Interesting to see LeeRoy's new iteration. What made you decide to give him giant hands?
There are usually no real mechanics. The combat is done arbitrarily, with player 1 describing an attack and player 2 getting to decide whether it hits them. Some are more strict about the separation into turns and what you can and can't do in a turn than others, but it's pretty intuitive either way. Tiers are a way to indicate your character's power level. The most recent tier system is the one from LeeRoy's Everlasting Arena (bottom of the first post), but there are several older ones that people may refer to. Knowing your character's tier is important in competitive threads, but not so much for this. Edit: Vordak, you ninja :P
I meant the in-universe arena, Schradinger :P You're not even in the game. Besides, i'm afraid it's dying. Half the cast went silent at once.
Alright, i hope i'm giving anyone who wants to go to the arena something to work with. I would like to have Gunnos fight against another character in the arena, so if anyone wants to volunteer, please lemme know. Or they could work together to fight two NPC fighters, either is fine.
Gunnos was more than happy to go take in the excitement as he was told to. Together with some of the other crewmembers, he took an elevator down again, out of the VIP area and into the main stadium. Rather than rows of chairs, much of the stadium surrounding the fighting pit consisted of observation platforms of varying sizes, stacked together in a seemingly irregular pattern to form a slope, with the ones nearest to the pit of course being the lowest in altitude. Each of these platforms included a round table at the centre and a long rectangular one at the inner edge, with at least a dozen movable chairs. A lot of them, particularly the ones further away from the pit, had a television screen built into the round table that showed a close-up of the current match, and even more had digital betting interfaces built in, allowing viewers to bet on the outcome of the battles from where they sat. Mixed in with the observation platforms were several bar platforms, where various refreshments could be bought. Spotting an empty platform, not front row but close enough to the pit to get a great view and rather close to one of the bars too, Gunnos hurried ahead of his companions in order to secure it. These kind of events excited him, and he didn’t want to miss out on the chance to share it with his new crewmates. “Lads, over here! I got t’ perfect spot for us!” he yelled at the crewmates who were still making their way through the crowd of arena-goers. Among the ones who noticed and were making their way towards him were Greet, Eru, Ruddus, Chhardus, Fish and Sticks, and he expected Astraia to emerge as well, since she was still with them a moment ago. “Anybody thirsty? First round o’ drinks is on me! Har!”
Why is it so silent? Damian, Glob, Cirus, where are y'all? D:

Name: ASP 2.2 (production name, definitive name to be determined) Age: Irrelevant Gender: None Race: Android Alliance: Neoasia Appearance: ASP 2.2 has a lean, androgynous-looking humanoid form. Much of his body is exposed synthetic muscle, which looks a lot like this, but less burly. He has a lightweight titanium-alloy skeleton and smooth armour plates of the same material covering his chest, abdomen, back, shoulders, outer forearms, outer thighs and shins. Rather than having facial features, his face is a smooth titanium mask with a single round camera eye that has a dim green glow. The sheath of his sword is directly attached to the left side of his hip, but can be detached if required. He talks in a stoic synthesized voice that emanates from within him while his face (or lack thereof) remains still. Personality: WIP Powers: Android physiology – ASP 2.2 is entirely mechanical, so he doesn’t breathe, bleed or feel pain. His metal parts are durable as expected, but his muscles are only slightly more resilient than dense organic muscle. He’s strong enough to lift and throw a human one-handed without much effort, but speed is his real strong point. He can outsprint a speeding car and keep that speed up for quite a long time. Even when stationary, his arms and legs can move with bursts of speed fast enough to appear only as a blur. He has no sense of smell or taste, but has accurate hearing and his eye can both zoom in to see accurately across long distances and has a night vision mode. Superhuman swordsmanship – ASP 2.2 is hardwired with grandmaster-level proficiency in Kenjutsu (Japanese swordsmanship) using his signature katana. Combined with his superhuman speed, he can make accurate slashes faster than a human can even react, parry attacks from all but the fastest of opponents and even deflect speeding bullets with the flat of his blade if he knows they’re coming. Iaijutsu – The sheath of ASP 2.2’s sword contains a magazine with specialized micro explosives that serve a very specific purpose. When the trigger on the sheath is pulled, one of the explosives goes off to launch the sword from the sheath with incredible force, without damaging either. ASP 2.2 can utilize that momentum by doing a Iaijutsu (quick draw) slash instead of a regular attack, which strikes with twice the force of a regular slash. The magazine holds six charges, and he tends to carry one spare. Equipment: Ikazuchi – ASP 2.2’s signature katana, made from a rare alloy that is several times stronger than steel. Its name, which is Japanese for “Thunder”, comes from the distinctive thunderclap sound produced by the micro explosives in the sheath.

My CS is almost done, i just need some input from Nobody. I'll go ahead and post the mostly-finished sheet to see if you wanna take him on. You can probably recognize what game he's heavily inspired by.
As it says, the new one is mostly meant for later, unless everyone gets really excited about it.

I guess i'll hurry a little more to get it ready then. I gotta post to Lum first though, so it could take a bit of time.
