Creation of railroads to transport supplies and other goods has begun, these railways shall allow supplies and other goods to be transported quickly aswell as transportation for citizens

Bulgaria accepts the offer from Turkey, In exchange allows Turkey to annex Haskovo and Kardzhail

Government: Constitutional Monarchy

Legislature: Narodno Sabranie. The Assembly is responsible for enactment of laws, approval of the budget, scheduling of presidential elections, selection and dismissal of the Prime Minister and other ministers, declaration of war, concluding peace and deployment of troops outside Bulgaria, and ratification of international treaties and agreements. It is headed and presided by the Chairperson of the National Assembly of Bulgaria.

Military: Land Forces: Consists of 124K troops and 15K officers forming 9 army corps, 21 divisions, 1 armored brigades, 2 cavalry brigades, and 2 Frontier commands.
Air Force: 48 outdated 130 planes. 200 trained pilots, 600 mechanics, and over 30 officers.
Naval Forces: 4 Destroyers, 5 Torpedo Boats, and 6 submarines. Over 15.3K sailors and 300 officers.
