Laptop got sent away for repairs, so I'm writing from my iPad mini. Posts might be briefer than usual til it comes back from the shop.

Ellen looked at the cute little flower in amazement. "How is that not way cooler?" she asked, picking up the bottle and admiring the purple orchid with a sparkle of delight in her dark eyes. "You made something real, you created a tiny little life in here. That's really special." she smiled as she set the bottle back down on Anjelica's desk.
Ellen looked up when Principal Blayze dismissed class, but honestly she hadn't even noticed that schedules had been handed out until just then. She briefly scanned over hers. "I guess I'm headed to Elemental Studies. What about you, Anj?"
@Letmehaveone2 I mean, there's not much I can do until @DeadlyPhoenix replies, or until someone goes to combat class. :/

Ellen smiled wickedly. "Okay, I'll show you, but first you have to close your eyes." she said. When Anjelica had covered her eyes, Ellen leaned forward and touched her fingers to the back of her hands. All at once, Anjelica was seeing the most fantastical visions. Brilliant reds and blues were swirling into each other amidst purple stars in a brilliant galaxy. Rolling green hills appeared under a fiery sun, flowers blooming and dying as the wondrous world turned and changed in her mind. After a few moments, Ellen took her hands away and waited for Anjelica's reaction.

"Ellen." She replied. "Not as pretty as yours, but it does its job I guess." Ellen looked around the classroom, and aside from a few other chatting students, it was still pretty empty. She sighed dramatically and sunk in her seat, flashing Anjelica a playful grin. "This is gonna take forever." she said.
@Letmehaveone2
Ellen smiled broadly at Ace when he hopped into his seat and greeted everyone. She noted his ears and tail; was he an Inu? Is that what they were called?

@DeadlyPhoenix
Anjelica snapped Ellen out of her distraction. She offered a cheeky grin. "It is now. What's your name, stranger?" she asked, casually looking her up and down as she leaned back in her chair.
@DeadlyPhoenix I was thinking the same thing, I didn't want to come on too strong on her CS tho lmao
Ellen got to class practically breathless, only to find that only a few people were there already. She wondered if her watch was off, but then remembered that her watch was broken and stuck so, yes, it was wrong. She noticed that a teacher was there, too; she was pretty sure he was the principal but honestly she couldn't remember. Ellen flashed him a smile and a cheeky wave anyway. She saw a few guys and a girl had sat down already, so she took a seat about in the middle of this little crowd, setting her bag down beside her.
Ellen only made it to the girls dorms as all her peers were heading to class. Late as always, she thought, shrugging her oversized backpack off her left shoulder as she unlocked dorm #5. She dropped her bag next to the door and left her small roller suitcase right beside it as she looked around; two beds, one by the bathroom and one under the window. She'd take the window for sure, she loved the fresh air at night. For the hell of it, she opened the window and stuck her head out. The campus looked nice, it was really a lovely day... not too many people milling around, and she realized again that was because they were almost all in home room now. She cursed to herself as she climbed back in, shoving her suitcase under her new bed and barely remembering to grab her backpack as she rushed back out of the dorms.
@Letmehaveone2 Whatever works :3 principal seems like a good idea, at least for now :D
@Letmehaveone2 Maybe the teachers could cycle homeroom responsibilities? Like it can be one teacher one day, another the next, and eventually it cycles back around? Just a thought :D
If you already mentioned who is in charge of home room, I'm sorry I missed it... I have really bad ADHD and I miss stuff in text like. A lot. Lmao
