Your maths is off, Knight. You get 6 free points, not 10.

...dangit.

Alright drop the last 2 points and put Solid wall on the back-burner for now for another 2 points. I'll pick Solid Wall back up at the next level.

Follow-up question: how strong is strong? I was thinking a simple matrix of Attack X 100 lbs. Average person should be able to lift 100 lbs in an action-scenario, starting attack is 1. but I could be oversimlifying the short math.

If, Theoretically, you wanted to join, yes, you would post your CS here. The stat explanation has been, theoretically, moved to the first post. And if said theoretical character was a magical cat...well, that's quantum Physics. So we shall discuss it when we get there.

@Witch Cat

Schroedinger's cat was not an experiment in quantum physics, but in fact part of an ancient magical ritual...
@Ruby Still waiting patiently for a review please.
Hype to start.

@Krot like what you see so far? It'll be fuuunnnnnnnn!I'm not desperate what're you talking about I just want more friends :<

I was about to ask how you make it so tiny... but quoting you to ask you revealed your secrets.
If there are still openings, I am pondering a street-level Demigod: The child of hades.

Now I know that SOUNDS like an epic-level start, let me explain. Being the child of a god tends to mean you embody an aspect in his case it is administering to the dead. I'm working him like a 'spirit detective' either to put final souls to rest or collect evidence for crimes from dead victims.
Name:
Mortimer Hero
Age:
28
Alias:
Mortician
Appearance:

6' even with a swimmers build of 150.
Skills/Abilities:
Skills:
Boxing for fitness
Standard police detective work
Police pursuant driving skills
Small arms proficiency (preferring shotgun to pistol)
Abilities:
The ability to communicate with the dead. The more recent, the easier to communicate.
0-24 hours: Lots of panic and confusion as the death is so recent and they are frantic for help. It is difficult but not impossible to solve the simple crimes most easily in this small window.
24-72 Hours: More confusion than panic as they are coming to grips with being 'invisible' and probably seeing their dead body for more than a day. These are the most reasonable to deal with and can remember the most details of their life.
72-168: These are much of the last days he can communicate with the dead at the moment as the connection to them and the beyond becomes wispy and out of focus. This is most often single word sentences and pointing.
168+: If the ghost is still around at all, he is usually limited to psychometric impressions until his powers improve.
Weaknesses:
He is a beacon to other ghosts, often leading him to unpleasant conversations at inopportune times.

His power is constantly 'on' meaning his disruptions vary from seeing people in various stages of fading to mental flashes if he pulls out a a dining chair a man choked to death in.
History:
"I see dead people..."
Supposedly born to a librarian for the city and a doctor who lost her license over painkiller prescriptions so had to settle for being a mortician. His father always suspected the boy was not his for a significant reason, he was too good looking. Mortimer's father was a portly pockmarked man who enjoyed his port too much. By thirteen he was already taller than his old man and clearly of finer features. His or not, he was loved the same and carried the family name until his thirteenth birthday when the visions started. Flickers and flashes here or there made him think he was going nuts until he started getting pills to take. When one pill did not work, he took two, then four, then he met his real father.
Some say no two people see the underworld the same way as no two people live the same way. As well read as he was as a librarians child, he did not expect anything as palatial as he was shown; a Greek temple of all black marble with golden veins. There sitting on a throne was a well muscled man who had a scale on one armrest and an abacus on the other.
"This is a responsibility you are not yet ready for. You have not lost your mind, but you have lost your will. I grant you strength to return to the living and understanding of your new power."
He awoke from what was a 5 year coma from the overdose; leaping from 13 to 18 was a traumatic shift in body and mind but he put his renewed vigor to the effort and not only cut through the classes he missed out on but sharpened his skill with the recently dead in his mothers work. From catching up to graduating in only 3 years, he was 21 with his GED when he became a police officer, feeling that was the best way to use his powers to get information from the dead and have the power to persecute criminals to their full justice. That was 7 years ago, he made homicide detective after five and been an investigator for two years now.

Notes: I can see him becoming a 'spirit detective' for a supernatural group in the city or else a collector of wayward souls for his dad until he takes over the family business in a couple hundred years.
Some items i'd like to see him get is his dad's helm of darkness and a pen he can use to give the dead a chance to deliver a final message that keeps them tied here before being collected.
Pondering the last 2 points, +2 str, +2 def, Gasmask for immune to disorientation, or body armor for +4 armored, I think +4 for armored for 2 points can be balanced by adding a (equipment) subtype so it can be stolen/destroyed and replaced after missions.
Name: Rick Richardson
Alias: Brick
Race Mutant
Age 25
Stats:
ATK 2
DEF 10
HP: 15
ENERGY: 10
Traits:
Brick dust: (Passive) Brick is immune to Burning status.
Human shield: (Passive) Allies may take cover behind Brick, doing so grants the Shielded status. (shielded targets redirect direct attacks to Brick instead.)
The Wall: (Active) See 'Guard'
Stone Skin (Active)- Energy Cost: 3
Unable to generate stone himself, Brick forms a layer of stone skin by ripping it from the local environment. In most cases this is nominal amounts, but he can cause structural damage in dangerous situations. On each use, he may gain either the Armored Status Effect raising his Defense by 5 for 3 rounds or the Weaponized Status Effect raising his Attack by 5 for 3 rounds.

Power Summary:
Geomancer
Free points:2
Class: Protector

Actions:
Attack: A standard attack, using your base ATK to hit the target however you wish. Melee attacks can not hit enemies outside of melee range, however, without special traits.
Look Around: Forfeit action to scour the battlefield, possibly turning up a weapon, or noticing an advantage that can be explioted.
Rest: Make no action and try to catch your breath for a moment. Helpful when low on energy. Some skills force this action after use. Doubles energy regeneration
Guard: Take a defensive stance and prepare for an oncoming attack. Grants 25% increase to DEF, and can be used after a Non-offensive trait usage - such as a taunt.
The Wall: The Guard skill grants +50% to the users DEF rather than +25%, and grants the spare DEF - the difference between the users DEF and the enemy's ATK - to surrounding allies against AOE attacks.
Use Trait: The usage of an Active Trait, expending energy for a plethora of effects, such as increased damage, shattered defense, healing, or the debuffing with Status Effects.

Negative Traits
Structural weakness: When Brick uses the 'stoneskin' ability, the area immediately around him (3'-5' adjacent bubble) gains the 'weakened' trait (material defense is reduced by 5) as he is drawing from the minerals in the surrounding area. If the area is already weak or unstable, it will collapse under/above/around his character.
Brick as of yet has no way of automatically knowing of the condition of the area around him without using the 'look around' action and can still be wrong if any weaknesses have been covered up.

Pyrophobic: when faced with fire, Brick may only take non-offensive actions as his flight response manifests until the source of fire is gone.
Candle: Reasonable interaction if uncomfortable, avoids people who smoke
Torch: nominal effect, keep away 3-5 foot distance
Campfire: (thrown fireballs) Nervous, 6-10 foot distance, Must use the guard action to get any closer
Bonfire: (A burning car, a fire the size of a dumpster, flamethrowers) Visibly shaken, 11-20 foot distance, must use guard to get within 6-10 foot distance, Must use stoneskin to get within 3-5 feet
Inferno: (A burning house, walls of flame/pools of burning fuel) Catatonic, Immediately uses stoneskin each round until out of energy within 20 feet.

Notes:
Solid Wall: (Passive) Brick's allies all gain a bonus to Defense equal to 1/3 Brick's current defense against any AoE attack where Brick is one of the affected targets.
And the occasional Super that can throw fireballs. And the occasional helicopter that is shot out of the sky and sent crashing into the roof, murdering cheerleaders in a firey blaze of death.

Exactly. Thrown fireballs would be the ballpark of thrown campfires, flame throwers treated as bonfires, and murderous anti-cheerleader helecopters fall under blazing inferno... and fall on top of cheerleaders, obviously.
Just remember, Fire is a constant and present threat, so prepare to be incapacitated on a semi-regular basis.

A fair point, perhaps we should make sure we are on the same page.

Having Pyrophobia would be worth 4 free points. Since Fire is a constant and present threat that could appear in any situation, from a dozen difference sources. Structural weakness would be worth 2, since it's a decent idea, but is a lot less frequent than fire.
