Atlas leaned against the wall hands in the pockets of his dark blue jeans as the teacher, Mr. Andrew, gave his speech to all of the new students. He couldn't help but to stare at the man whose presence demanded attention, something he tried to accomplish. Learning that the man on stage was to be his teacher set a fire in his cheeks.Maybe I could talk to him after class... Though the idea seemed tempting, he knew he'd never be able to muster up the courage to do it.
When Mr. Smoke came to the stage he gave a small show before introducing himself, and leading us from the auditorium . The school was one filled with magic, for obvious reasons. The thought of discovering the identity of his roommate sent his mind into overdrive. Who are they? Does it matter? What if I don't like them? Fix the issue. This internal banter left him stranded in the hallway, surrounded by people he didn't know. Help? I got this. he mumbled aloud pushing his hair back from his dark set eyes.
Personality: Skeptical + Egocentric + Unprincipled + Enigmatic - Black rarely trusts anyone, it took him 4 years to trust his own parents. Once you have it, He's one of the thoughtful people you could meet. Though he likes to keep a lot of things to himself. He feels entitled to anything he deems his and will do whatever it takes to get it, maybe a result from faulty parenting.
Short Bio: Black's parents were never really in his life, always opting for a babysitter or a family member. Though he was born into money , all it ever did was seem to cause a bigger hole in his heart. Every new toy, every new babysitter only increased his desire for something he couldn't explain. Around the age of 12 he discovered his quirk by causing his to invert itself, all because he didn't want to wear blue to school. Doing so caused he to black out for several days. Upon waking up his parent's were by his side along with a strange woman who wore a mask. It was later explained he would be homeschooled in order for them to closer monitor his actions. When his 16th birthday came around his teacher Shizuru suggested Yuuei Academy as a better route for Blacks abilities.
Quirk: +Activator +Likes to call it 'King's Court' +Can't understand why they're butterflies. -King's Court is a manifestation of black and white butterflies that can manipulate the gravity of what they touch. Black can't make them disappear, but they vanish unless they feed on his blood. To make one requires great focus and at least one pint of blood. To control one is taxing on the mind, and could lead to him blacking out. The results often vary and have higher fatal risks the larger the object.
"Rest if you would allow it, oh kind witch Naya." Alistar said giving his trademark smile to her, as he followed her into the shop. He could practically taste the magic in the air, warm and full of Care. Laying his helmet on the table next to him, he began to unbuckle the leather straps of his armor."You have my full respect, and i will show my upbringing was just."
The ornate armor he had folded into itself for ease during travel, yet it was lightweight and didn't cause much strain on Alistar. He chose a spot in the corner in which he decided to polish his armor. It was only when he looked up did he notice the hooded phantom in the room. " Who would've thought all of us would be together today? It's certainly not something you see ever day." His mind began to ponder the way their meeting could have an affect on the future. A future where the concept of light and dark is just a memory of the past. "Come all, for we have plenty to discuss." His voice full of hope and joy, his eye lit with passion.
