Nickie

A peaceful sleep awoke by the sounds of chatter she could hear outside of her room, a very sloppily organized room at that with clothes hanging about on the floor and general bits of clutter scattered around the room. Nickie kicked the sheets of her as a smile came across her face, a new day was something she rather enjoyed. With a start, she jumped up and immediately went for a small device on the side of her bed, a phone as Muggles called it. The phone, while very small, worked in the presence of others wizards to her surprise and enthusiasm as she desperately wanted to listen to her favorite form of music. She found that music was a great way to start any day, so she plugged in her headphones and went to town on listening to some electro-swing.

As she listened to her music, she officially got out of bed, dancing and swaying around her room as she made her way to her dresser. There she picked out a relatively clean pair of clothes; bra, panties, jeans, a white t-shirt, and a dark grey hoodie that she could always be seen wearing. She continued like this, getting some of her make-up ready - which was primarily eye-liner - as well as partially brushing her blue-infused hair. At the height of the next song she finally exited her room, phone in hand with the music blasting into her ears.

Nickie made her way to the map room, knowing that was where everyone was heading as it was just a morning routine at this point. The girl walked in, singing and swaying, not really paying heed to the fact that many of her peers were there doing actual serious work, or at least starting to. That is the course Nickie always takes as a care-free, fun-loving person who simply does not have time to think if such things. From there she looked at the map to see two cases, a fairly peculiar sight for the group. A smile came across her face as she studied the map, knowing full well that this would only be a fun day given the circumstances. However, that smile turned into a shit-eating grin the moment Nickie laid eyes on Isadora.

The mere sight of Isa was a dead give away, wearing an oversized shirt that she clearly didn't own at all. ”Ooooohhh,” she started, rather immaturely, ”Isa was gettin’ frisky last night!” The remark was, as expected of Nickie, said in only a kind and joking manner even if she did laugh at her comment afterwards. Stopping her music, Nickie only continued to give Isadora that grin, being overall friendly as of the morning. Though, there was always more serious matters at hand which wasn't something she always liked, but she had to deal with it. Clearing her throat and forcing her grin to go away, she looked down at the map. 

”Oh, goodie, Texas! Home of the great steaks and as our good man ‘Dick’s Sporting Goods,” likes to say, the good burgers,” Nickie stated, her smile returning to her face. Her eyes flicked from person to person before she stepped back from the map and made her way over to her partner, standing slightly behind him.
