take place only on RPG, unless we've roleplayed long enough that I am completely comfortable with you.

## I do not do CSes for 1x1s.
