@Raijinslayer Skill doesn't concern me so long as he doesn't blink and tornadoes start appearing. Since we have an entire Wiki entry as a summary I think detail's pretty much covered.

Given the rules of bending we know that....
1) He needs to be able to move his arms and legs to perform any feat.
2) His target has to be in line of site
3) While wind is virtually invisible, we'll be able to tell what he's doing because he'll be telegraphing the attacks through movement. This means that it's virtually impossible to hide where the attacks are coming from.
4) He can't move anything excessively heavy like most metals.

And with aura, we don't have a lot to fear in terms of damage from his semblance. I think your character is fine so far but I'd like to know how you mix this with Roller Blades?

@ForsytheI hadn't thought about that, good point. However, looking at what they have so far, it might be limited to their weapon but. . . still something that needs a little reworking to avoid accidentally blowing people to smithereens.

@ChronothesisMaybe instead of weaponizing dust, the semblance allows the user to send out shock waves, which can then be augmented with Dust. It would give physical attacks more oomph, while also making for a decent mid-range attack.

Besides, the power to make dust explode is kinda of specific. I mean, a semblance is an outward expression of your aura, your very life force, it is a physical manifestation of who you are.

Jimmy's original semblance was going to be Teleportation but I decided that his personality, his ideals and his natural love of learning meant that the creative, yet pseudo scientific, power that was Alchemy proved to be a way better expression of him as a character.

Just a thought to have when thinking about your Semblance...plus, who wants something that only works ON dust instead of something that can be used WITH dust.

Jimmy's Trailer: The Ruined City

It's pretty good, I think I did the action pretty smoothly, broke it up with some dialogue so it didn't drag on.

Kind of went with a mix of Ruby and Weiss' trailer with an original flare of my own.

EDIT: Just so you know, his dust was pretty much gone after that last attack. And seriously, and I can't stress this enough, dust is really hard to control, his personality just makes it look easy...

Good, but it had a few grammatical errors.

Another small thing, you don't need so much detail in action scenes. This is probably pointless cause this was from the past so your style may have changed already but some things are better shown than told.

Like, you don't need to say what Dust you switch to, you just have say that you switched. We'll get the rest when, in the second after switching, your weapon becomes engulfed in flames or you jump in the air with a gust of wind, context will tell us what dust you're on now.

To take out all of my fodder, Jimmy just blew them sky high into the air with a shot of explosive fire and then used gravity dust to suspend them in a sphere of gravity. Then he jumped into it with a blast of wind and started using the guys as platforms, kicking off of them to dodge bullets when they tried to shoot him and then freezing them solid with a snap of his fingers.

His arm fires dust when he snaps his fingers.

I'm kind of interested in reading yours now though!
