wolf only has bite (1d6 plus trip) tho which is pretty ok with the trip maneuver, there's also wasp(giant) who has sting (1d6 plus poison) and poison special attack, that being said there is a list of animal companions here but then there are these "Animal Companions - Effective Druid Level 1" which look way more powerful, unless i misunderstand something, the animal companion creation mechanics are a bit confusing to me, there's alot of the a.c. x is half of the druids y thing and all those kinda things that i lose sense of :(

i'd like to pick an animal companion over the element domain, but i'll need a bit of hand holding with it's creation, if any of you have time sometime and are willing to lend a hand, let me know unless i have to make it with the GM if it needs dice rolling and his confirmation on them:)

@vosenedich yes, that is where i've been getting my info from mostly, so i can pick ANY animal companion i want, no level limiter, even 3PP? getting a dinosaur just sounds so...off for some reason, i mean it would be cool but...weird:))

i just liked the spells the domain power offered, you think animal companion is a better choice? i'll take a better look at the animal companion system and see what it has to offer

i have a proffesion of being a herbalist, but since i reckon we won't be in town too often to do my proffesion, i thought of having a bird animal carry the ingredients to let's say an alchemist or healer or whatever and get back the money trough it, it's more of a story convenience thing i guess

also any suggestions on good animal companions? can i pick ANYTHING, or there are companion FOR level 1 druid?

how big of a mansion are we talking about besides just having 80 rooms? can you add a description of the area? like main points of interest, areas of the mansion both inside and outside?:)

1. how horrory do we intend this to be? like psychological horror with spooky atmosphere, or Lovecraft horror with gore and fucked up shit (minus the tentacly monsters ofc)?

2. what would be the requirements for one to apply?

3. By special training do you mean, we the players get powers, or something more akin to The Witcher type of training?

4. if there are only 5 boss daughters, and supposedly more players than that (going after the tags) what other kinds of dangers/challenges could we expect? (as much as you wish to divulge as to not spoil the story if possible)
