Stella hugged Eva softly at that point as her older sister hugged her and then she pulled back and looked up at her as she spoke. She sniffled a bit and seemed to start calming down as she assured her that the camp were safe and that they would be trained so that they could survive the childhood and teenagehood of being a demi-god. They got trained how to survive out there with the monsters that might chase them or hunt them.

She nodded when Eva said that if she trained as hard as she could, she probably would survive. She saw Chiron and the others walked back into the arena and then nodded when Eva said that she would get some cocoa once this meeting was all over. She did look up when Chiron said that they had gotten some quests, and then was mentioned that if you though you had been mentioned to stand up. The first didn't sound like her, unless she was the garden, but that didn't make sense. The second, well... no way. Sea, rainbow or dead? She did hear the last one and paused. Child of the flower... well between that and garden, Stella found herself standing up against her common sense.

Astrid was not having a good day, and if she had heard anyone laughing at her when she had gotten shocked she might have punched them. She had been scolded, shocked, shot, and just... What was being said bothered her. Why was she there if she wasn't doing anyone any good? She hadn't meant to ignore what Klara had said, just she had been concerned. Recklessness came with what she was sometimes. She was being prepared for Ragnarok, where she would fight with the other Valkyries, and one day she would be part of the hotel permanently, that she knew for sure as well.

Lara stepped away from the machine as they had gotten everyone out and she smiled a bit at that until a dull throb in her arm reminded her that a few of them had taken a bit of damage with those machines and traps. "Anyone need some first aid? I can do some better work now that we're not worrying about the others." She tried to offer a small smile as she looked around the room and noticed how everyone was reacting. She sighed at that and then walked over to Astrid first to check on her.

"I'm fine, go check the others." Astrid muttered to Lara, basically waving her off. "We should inform Balder and the other Thanes of what happened, and let them know whom did this." She walked off at that point and headed for the elevator where she saw Arnora hit the button for it. She leaned up against the wall, and rubbed her arms a bit. She could still feel a bit of the tingling in her body from where she had been shocked, and she was sure that she would be feeling them for a while. But she'd recover from that. Her pride? Not so quickly.

Lara frowned at Astrid's brush off and then when to check on the others. She did some cleaning of wounds and proper bandaging on those that needed, as well as did quick check ups on the others that had been shocked and treated their burns. Sure, they would heal quickly. Gods knew that if things were back to normal, it would be easier to die and come back completely recovered in their room. "Well, if no one else needed help right now, then we should all go and inform them." Lara followed the others to the elevator and then she smiled a bit as she relaxed while they waited. She was so thankful that she still could remember most of her first aid training.

Stella looked up when Eva put her hand on her shoulder and then she sniffled a bit as she tried to think of what to say. She couldn't just lie and say she was alright when it was clear that she was far from that. She sighed a bit at that as she took a deep breath and then looked up at her older half-sister. "I'm not alright. Is... Is what that girl saying true? Do the Greek kids usually... do we not make it past eighteen really?" She spoke softly as she looked at Eva, silently hoping it wasn't true. It couldn't be true. There had to be demi-gods that lived full lives right? She knew from earlier that someone had mentioned that some of the founding fathers were demi-gods and they had all lived past eighteen.

"Eva... I don't get it... I thought they said that by being here I would be safe and trained to not end up dead. I just... I don't understand. I don't understand why everyone is so upset and angry, and my ears are ringing now." Stella reached up and rubbed her ears a bit, and then whimpered a bit. They were indeed ringing from earlier, from the young woman's yelling. "Is there still cocoa somewhere, because if there is I would love some now please." She sighed a bit at that as she rubbed her ears again softly.

Lara sighed a bit as she was struggling a bit to get people out of the machines, but she was focusing on that point, even as Arnora was trying to make some small talk. She did want to response, as she felt it would be too rude to just ignore her. "I think once I'm done with this, I'm going to go practice on some training dummies to get my frustration out, then have a good meal and a long bubble bath, you Arnora?" She smiled a bit to her friend as she managed to get eleven more people free, getting them closer to their goal of getting everyone out.

Astrid was still struggling more, getting a bit more annoyed at that point. She had a feeling that Klara was speaking about her, and that irritated her. Yes, Klara had a point, but Astrid had been more worried that if she hadn't done anything they would have seen her as a failure of a Valkyrie. If any of them had died on her watch, after she had promised the gods she'd keep an eye on them, she would have felt that she had betrayed her duty. As she got caught up in her worries, she nudged the controller the wrong way and picked up one of the traps. She barely had time to register what had happened until she got zapped by electricity, causing her to get burned. "FUCK!"

Lara heard the cussing and she frowned a bit. She would check on everyone that had gotten hit with a trap when this was finished, as she was sure that someone else would probably trigger another trap. That would most likely be her, as she was sure of it. She turned back to the game and then started focusing on catching people again. She soon freed twelve more people and she smiled at that as she gently went back to the game, and focused on that.

Astrid was now in a sour mood, especially after being shocked by one of the traps. She was not going to let Klara or anyone else get to her. She turned her focus back to the game, and then moved around the crane and then went and freed around twenty nine souls and she grinned at that. She didn't pause however, as she continued on, determined to save as many souls as she could.

Stella was thankful that she had managed to quell her fathers for a bit before heading back to the arena. She wasn't sure that she was needed anymore by anyone, but she soon heard shouting, yelling and arguing and she frowned as she settled back into the seat in the arena with her siblings. Marygold wasn't there anymore, but Stella figured that her older sister was off somewhere else.

Then the yelling got worse, and Stella clapped her hands over her ears as she heard someone new yelling. She was angry, and it sounded like for a good reason. They were being blamed for something, but then she seemed to cross a line. What did that girl mean? What was she saying? Was she going to die young?

She could feel herself tensing up and she lifted her left thumb to her lips and started to chew. She knew biting her nails was a bad habit, but it was one she had had since she was young. She could feel her heart beating faster, and she was beginning to regret arriving there.

However soon someone else was speaking and she started to feel calmer at that point. She dropped her hand and stopped chewing on her nail at that point. She looked up and around to see what was going on, and then took a deep breath at that point to keep calming herself down. She looked down at her hands, wondering what had just happened. Why had she felt like someone had been screaming right in her ear and now she felt fine? Magic. It had to be magic.

Stella silently followed Kristen and Chiron again, as she wasn't quite sure what else to do. Chiron had been silent after she had spoken, explaining a bit of what had happened to him. She wasn't quite sure if she was really helping anymore, but she wasn't about to just stop being a part of what had happened because no one was paying attention to her. She did nod when Chiron said that it might be a good idea to have someone do a sweep of the camp to make sure that no one else was possessed at that point. Twice in one night really was enough, and Stella honestly wanted to call her dads to make sure they knew she was alright.

"Oh Messenger Goddess, please connect me to my dads again." Stella used the water, prism and flashlight again to make another rainbow and she tossed the coins into it again. Her father's worried faces soon appeared and they both called out for her daughter. "I'm alright dad, otou-san. I'm alright. I promise. Something happened that cut off our call. So, I promised you that I would explain what's going on. I will, but not tonight. Things here are a little odd. But I'm alright. I'm safe. I will explain everything tomorrow. Or in a few days. Just can't tonight." She offered them both a small smile as she promised she would call soon.

Lara was regretting that she had just run over to the strange machines, but it seemed that their fate had been sealed the moment they set into the room so she just focused on the game. As she was aiming for one of the souls, her hand slipped and the crane moved and triggered one of those traps Loki had mentioned. A crossbow fell from the game and shot off, the arrow piercing Lara in her shoulder. She let out a cry as she let go of the controls and put her hand over the wound. She cursed in Danish as she was feeling worse for wear at this point, having been attacked by wolves and now shot with arrows.

Astrid heard Lara cry out in pain and winced a bit at the sound of the arrow piercing flesh. She was going to offer help when she saw the other woman pull out a first aid kit, and then she sighed as she turned back to the machine. She was mentally cursing Loki over and over, even as Dalisy reassured them that he was still in his prison, as well as the truth that those that were rescued would return to the Feast Hall. Thank Odin for that. However the part about not being able to leave... that was worrying. At least they could leave once it was over, but who knew if that was true.

For the second time that same day Lara fished out her first aid kit and grumbled more. If she ever saw Loki, she was going to repay him for all the injuries that she had incurred that day on him, even if that meant trying to find a goddamn wolf to bite the god. She tugged the arrow out with another cry but managed to staunch the bleeding and bound up the wound before getting up and going back to her machine. "I swear... I'm going to punch Loki in the face when this is over..." She nearly growled out as she focused her rage into rescuing people and saved another twenty souls.

Astrid sighed a bit as she focused on the machine again and went about hitting the buttons and controlling the crane. She narrowed her eyes as she focused, and one became two, and she soon had freed nine souls from the crane machine. She pulled away for a moment to wipe her brow as she was still worried. Those traps could easily end her life, and she doubted that she would come back. She wasn't part of the hotel's magic.

Lara blinked as she looked into the room and paused a bit at that. What had Loki even done to the room, and what was this even? She had never seen anything like this before, having died well before the time of video games and game arcades. She looked around the room and noticed that there were seven controls, one for each of them. Hanging around were those that had been presumed to be killed, including Helgi! She then looked over to the coins and put her hands over her mouth seeing the lifeless body of another there.

Astrid's brows furrowed and her mouth drew taut at that point, as she also saw the lifeless body there. Apparently she had been too good, as their attacker was now dead, laying there having bled out. They probably wouldn't come back, as they were not a prize in the game. She didn't like this set up at all, as this was set up by Loki. Everyone knew that god did not play fair, and this game was probably rigged. "...What do you gain from this, Loki? Why have us gamble for those lives that shouldn't be hanging in the balance. You know they should be here, in the Hotel, not like this."

Lara walked over to one of the sets of controls and looked them over. It seemed simple enough, move the stick, press the buttons and try to get those Einherjar and others out of the game. She then walked over to pile of coins and then picked up one and took it over to the machine she had picked out and put it in the machine. It light up and made a cacophony of sounds that made her wince a bit at that point. She turned to the controls, and started working. It took a bit to get use to it, but soon, Lara had managed to pluck nine Einherjar out of the machines, and free them from their prison.

Astrid wasn't sure they should be so easily playing the game, but those lives were at risk, so once she got an answer from Loki she walked over to the pile of coins, picked one up and headed over to one of the unattended machines and put the coin in. She had played a few of these at the arcades back home, and she worked on carefully angling the crane. One, two, then soon eleven Einherjar were free at her hand. Sure, they were probably confused as to what had happened, but she didn't focus on that. She focused on getting all the ones in the machine she had picked out of the machine.

"Well of course I'd care about you, we're all family after all! I'm Stella, and I'm glad that you're doing alright." Stella offered Demi a small smile at that and then stood up and brushed herself off a bit. She was glad that he could talk, as she knew that if he couldn't that might mean his voice was damaged. She did frown a bit as she saw the bruises forming on his neck, and wished she could do something. However, Kristin caught her attention when she said they should go talk to Chrion and she nodded. She figured they were all safe by now, but that the centaur did need to know.

She followed Kristin back to the bonfire and over to the centaur and looked up at him as she spoke. "Yup, there is something to come see." She could see that some of those that were at the campfire were looking at them, as they were pulling Chiron away from the campfire. Once they were outside the arena and away from most of the other campers, she spoke. "Chiron, something really weird is going on here. I've seen two people act weird tonight, like possessed or something. I'm not sure what's going on, but... I can tell this isn't normal."

Lara groaned as she sat up and looked over at the wolf that laid dead near her. She scooted away from the dead creature, as if fearing that it might rise up and chomp off her own hand at that point, vengeance for its untimely death. She really really hated wolves, and they hated her just as much. Just because her father had been the one... No, that wasn't his fault. He had been the honest one. He had sacrificed his hand while the other gods were more than happy to try and trick the wolf. She pushed her thoughts aside as she went to dig around for her pocket first aid kit.

Astrid looked a bit sheepish as Klara spoke. She had been too worried about the wolves that were outside and inside the elevator than to have heeded Klara's words. She wanted to apologize, but what was done was done. They couldn't go back to before at that point. Klara was right, they had gotten very lucky with that fight. She climbed off the top of the elevator and hopped out and into the elevator with everyone else at that point.

Lara dug out the little kit and started treating herself and thankfully, she got herself cleaned and bandaged up. She looked up at Arnora as she spoke and then let out a loud sigh. "We found nothing there, but I do feel better that we checked again and didn't see anything rather than miss something by moving on." She finished binding her wounds and then stood up with a low groan. She looked over at Dalisy as she spoke and then nodded. "I guess we should head that way then. Thank you for spotting that Dalisy."

"Man, we really got lucky that it was only two of them." Astrid looked around, and then paused as Dalisy headed towards the arcade. "Alright, seems that we're going that way." Astrid gripped her spear at that point as she went to follow Dalisy, trying to keep on guard at that point. She really hoped it was only the two wolves, but she had a bad feeling that something else was here, but she didn't know what. She just had an itch that something was wrong.
