Before, Zadie once had respect and loyalty for her local coven, which changed after she was betrayed by them, who not only tried to kill her but they killed her best friend. Her mother was the worst one of them all - turning a blind eye to Zadie's pleas for help. Making her realize that her mother knew exactly what The Harvest was, and was willing to sacrifice her own daughter's life. Zadie now harbors hatred for her former coven, and subsequently her mother, and takes great pleasure in seeing them suffer.

Zadie was a quiet girl living a very sheltered life. However, with the extreme levels of restriction that had been placed upon her, caused her to be hot-tempered, a bad combination with her level of power, to which she developed a superiority complex. Zadie seems to be used to getting her way, and when things go awry she is short-tempered and somewhat volatile. Petulant, spoiled brat - if you will. She faced betrayal from her coven in the past, leading her to seek revenge against them.

Zadie has anger and authority issues. She has a rebellious streak by nature, as shown when she sneaks off to meet with friends or just to get out of her "cage" as she calls it. Zadie's personality is typically compared to that of a sweet girl longing for a normal teenage life, free of magic. However, the events of her life have given her a dark side that she is not afraid of and readily accepts if the situation calls for it. She also has a manipulative side that she's cultivated in her time in "captivity" and from being the subject of manipulation. She learned from the best.

Despite the tragic events in her life, Zadie is still a positive and upbeat person; which can be construed as spoiled and bitchy to some. Over the course of her life, Zadie has become more independent, ambitious and determined. She places the safety of her friends - the ones she has vetted thoroughly - over her own agenda. Even though not to a great extent, Zadie has shown the ability to make sacrifices for the greater good. She would rather sacrifice herself than to let harm come to those around her - that she actually cares for. The others she has issues with can fuck right off.

With time, Zadie regained some faith in herself and her abilities; making her stronger for it. Embracing her witchy-ness. More confident in her and her abilities. She is shown to be an extremely loyal, caring and sympathetic friend. When someone hurts her or anyone she cares about, she won't rest until she makes them pay. Zadie isn't all blinded by the ways of the world around her, after having been betrayed by those closest to her in her past, one could call her a bit paranoid and more wary of the distrustful people around her - friend, foe, acquaintance and more. In a bit of irony, Zadie has started to show personality traits such as being distrustful herself, quick to downplay any threats, while at the same time responding to them violently. All the while Zadie justifies herself, even when feeling guilty.

She grew up surrounded by weapons and smoke and fire showing an affinity for the environment and vowing to wield her father's weapons one day. Einnuen was constantly surrounded by her brothers, all four of them, as they sparred and completed chores together. It wasn't until she was around the age of six that things began to change and their happy little family became less joyful. During one of the routine chores Einnuen would complete was to help her father out in the smithy. While there, she overheard that her father needed some of the weapons and materials to be brought from the back to the front of the forge - and vise versa. Simple enough. As she continued on with the process of moving materials to and fro she ended up lifting a battle axe with ease. Something someone her age and size should not be able to do - and so effortlessly as well. As soon as her father took notice - because she had walked to him asking where he wanted the weapon to be placed - and after his initial shock, he embraced her and brought her back home to inform his wife. It was something they never thought would fall upon their family; their boys were normal - for the most part. So, for their daughter to exhibit signs of magic was something very strange and ultimately taboo. Both of Einnuen's parents despised the idea of magic, making sure not to come into contact with it or others who wield it - if they can help it. However, her father takes good commission from those in the Sky City and a lot of them possess magic. It is inevitable to completely shut themselves away from the arcane. They would have to get over it. But not now. Not now that their own daughter was showing signs - signs that didn't exist in their bloodlines. Einnuen was confused and scared at the way her parents were yelling and crying and throwing what little material items they owned around the room. Her oldest brother comforted her, but the others were standing a short distance away. They knew of the hatred their parent's harbored for the arcane and it's wielders. They didn't want to be on the receiving end of their parent's wrath as well. So, they stood within reach, but only barely. Einnuen had hoped that her parent's would help her, love her, and guide her through this scary time. They instead did quite the opposite. Instead they sold her off to the residential mage within their area. Someone who wasn't the most reputable of people; but still possessed whatever it is someone needed. A shady mage to say the least. Alaeon Lovelace (an unknown exact age; but he's quite old though refuses to look his age) was at one point or another a powerful sorcerer still is, if you were to ask him. Hailing from the Safrai Isles; an arid, desert oasis filled with merchants and cutthroats, he survived by his charm, wits and skill with the arcane. Alaeon garnered a reputation - and not all of it was decent and good - for the last few years, he was thought to be imprisoned or banished or worse dead. Instead he has been laying low, keeping tabs on a blooming powerful mage in the making. Otherwise, people have spotted this man roaming the city for the last 50 years or so --- never making the connection as to who he really and truly is. Her family didn't care; they wanted her gone and out of their home and lives and if they could get something in return for it so be it. It was there in the confines of her new home and family with the mage Alaeon that she changed her name at the age of six. She was no longer associated with the people that sold her and disowned her, who gave her away to a stranger because of some outdated belief of elitism and hatred. She went without a name for 3 years before she chose her new one. She had come across the name in an old set of tomes and scrolls that she had pooled over, studying the great mages of the past. Nilan Dawnweaver; a powerful mage with a humble, yet challenging beginning. Lovelace was the name given to her by the stranger who bought her. The one who trained and cared for her, loved her in his own way. And thus, Nilan Lovelace was born. Through the years Nilan has trained and studied and practiced any chance she could - or rather, was made to do so. However, no matter the amount of training she puts into harnessing and utilizing her arcane correctly, she is still quite the novice. Alaeon was the one who approached the idea of Nilan being able to access her powers through the use of a conduit. Specifically, weapons. This method struck him as Nilan was frustrated with her master while peeling potatoes and wielded the spud blade, rounding on him. In that moment, with the emotions flowing through her and the weapon the items on the walls and table tops shook violently, before launching towards him as he stood in the doorway. From then on, her training mandated her to carry and use a weapon of some sort --- at least until she can successfully conjure without the help. Jokes on them, she is her most powerful with a weapon handy huhuhuu~

Always the rambunctious kid, he got himself into a lot of fights earning him nasty battle wounds and even nastier monikers. Because of this behavior and the rumors that went around, Fox didn't garner a lot of friends. And the ones he did gain the attention of were not the best to keep company with. Eventually, rumors became truths and Fox found a niche for himself in the city he lived in. A vigilante of sorts. Though to most that saw him, donning his fox mask and metal bat and skateboard, would think him more delinquent and anti-hero. A few years into running with his "crew" of friends, towards the back end of his last years of high school, his mother got sick. It hit him hard. She was the backbone of the family and although he had left the confines of her home to spare her his idiotic ways; he always made time to help out as much and as best as he could. When his sister broke the news to him he cut ties off with his crew. For months he went without seeing or speaking with them all in favor of taking care of his mom in the last moments she had. Eventually, she was overcome with the illness and it took her in her sleep. A peaceful requiem. After his mother's passing, he and his sister mended their frayed relationship - becoming closer than ever in his opinion - though he still insisted that he move. If not to get away from the painful memories, than for his own good in leaving behind his past and crew. She agreed and he was off to Little Solace. It's also the time when he was approached by his celestial being. The being was eccentric to say the least, but it was fitting that it would find solace in like-minded spirit such as Fox. With the bond between them growing exponentially every day, Fox began to figure out and utilize these gifts in ways that would help him help others. The way that he wanted to in the past but wasn't able to. His reflexes were enhanced, his balance was on point and he realized he could jump - emitting as his being refers to it - and appear in different locations at will. It was something that he practiced and trained with; making damn sure that he could use these gifts effectively. When the Dark Ones came and began their assault on LS, Fox was at the ready, loud and brash and as idiotic as ever. He wasn't going to sit around and wait for someone to need his help this time. He was going to be proactive and step in as before it even started. As the Dark Mage unleashed his power, he didn't hesitate, even while knowing that he might not make it out the other side of this war himself. αftєr sαvíng thє wσrld When he finally woke, Fox realized that there was little to nothing he knew about the room - or even the world - around him. He noticed the multitude of scars that littered his body, both new and old. He took note of the small amounts of ink that inhabited his skin. But that was as far as his recollection would take him in that moment. During his short stay within the hospital after waking up, he came to know what his name was and that he could surprisingly teleport. Short distances of course, but teleport nonetheless. It shocked him to his core. How could it be that someone could possess this ability? Did everyone have these gifts? Was it a gift at all? Is this the reason he was in the hospital in the first place? Too many questions and not enough ears to listen for shortly after he was discharged with a small packet filled with information on a new job and a place to live. Everything from before him waking was a blur, but moving forward was something of an adventure. He was given the position of coach specializing in skateboarding. Who knew that was a thing? He took to the position quickly and without any hiccups. Fox realized early on that he could practice his newly rediscovered talents and use them to help in his skateboard abilities at the same time. Two birds one stone situation. It still didn't do much to curb the itch in the back of his mind as to what the hell happened.

It's also the time when he was approached by his celestial being. The being was eccentric to say the least, but it was fitting that it would find solace in like-minded spirit such as Fox. With the bond between them growing exponentially every day, Fox began to figure out and utilize these gifts in ways that would help him help others. The way that he wanted to in the past but wasn't able to. His reflexes were enhanced, his balance was on point and he realized he could jump - emitting as his being refers to it - and appear in different locations at will. It was something that he practiced and trained with; making damn sure that he could use these gifts effectively. When the Dark Ones came and began their assault on LS, Fox was at the ready, loud and brash and as idiotic as ever. He wasn't going to sit around and wait for someone to need his help this time. He noticed the multitude of scars that littered his body, both new and old. He took note of the small amounts of ink that inhabited his skin. But that was as far as his recollection would take him in that moment. During his short stay within the hospital after waking up, he came to know what his name was and that he could surprisingly teleport. Short distances of course, but teleport nonetheless. It shocked him to his core. How could it be that someone could possess this ability? Did everyone have these gifts? Was it a gift at all? Is this the reason he was in the hospital in the first place? Too many questions and not enough ears to listen for shortly after he was discharged with a small packet filled with information on a new job and a place to live. Everything from before him waking was a blur, but moving forward was something of an adventure. He was given the position of coach specializing in skateboarding. Who knew that was a thing? He took to the position quickly and without any hiccups. Fox realized early on that he could practice his newly rediscovered talents and use them to help in his skateboard abilities at the same time. Fox doesn't have many tattoos, though he would love to add to his growing collection, he just likes to make sure he's going to enjoy the piece of art he places on his body. As well as wants to make sure it means something to him and isn't just... there. His favorite has to be the geometric fox head that's present on the inside of his left forearm. Not only a namesake, but his favorite animal and nickname. Sometimes even adorning face paint as if she were going to attend a summer festival. Freckles decorate her body - from all the time she spends laying and napping in fields. She changes hair colors at the drop of a hat and as of late she's stuck with the electric blue and her natural blonde. No one would ever know that she wears glasses since she's only ever seen with her clear contacts in, but come night time is where and when she pulls those bad boys out. Roxxi isn't a petite girl by any standards. She's tall and curvy with a certain thicc-ness to her that just exudes comfort and fun! Being trapped somewhere bored outta her mind, is a hellish place for Pop Roxx. She would rather be constantly entertained, and probably mindlessly so, than have to endure boredom on the regular. Hence why classes are her least favorite places to be during the day. Her ADHD plays a huge roll in this and to help somewhat alleviate her outbursts and goofing off in class, she has the privilege of chewing her wintermint gum or pack of pop rocks to keep her somewhat amused and quiet. The globes obey her mental control, traveling where she directs them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when and if she wishes. These combinations could result in anything from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person to a fairly powerful detonation, capable of smashing tree trunks or metal objects. Roxxi can absorb the fireworks back into her own body without harm. These are all potentials, seeing as how she is still coming into her abilities and practice makes perfect, right? she is constantly throwing around little fireworks anytime she's excited or happy ➽➽➽ Psionic Shields;; because Roxxi is ADHD her mind possesses a natural defense against telepathic attack - for the most part. Something to do with the fact that her thoughts are all over the place to begin with, it's hard to pin exactly. However, when she's physically and mentally exhausted and drained all bets are off. Roxxi comes from a sort of broken home, still living with both parents, though her mom is always worked ragged and her dad, well, he spends a lot of time at the "office". When either of them drink, they like to take it out on one another, otherwise it was Roxxi who got the shit end of the stick. However, since her attendance to Arcadia and seeing her roam the halls with her brightly lit eyes, only ever out shined by her choice in hair color, you would never guess this girl was suffering on the inside. Roxxi likes to think that if she can make other's lives better than her own, than she's doing a damn good job and her life has purpose. So, that's what she tries to focus most on. If and when she can actually focus. The good thing about her living at Arcadia for the last few years is that she's been liberated from her family. At least, for the time being. She plans to fully abstain from them and erase them from her memories so she can move forward with her life.

Demi-Blink is a combo quirk of a hell flame pyrokinetic quirk; Hellflame & a teleportation quirk; Slipgate. However, along with her unique quirks, Jaz herself possesses the unique physical mutation that goes along with it -- something she inherited from her father. strєngths hєllflαmє ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ ✧ Her father; Aindreas possesses the Hellflame quirk -- with this quirk comes the physical appearance of a demon; complete with horns and tail. ✧ With this Quirk, Jazzmin is not only able to generate large fire blasts to incinerate anything in her way, as well as cover her body in the flames she produces --- but she is able to change the temperature of the flames as well, which means that their damage output is capable of increasing or decreasing depending on Jaz's wishes. ✧ Demi-Blink can also be used to prevent Jaz from falling or suspend her in mid-air by expelling fire jets through the soles of her feet. Jaz can also eject flames from her back to propel herself forward to add more inertia that then benefits her second quirk's teleport. This same ability can be used as a reverse thrust should she need to resist an attack. ✧ Hellfire's signature move raises her flames to their maximum temperature to create a powerful heat-ray that vaporizes any target. The heat from this attack raises Jaz's body temperature to its limit and immediately impairs her abilities going forward. ✧ Jaz can shape her flames to function like various weapons and is able to heat up the soles of her feet to anchor herself to walls through molten footprints, allowing her to run along their surface. ✧ Burning down a target at a cellular level is possible for him as well, letting him bypass healing or regenerative Quirks with flames of extreme temperatures. slípgαtє ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ ✧ Her mother, Nessaiah, Slipgate ✧ Jaz is able to teleport herself; and anything she is physically in contact with, through the brimstone dimension and then returning to her own dimension at a certain distance from her point of departure. The entire process occurs so quickly that Jaz is unaware of being in the dimension at all. She guides herself by an unconscious, natural direction-finding sense. Although Jaz controls her teleportation ability with her conscious mind, her power to teleport is not psionic. ✧ When she teleports, Jaz leaves behind smoke with a stench reminiscent of burning brimstone. This is a small portion of the atmosphere of the brimstone dimension that escapes while the aperture is open. Her teleportation is invariably accompanied by the muffled sound of imploding air rushing to fill the vacuum left where her body was. ✧ The longer the distance the harder and more exhausting it is for her to make the teleportation "jump". ✧ Jaz can use her powers offensively by grappling with an enemy and teleporting them in a series of rapid jumps. Because this ability is so limited, however, Jaz will not teleport into any place that she cannot see or has not seen in the past. If Jaz teleported herself into an unfamiliar area, she would run the risk of materializing partially or entirely within a solid object. If too much of her body materialized within a solid object, she would be killed. ➽➽➽ Flexible Bone Structure: Jaz's bone structure allows her great flexibility. She can remain in a crouched position for a long time and perform contortionist type feats without causing any damage to her spine. ➽➽➽ Very Reflexive: Jaz's natural reaction time is enhanced to the level of a trained acrobat. ➽➽➽ Heightened Agility: Jaz's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels of a trained acrobat. ➽➽➽ Prehensile Tail: allowing her to grab onto objects with relative ease. She raises the heat whenever she's trying to finish off the opponent; high-temperature attacks are meant to defeat foes definitively, as they raise her body temperature significantly. When she transports a passenger over even moderate distances, they both feel weakened and ill, to the point of exhaustion. ➽➽➽ Teleportation over further distances could be fatal ➽➽➽ Hellfire's momentum is retained throughout the process of teleportation: she arrives with whatever amount of inertia she left with. Many a names have been given to the red skinned beauty throughout her life. None of which were very pleasant. Jaz came into her quirk young enough when she sneezed in the living room of her family home. Her mother had been dusting and blinking throughout the house and with the added brimstone smoke that lingered in the air, Jaz found herself sneezing and setting fire to the drapes hanging there. Though when her mother rushed to put the flames out she couldn't locate her darling daughter and thus began to frantically search, only stopping when she found her sitting outside, little flames dancing on her skin. As the days continued on, her parents kept a close eye on her quirk making sure she didn't set anymore of their items on fire - lest they become homeless for a time. A few days passed before they were able to witness the second part of her quirk - her teleportation. It was with the knowledge of the two combined that they began to bunker down and teach her to utilize her skills to the best of her ability. They knew when she was born that she would have a tough life, and so even before the manifestation of her quirk her parents were toughening her up -- albeit not in the most traditional sense. Jaz, for the majority of her life, grew up as an only child; therefore a lot of the backlash from her parents was only thrust on her. It wasn't like she had a terrible childhood. It was just... a tough one.
