Haven: Summer camp for Supernatural Teens

After being basically kicked out of his ride, Emory straightened himself out before continuing. He was at the entrance of the camp and saw that people were heading toward the campfire. So he started to walk along the trail toward the campfire where he saw a few people there. There were what Emory assumed to be two counselors standing and pointing people in a direction.

Emory saw a girl heading somewhere and decided to ask her something,"Hey, my name is Emory, I was wondering if the counselors have given any kind of direction as what to do now that we're here." Emory doesn't know too much about summer camps so he was bit confused on what to do so he asked someone. He didn't want to seem dumb to the counselors since they looked frightening to him.

The car suddenly sped up as Emory was about to take a nap since the country music was getting iterating. It surprised him awake and saw that the adult was looking at his watch and yelling," I'd better hurry or I won't make it back to my flight." Apparently he had places to be and dropping Emory off was probably his last duty. He was distracted by the music that he liked so that he lost track of time was what Emory guessed.

Emory knew he was getting closer as he could see other vehicles heading the same way. He even saw someone running randomly out the corner of his eyes but was in the middle of something. The adult was driving really fast and passed some of the vehicles without any hesitation. The reckless driving was starting to scare Emory as the inside of the car got colder. The adult felt the cool air and turned around and tried to explain that everything is alright.

The adult suddenly slammed the brakes and told Emory that they have arrived with his voice chattering. He was shaking from the cool air and went to open his door to let the cool air out which could be seen. Warmth from the summer weather was what he was looking for since after what happened in the car. Emory came out the car and it looked like he was leaving an ice with all the cool air that could be seen. But he finally has made it to the camp in one piece.

(The adult can be seen driving off in the distance still in a hurry to the closest airport without saying a word to Emory.)

The adult that told Emory about the summer camp, was giving him a ride to the place. He could have just found his own way to get there but the adult insisted on taking him there himself. So he took the free ride and started wondering about the kinds of things they might make him do. There wasn't really anything to do on the way to the camp so he just stared out the window.

Emory was getting bored and thought maybe the adult could turn on the radio or something. It was getting awkward sitting there with nothing but silence between him and the adult. He asked him to turn on the radio which the adult, without a word, turned it on. Country music began blasting out his radio and Emory thought to himself,"it's gonna be a loong ride."

Ability: Cold manipulation, the power to to cool objects or his environment up to freezing temperatures

Bio: Emory was born on a very cold day where the snow fell and the people stayed inside the warmth of their home. On that day his parents never took him home, instead he was left behind there at the hospital. The staff at the hospital would always call maintenance since they thought there was something wrong with the air conditioner. But there was never a problem with it and the problem disappeared when Emory was old enough to be sent to an orphanage.

Emory wanted to make friends but was teased instead since whenever someone touched him, he would feel cold. The air around Emory would sometimes be colder than usual and no one would go near him. It scared many of the kids and therefore they didn't bother him or even talk to him anymore. He did a lot of things by himself at a young age, even the adults at the orphanage didn't go near him. He was frustrated with having to be alone all the time.

He was constantly being sent to different orphanages where the same thing would always happen. The temperature would drop and everyone would find out it was Emory who caused the air to be cool. Emory, as he got older would try to control this power but he always failed. He did eventually managed to keep cool air to come from him so only people near him would feel the coolness coming from him. This made Emory finally able to talk to others but was awkward at first since he hasn't talked to anyone in so long.

Then there was a group of bullies that made fun and beat anyone who ever they targeted. They started to beat up a frail young boy when Emory showed up and interrupted them. This caused them to turn their sights on him and began to beat up Emory. The pain and frustration made Emory blast cool air around them all and it began hurting the bullies. Adults of the orphanage caught wind of this and sent Emory to a correctional facility. It was until Emory was 16 when he finally able to leave the facility and back into another orphanage.

He was alone again and didn't know what he was gonna da anymore with his uncontrollable powers. An adult at the orphanage found out about Emory's problem and knew what he could do. The adult proposed that Emory would go to a summer camp where he can be with others like him and learn to control their abilities. Emory thought this might be the opportunity to control his power and even meet friends.

Reason for coming to camp: To control his power so Emory can live a normal life where he doesn't have to struggle controlling his power. Also meeting people who can be his friends and not care about the fact that he is a living freezer.
