The Final Histories of Arda: The Contention of Mordor

Stronghold:
The Black Gate, it has not been heavily modified as it has enough protection as it is but the orcs have blocked any other, except one, access points with boulders that can be moved out of the way if needed.

Commander:
Ûrul the Blood Fang is a regular Orc who is just abnormally large, his skin is blackened and his eyes are blood shot. He is stronger than most average orcs but by a small margin, he is clad in full metal armor and he wields a War Hammer which he uses bash skulls in.

Description:
The Warband came into power after Ûrul had slain another Warband's leader and taking everyone as his own whether they liked it or not. They made a treacherous pass to the Black Gate and took as their own, living there ever since. They had tried to set up a farm there but the lava flows made it too hot for plants to properly grow this leaving them with little food. They plan to make a move for the more fertile lands and get crops going for themselves.

Now, the hierarchy goes as such from top(highest) to bottom(lowest)

Agendas and Concerns:
The biggest concern is a safe passage to the rest of Mordor as the group does not wish to make this it's only way in, in fact they wish to block they way down until they get a safer route. Another concern is food, they wish to raid other places to get food or establish a front in some fertile lands close to the Black Gate. Afterwards they plan to take over the rest of Mordor in order to reunite all the Warband's under one banner

Brief Nation History:
The Confederacy of Sawl was started up by multiple merchants who got fed up with their own governments for various reasons; taxes, respect, etc. The merchants banded together and set aside any hate that they may have had for one another, they wanted to make a place in their image where they didn't need to deal with that problem. In 1756, they made landfall on the place they would call home and began to clear out the natives in the immediate area. A colony was set up and so was a port, allowing for more ships and trade. They began thriving. In 1763, they had been expanding rapidly accommodate for heavy immigration, leading to the territory the have now.

In 1802, Sawl went over a massive civil dispute and whether the country should be isolationist or not. The government at the the time said yay, a majority of the others did not want this though as they feared it would dwindle the economy. It wasn't until 1805 that a two year civil war broke out over this. In the end the rebellion had succeeded and the the government had been eliminated. Now, it is led by an absolute dictatorship by the current dictator, Williams Sergio the I

Afterwards, the nation became more militarized in order to properly defend their lands from pirate and the natives in the surrounding area.

Due to the civil war, Sawl is still recovering but holds at 13,000,000 strong (1)

The Sawlian military is growing in order to deal with closer threat so that they do not die out essentially, that would be bad. (5)

Sawl is less concerned about growing rather than rebuilding but it will begin once more when everything is proper. (1)

There are plenty of lands around them to expand into. (0)

24 third rates, 16 second rate, and 9 first rates is what the Sawlians have for a navy, it is mainly used to protect themselves. However, their ships are quality over quantity and so they are are very well built in their ports.(8)
