It is actually not at all inspired by attack on titan. They would be in the dark as to the seclusion part, I don't want to give much else away, I have things planned. (The city in this, is actually quite small. It would be considered more of a large outpost, I will describe it more in depth later.)
As said in the introduction, they would be fairly inexperienced from the get go, without much besides what I described. I plan to work through this RP, until peoples characters are brutally efficient warriors. And of course perhaps efficient in a variety of other roles.
Only a few of the elders knew as to why the fort was protected by this arcane magic. It is existent, although they don't know why it dissipated, and for now, they don't know how to harness it either.
