Take this too, it's too dangerous to go alone!

"Myra, just be quiet," Michael said. At this point everyone literally needed to just shut-up to let the strange centaur guy give out his commands, or else they would just stay here forever going back and forth with each other.
"Funny, and we were all actually beginning to settle down until you had to open your mouth. I won't indulge your hidden desire for a fight to prove whatever the hell it is you want to prove, but I will say this: Be mindful of how you refer to Sobek, because you'll find that as the god of /military/ he might not be so forgiving the next time you insult his domain. Neither will I as his host."
Heh, anarchist sentiments much? Michael laughed silently at Charlie's words as they obviously stemmed from personal bias and blind loyalty to his divine family. Despite living under Egyptians, Michael made sure he read of the other great civilizations and pantheons as well, the Greeks being no exception. Perhaps the Titans were good for a time, but eventually that goodness faded with the rise of the infamous titan known as... Kronos, was it? He grew paranoid and thus became a tyrant, as did his other brethern. It's why he was then deposed by one of the children he tried to kill.

Michael decided to keep silent so as to not prolong the arguing. The others were right, they needed to settle down for now and try to work together.
"And a man who acts antagonizingly to someone who was doing nothing but standing around should as well. It matter little to me whether he was injured in battle or in an accident, I won't treat people like your precious soldier over there with a scrap of respect if that's the way they're going to go about things."

This was getting tiring. Not even a single hour at this Camp, and already he had to deal with the trouble stemming from people like this red head and that son of Ares.

"But I guess it won't do to keep arguing like this."
Michael looked at the blonde that he had seen and heard earlier. Daughter of Apollo huh? At least she didn't seem so pretentious and out of line like the rest of the halfbloods here. His expression and body relaxed as he simply shrugged and nodded.

"Fine. Just keep your allies in line when dealing with me and the other magicians," Michael said as he motioned to Myra and Andrew. He held his staff in one hand parallel to the ground.

Adrian smirked at the conflict that happened around him. Even if he didn't have time to lash out at the Egyptian guy, others didn't hesitate to tear into him. He always liked a good conflict, even with the use to pathetic magic to aid in their fight. He found magic to be pathetic, relying on something other then your strength to fight. He said," damn it, why did you guys break it up? It was just getting interesting. Even with the use of pathetic magic."

*Somebody sounds jealous,* Sobek mocked as Adrian finished speaking. Michael smiled mockingly, still willing to trade insults with anyone even though Sobek had just finished fighting. Of course, being a god of conflict, the crocodile god didn't mind and even laughed along with him.

"Of course it's pathetic! I mean, all that mental sophistication and strength of will needed to actually learn it and cast it, clearly the halfling is better because of his sole ability to think and work with nothing other than muscles."

Michael shook his head while smiling, gripping his staff firmly in case someone else decided to attack. He still looked inconspicuous while holding it though.

"I think you'll find that my fellow magicians and I are more than able to hold our own and pound you into the ground with combat prowess alone, particularly I," he finished, his expression now serious.
"Alright, cool story there Ronald McDonald," Michael said dismissively to Charlie as he crossed his arms to continue watching the fight. Isis was a powerful opponent no doubt, but she was unwise in underestimating the crocodile god. He smirked as he ignored Myra's words to silently cheer on his hosting god. Might as well allow the two to let out the tension before going onto the quest anyway.
*Is that the full potential of your spells? Weak, even Thoth can conjure up better than that!*

Sobek bore through the pain as if it were nothing. Afterall, he didn't get the title of a militaristic and violent god for nothing! He fired a huge jet of water towards Isis which then split into several directions, the ends forming crocodile heads to converge simultaneously on Isis direction while another construct of a crocodile's head formed and shot down directly above her.

*Now the battle can end...*

Despite his boring through the pain, Sobek was still wounded and now needed to heal. It had been a while since he had had a scuffle with another god. Sour, but a good way to get old and rusty gears turning once more.
I don't even think Charlie can see them considering he's not connected to any other Egyptian god....
Sobek roared in anger as a powerful burst of boiling water erupted from his entire body, knocking the shabtis off him and rendering them weak due to the heat of the water. He turned to face Isis and whatever other shabtis and summonable allies she'd send his ways, golden eyes glowing with fury as his reptilian pupils dilated as he prepared for a fight. Stretching out his right arm, Sobek spawned a group of large, glowing crocodiles to deal with Isis' summons. He then spawned a staff similar to Michael's, but much more exquisite and large.

*Fool, you dare challenge me?* He growled.

He planted his staff into the ground as fire started coming his way, producing a watery barrier that doused the projectiles before the even reached him. Then Isis herself attacked, and though he managed to parry some of her attacks, other strikes of her weapon made it through and pierced his scaly skin. He growled, but laughed as water began flowing over them to help heal him. He quickly used his staff to smack Isis on the head, then followed up with a strong strike to the abdomen. Raising and clenching his left hand, a construct of a crocodile's head appeared behind her and went in for a snap.
Michael roughly pulled away from Myra. Friends? Ha, the nerve to use such a word.

"Don't even think to show concern for Sobek and I when all my life you never once stood up for me while your Egyptian cousins mocked my progress in their ways. I don't need your assistance now or ever, now that the god of the Nile is by my side."

He spoke harshly as he gripped his magical staff, prepared to react to any hostility directed towards him.
