Completely New Here, Staying for a Pint

So I'm a 25 year old Canadian who is a foreign language enthusiast and likes to roleplay and write. For some reason, I find something very romantic and socially relevant with criminal based roleplay. I also truly enjoy gritty nation state type roleplay. Of countries that may or may not have wars with one another, and all the dialogue, injustice and cruel realities that may be part of such. The telegrams and moment to moment freak outs from Sergeants under fire can get quite enthralling. It has the potential to turn into a fun project. But most of my roleplay experience stems from crime drama roleplay. I am open to try new things though, and definitely want to meet some friends here. I speak pretty fluent German too, so if the dog shakes the parcel, (that's not a saying in any language {but should be}) please feel free to private message me so we can get weird. Otherwise, as my subject states, I'm new here, and I'm staying for a pint.
