Bio

Hello human and or intergalactic being, My name is Kyro.

I like writing, video games, and anime to be short and sweet without over stressing things. I have taken a sudden interest in online roleplaying, which brought me here. This is just a short, small bio for now, I do plan to make this much more in-depth and prettier.

That's all for now. See you around.

The assassin turned his head slightly, seeing the barbarian standing awkwardly. He was making a fool of himself. But no matter, Cyro saw it as a threat, and quickly dashed towards the man.

5 paces forward, the assassin disappeared into thin air. He knew he would confuse the behemoth. Now he would have to see how smart the man was.
The assassin stared at the behemoth. No words could escape his mouth, none that would come off as offensive, anyways.

The cyromancer tucked his daggers away as he turned around, slowly walking away. Small ice stalagmites formed under his feet as he left footprints in the snow. It was better to not try. The man was clearly toying with him. If he was a threat, he was sure the man would have at least unsheathed his weapon. He knew better than to play his game. So instead of waiting for himself to strike, he'd wait for any interaction from him first.

Cyro simply walked away, into the snowy forest as he left a trail of breath that lingered over the air like small clouds. His rebreather could be heard in the distance, monitoring his body temperature. If the man didn't attack, he would be home free.

If he did, he'd be ready.

A large, piercing ice katana formed from his hands.
Cyro hid his disgusted face gesture as he watched the man turn the cute woodland animals into meatballs. Cyro had never eaten such food, mainly sticking to Japanese staples and traditional Lin Kuei dishes. He was very picky when it came to meals, and this pickiness saved him from a meal of balled up sacks of meat.

"No thanks...Gonad?" The Cyromancer questioned, as for the barbarian had said his name in third person many times before.

His appetite died with one small peer at one of the sickly meatballs in the warrior's giant hands. At this point, Cyro had decided he was done with this man, whatever he was.

"State your business, barbarian" Cyro's expression changed. He was standing upright, his knees bent into pouncing position. His ice daggers now visible, his hands now creating piercing ice stalagmites. His temper was dropping fast.

"I'm done with whatever game you're trying to play. If you have come to kill me, I'd like to see you try" The assassin said, his eyes now starting to gleam blue.

The cyromancer stood confused at the man's change of personality. One minute he was happily jogging, the other he was screaming for lunch. It was barley 12, according to the sun perched behind the snow covered trees, and the growl at the bottom of the assassin's stomach alerted him of his sudden appetite.

He could eat, but he would refuse to eat now.

"Why don't you go ahead and gather supplies! I'll go kill a fox or something!" Cyro shouted nervously.
Keeping to the idea of playing along, the assassin followed the large beefy man, only to see what his true motives were. He was not sure if the man was genuinely trying to enjoy a walk, or if he was luring him into something bigger. Surely Cyro would have known if this was a set up, but the man was so uncommon in Japan that Cyro decided he was no threat. He began to trot behind him, keeping good distance and holding his guard up.

To make sure the man didn't do anything funny, Cyro created an Ice Dagger, and pointed it at his back, yet keeping it concealed from sight. If worse comes to worse, he'd be ready.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHG!!!" Cyro screamed as the large behemoth stood before him. His expression shocked by his loud entrance. His appearance didn't help at all, but only added fear to the already scared shitless Cyromancer. His language was broken, and Cyro had to run the sentence over and over again in his head to understand what the man had asked. It appears he was in no state of trouble, and had nothing against him, but something still lingered in the back of his head, something that told him that this man's jolly nature was a mask, and behind it was a stone cold killer.

Cyro decided to play along.

"Ah, yes! This is one of the finest forests in all of Japan! People come here from the local villages to walk it! It's really beautiful and provides great exercise. Not to mention it's always below 45 degrees here!" Cyro said with a jolly deep tone, in an attempt to mimic the giant of a man.
The wind howled as Cyro sat peacefully, his meditation regenerating his mana and regulating his pulse. It was exceptionally cold today in the Forrest, perfect for Cyro, as for the cold embraced him like a mother to a newborn child. He was at his mind's mercy. Cyro was a wanted man by many other clans. He knew he was a constant target. He knew people wanted him dead. In this state, if his mind was bothered by another human soul within a mile of his location, his mediation would be interrupted. His mind would alert him if he was in any danger.

At this point, it had been an hour since the beginning of his session, thankfully there had been no interruptions since. From the far east, approached a soul. It pierced Cyro's head as he awoke from his meditation, breathing heavily as sweat dribbled down his face. Someone was coming. Whether they were friendly or not was the question. Regardless, Cryo froze his legs and readied himself, almost certain a predator was in the distance.

Weapons

Cyro is capable of using Cyromancy, a Lin Kuei technique and magic that harnesses the power of user generated ice to create magnificent weapons. These weapons are made completely of ice, and have high durability, and cannot be melted unless under extreme heat. The following are weapons commonly used by Cyro.

Piercing Ice Katana

A powerful Katana created of piercing ice, an ice only capable of making when the user is enraged. The neutral form of this weapon, the Ice Katana, does less damage, but is much lighter and sharper on it's first edge. This variation is sharp on all edges, and can make targets bleed easily with contact, unlike the Ice Katana, which the target must be struck 2 times to cause bleed.

Ice Shield

This weapon is mainly used for defense, and depending on how damaged the user is, the shield's size is when created. This weapon has no Piercing Variation and can only be summoned once, as for it takes lots of mana. Great for blocking attacks of any kind, and has more durability than all of his weapons combined, but can be melted easily.

Ice Axe

This weapon is used for extreme damage inflict. Piercing Mode costs lots of mana and makes the user weak after just one swing, but a well placed hit can easily end someone's life, or at least make them bleed to death.

Piercing Ice Daggers

Fast, deadly, and easy to summon, the Ice Daggers are a perfect starting weapon that is as quick as it's user, and as deadly as the Ice Axe. It's piercing form does insane amounts of bleeding upon 3 successful hits, and can be thrown at medium range, sacrificing damage and bleeding for a small stun effect.

Environment Modification

Cyro can modify his surroundings to inflict damage. He can form Ice Stalagmites with the stomp of his foot, piercing into the poor bastard under it. He can create Ice Traps, Blizzards, Avalanches, and even Ice Rain, all for extremely high costs of mana. Using only one of these moves will guarantee his safety. Using two in conjunction has the chance of choking him.

Background:
At the young age of 2, Tor Han's Father Bi Han, had abandoned him, off to slay the enemy clan, the Shirai Ryu. Never returning from the attack, Tor had given up hope of his father's return, and had no father figure to look to. He was taught all martial arts by his clan, but strived to be like his father, capable of using Ice Magic. Tor's Uncle, Kuai, was proficient in Cyromancy, a rarely practiced magic within the Lin Kuei. Asking his uncle to teach him, Kuai unwillingly complied, and Tor became Kuai's apprentice. After Kuai had left the clan, Cyro was the top warrior, the fiercest assassin of the clan, and the supreme warrior that his clan wanted him to be.

On a mission to hunt down an enemy clan, Tor led his ninja to the Taiga stronghold, where the clan leader was staying for the night after traveling to a local village. The attack was successful, and the Taiga warriors did not show much strength, it was after the fight that brought trouble to Cyro. A squad of dark warriors had ambushed Cyro's team, killing all of them in cold blood. Unable to save them, Cyro was pushed to the ground, then, fastened to the floor, forced to watch as one of the dark warriors raised his Katana and cut both of his legs off. Left to bleed to death next to the bloodied corpses of his team, Cyro refused to die, and began to use his Cyromancy to create frozen prosthetic legs to replace his natural legs. Fully flexible and strong, the Ice proved a excellent alternative to his real legs. He walked back to his clan's village in sorrow. After telling his clan of the events, He promised for this never to happen again, as he swore to venture off across the world, train as much as he could, and return the ultimate warrior, and the clan leader the Lin Kuei desperately needed.
