Throughout their time in the Tyrian Empire, ‘aiding’ in fighting back the, the beginning of the time of the Itheraen Volunteer Division was riddled with bad logistics and the frustration of being relegated to not so honorable acts that many of the men had wanted. Throughout June, their orders were to construct makeshift roads for Tyrian supply lines or run ammo to the front of the battle, typically known to the Tyrian infantrymen as “Ammo Runners.” Without rifles or field guns, which had been left behind as Commander Laskaris had left before the intend time that the unit was supposed to leave, while the rifles and field guns would remain at an Itheraen port until June 15th when they would be shipped to the front at the designated time.

In the Battle of Tretzen, an “Ammo Runner” by the name Demitrios Irus of had run nearly fifty-times in one day, avoiding Helroxi rifle fire, whilst carrying a total fifty-pounds of rifle ammo. He was present on the day of June 13th where rifle fire was so fierce at some points that he was his officer forbid him to run again out of fear of losing him. The, at the time, Private Demitrios would go on to state “...I feel guilt that I did not disobey orders and run out that ammo, I saw many men who needed it who were killed by Helroxi rifles.”

The volunteers would not see their rifles and field guns until it was early July, where the men would have a newfound eagerness to meet the enemy in battle after weeks of digging makeshift roads, running ammo to Tyrian men, or at some points, aiding the spotting points of enemy presence when Tyrians could not see through the smoke produced by their field guns. This division, while no longer making roads or running ammunition to the front, would actually be able to properly participate and future offensives in the war.

A Start.

June 14th, 1905.

The day is known to many Itheraens as the day that the Itheraen colony in Serrenthia, known to the world as Néo Méros, had been ‘finished’ colonizing. While the colony had a small amount of active settlers, it did have ability to grow into a prosperous colony within the High Kingdom, especially with the near 8,600 Tehmig within its borders and other native coastal tribes that would eventually be incorporated as full citizens to the Kingdom. With the success of the colony, bringing much needed growth to national GDP and industry, and this success would be headed by local government that had been formed there. The Apoikiakó Spíti Itherae would officially be recognized as the local government of the colony by the Supra Dobranie and her Majesty. However, trouble within the colony arised when the question of the nation’s debt crisis coming to fruition on the stage of the Supra Dobranie, and then into the Queen’s lap.

Politicians in the Supra Dobranie had speculated that selling the colony to a major colonizer, such as the very nation they owed the major debt towards, the Taran Empire. However, the idea was dashed by nationalists, and many of the colonial supporters within the Monarchikó Kómma, as well as the Queen, who saw that it would have been a waste of Itheraen resources and time if they were just to sell it. Rather, members of the Ethnikí Epitropí Itheraen would present Queen Athena and the Monarchikó Kómma with the “Antiochis Compromise” in late June.

The Antiochis Compromise would essentially bid 10 km sq. sections of unused colonial lands to be developed by foreign or internal companies in an attempt to raises money to pay off the debt owed, this land would still be owned by the Itheraen Kingdom, but private companies would be allowed to develop the land of their own accord. Additionally, the compromise would raise the corporate tax on Grains and Cereals to 21.5%, to encourage a diversification in Itheraen Industry, and introduce an income tax of a meager 2% on the Itheraen people.

While the Antiochis Compromise would pass, it would also bring to light the pressure of the Itheraen poverty, which citizens were still pressuring the government to bring lower. That was the birth of the Organismós Chrimatodotikís Voítheias (Financial Aid Organization) which would aid unemployed, below the poverty line, to find jobs. Additionally, those under the poverty line would be exempt from taxes, so long as they could prove that they were below the poverty line. This organization would be headed by a humanitarian activist Ceyx Pales, who had been imploring the government to provide some form of aid for those families under the poverty line. Finally, with the founding of this Organization, it would be given a meager $100,000 in yearly funding.

Additionally on the homefront, came the start of the Itheraen Navy with the purchase of three Zitori-class Destroyers; the Cerberus, Medusa, and Minotaur, respectively. While it was a meager force, it was still a start of the naval force. This force was still highly untrained, however, and so Itherae would invite naval officers and admirals to train Itheraen volunteer sailors for the start-up navies, primarily focusing on attracting trainers from the Tyrian Empire, Etelia, and the Toubres Empire.

The Volunteer Guard Division

At the start of the Second Helroxi-Tyrian War, Itheraen emissaries in Tyria would be given the order to offer the aid of an Itheraen volunteer division in order to offer a quicker means of destruction to the Helroxi forces. The Queen Athena's official statement on the matter would be to "... aid in eradication a threat that has loomed over Eurania for long enough." However, Itherae would not officially join the war as to not attract to much attention in the regional political sphere.

The Volunteer Guard Division would be comprised of 2,000 men from 3rd Guards Division, led by Commander Laskaris would, with an outfit of 10 67mm Field Guns, would join with the Tyrian 2nd Field Army. These men would go to go from boat to the closest Tyiran port to the front of the war, from there, the unit would move using the Tyrian Railway and reach the Tyrian 2nd Field Army. Commander Laskaris would work closely with Tyrian command in driving back the Helroxi forces in the most efficient manner possible rather than a mass assault that might cost the division a large portion of their available manpower. The Itheraen forces would be leave for the front on June 15th and would be expected to reach their destination on the front by the end of the month.

The Itheraen Commander Laskaris would regard the decision of the being sent with a volunteer force as, "... a chance to test Itheraen military capabilities and see if we need to rethink our military strategy. Furthermore, I would like to see how well our weapons operate on the field." Commander Laskaris was eager to see what his nation's military had to offer due to the long time of peace that the nation had experienced since the end of the Second Ithero-Cadian, which had lasted from 1858 to 1859. However, he was also eager in to try some new tactics which had theorized would would help in securing success, though only battlefield experience would show how effective they would prove for the military.

The Queen and her cars

With the unveiling of the Saetta in May 9th, Queen Athena Tyroli, an already avid viewer of the automobile development, would later go on to dispatch an offer to the company of Forino Estadi Automobil, to buy several automobiles for herself and the royal family almost immediately after its unvieling. However, the Supra Dobranie would attempt to block the queen from exercising her power of using state money in such a ludicrous and selfish manner that would not benefit the people of Itherae as a whole. This would begin a fifteen day debate between the Queen and elements within the Supra Dobranie, due to seats within the Supra Dobranie being held by a majority of conservative politicians. Yet, towards the end of the debates, Queen Athena would compromise with the Supra Dobranie to buy a total of three hundred cars.

The cars would then be given those who would enter a free raffle in Thermydon and a total of 290 people would be chosen to have cars. While the raffle would be limited to those living in Thermydon, it would still keep the Supra Dobranie for the time being. It would not be until June when Queen Athena would send the offer to the F.E.A to buy 300 Saetta automobiles for a total of $375,000.

She would also state in her autobiography, Two Parties, "...the Supra Dobranie would, typically, engage in this type of idiotic warfare with me. Sometimes, I believed, that they would limit my power to walk around the streets or talk to a relative. While I would always want to despise the Supra Dobranie for always trying to trap me in their jaws, I would not try to limit their rights for I follow our Constitution. They should be happy I am not some iron-fisted overlord like the Helroxi dogs."

Background:

Ladata originally hails from New England in the US, but had immigrated to Japan as a young child, her childhood typically had consisted of reading and writing with little else to do. She did not like really talking to other kids, nor did she particularly care about wanting to hang out with others, though she did get along nicely with others when she had to. Later on when she had become thirteen, Ladata had become introduced to the fun that is DMMO-RPGs where she quickly became immersed with making characters and acting as those characters as it went well with her ability to write and such, some days being a paladin for justice or a killer whose merciless intent was the fear of many players.

Then came YGGDRASIL, a game that Ladata had quickly become very addicted to, in fact she would remain on the game throughout most of it's life, finding that it was extremely fun to explore what the game had to offer and the endless possibilities that existed. In fact, Ladata is not even the first character that this woman has made, only being the latest in her long list of characters which once more varied in morality like they had in the past. However, Ladata was the first character to actually join a guild, an occult-based guild that was more for roleplaying than anything, but it was a difficult choice of how Ladata should be specced when looking at what the guild was about.

At first Ladata was nothing more than a roguish assassin, killing players who "discovered" what the guild was attempting to summon and kidnapping NPCs, then killing them with the excuse of their souls being able to upgrade their weapons and armor. That was when Ladata realized that a fun roleplay experience would be to have the character become a smith for the guild where she continued to do what she did, but this time, make exceptional weapons and the like for the guild in a very occult style. She made sure to make NPCs based around not only herself, but the guild as well, which proved harder than she thought, but she was wholly dedicated to the guild and let nothing stop her from having a good time.

Personality:
In real life, Ladata is a hardcore roleplayer who does little outside of that online, however, Ladata is a sweet girl who simply wants to have a good time in making a story. However, she is also really easy to embarrass when it comes to things that are not of the mundane nature, primarily things that are inherently lewd in nature. That said, she it is clear that Ladata is a shy girl, socially awkward at times when she isn't roleplaying, which has helped her as she just needs to roleplay if she wants to communicate something, no matter how awkward it is.

The ingame personality of Ladata, in simple terms, is a full on arrogant and overconfident in her own abilities. The character that Ladata made was designed to put herself above others at all times, even if they were superior to her in some aspect, and most importantly, Ladata was a sore loser. Ladata is unafraid of using underhanded tactics to get what she wants, very easy to exploit a weakness and has never been known to show mercy to someone who would be called her enemy. Hence her role as an underhanded rogue/assassin when the character had first been made. Furthermore, Ladata is played as someone who isn't known to shy away from any challenge that is presented to her, finding that she will do anything to prove another person wrong even if it lead to her character's death at certain times.

• Constrict - Restricted to Snakemen race. Coil your body around target in melee and slowly crush them, inflicts lasting damage until you are removed from target. Target cannot attack which restricted. Target may escape if stronger than caster. Caster cannot move while doing this action, but can still fight with weapons if hands are free.
• Backstab - Must be behind target. Caster stabs target in the back dealing high damage.
• Lightning Pose - You ready yourself to attack with unblockable speed, your next attack will not miss nor can the target block.
• Instant Counter - Corrects the balance of the user, allowing them to attack continuously for 20 seconds.

• Symphony of the Damned (Ultimate) - Crafted by Ladata. This is a mask that was crafted from mithril and cursed objects, it grants the user the ability to mind control any common, uncommon, or rare NPC lower level than the user. The mask also intimidates any creature that is not able to be controlled and players suffer an attack penalty, making attacks more likely to miss and deal reduced damage.

Relation to other Guild Mates:
Being one of the primary smiths of the guild, Idata is typically seen as exceptionally useful. However, her hardcore roleplay can be a bit intimidating at times, especially when her character is built to be full-hardy

Background:

Designed perfection. Sagi was born in molten iron and molded by the hands of Ladata, the Godsmith, one of the best smiths in Yggdrasil. He was given life through incantation and meaning by protecting all the Ladata had made. That was the birth of Sagi the Iron Golem.

His history is largely tied to inside of the Guild’s home, however, on occasion, Sagi would be taken out to act as a sort of living tank for Ladata. Once, in a particularly tough dungeon against a boss known simply as “The Great Devourer,” Sagi would save his master by tanking the boss’s unltimate ability. Due to Ladata’s skill, his body did not give way, nor would he relent in his attack, pushing back the Great Devourer before killing it with Finishing Move: Absolute Destruction.

This is what had earned him his current title. No matter what, Ladata would always pride over others with this fact, even though it was her fault for going into the dungeon underprepared.

Sagi is a very easy one to read, always answering with brutal honesty in all matters and not primarily caring for anyone else’s opinions on matters unless they are a Supreme Being. The golem always follows his orders to the letter and makes sure that he doesn’t deviate from anything that his creator has set for him. He does not speak unless spoken to and will typically respond with as little words as possible.

Xirphi, The Devourer of Souls

Title: Devourer of Souls - Grants user the ability to gain life from defeated enemies. Grants additional racial abilities and actions.

Age: 569
Background:
Xirphi was born of dragon means and lead an average life as a dragon for a time, this is what she had been and it was she would have been at her death at the hands of a group of adventures. The dragoness was defeated and sent to bowels of hell, that was where she fought tooth and nail until she discovered the power hidden inside of souls. It would be hear where many demonic entities would meet a permanent doom, fueling the rage that was inside of Xirphi, making her an unstoppable force. In the chaotic free-for-all known as Hell, it would warp the soul of the dragon and turn it into a demon that would be nigh unstoppable by most common means in the land.

However, she would meet defeat only once by the hands of a demon in which she could barely remember the name of, yet, she would remember the form all too well. From then on Xirphi would declare to take revenge on that demon and deliver unto her a torture in which an eternity would not allow her to heal from.

Xirphi searched and search, changing her form so that she might be able to take the demon who had embarrassed her by surprise. She searched and searched for a long time, until a mysterious binding force summoned her from the pits of Hell and into the control of Mistress Ladata, the Godsmith. Ladata would go on to use Xirphi as a form of guard for a maze defending her smithing area from those would dare intrude and steal from the guild. In her service, Xirphi would find the one who had embarrassed her so long ago, and she would remember the name. It was the demon Morningstar, the "Heaven's Dark Harbinger".

While Xirphi wanted to tear the demon to shreds, she would hold her tongue for the time being out of her orders from the one who had summoned her.

Personality:
Xirphi's personality follows the very standard personality that most dragons have, greedy and lazy, at least to a point. Time in hell has morphed what would have been a typical dragon into something far more sadistic and twisted, finding pleasure in some of the most cruel acts known to the world. She toys with her prey, only allowing them the sweet embrace of death when she becomes bored of them. That said, at heart, she is a playful entity who hardly gives a care if anything is challenging or not.

Her laziness does, however, prevent her from giving her all in challenges, making her a bit insufferable at times. At the very least, she is not a picky person, "going with the flow" as one might call it as she serves her summoner and the guild with what she has to offer.

• Maddening Scream, 8th - Creatures within hearing range of the scream are consumed with insanity, running around screaming and gibbering until the status is removed.
• Summon Lesser Demons - User summons a gang of five lesser demons who will follow the command of the user, even if the order is suicidal.

• Reveal True Mouth - User opens her true mouth, three tentacles protrude and may be used as high damage dealing weapons. Instant death to low-tier enemies.
• Breathe Unholy Fire - User breathes a high damage dealing cone of fire. Does increased damage to holy beings.
• Aura of the Mad One - Passive. All lower level beings, not shielded by faith or holy items, become mad and will attack the closest being to them. If there are no beings, they will commit suicide.

Title: Prodigy - Gives User increased magical attack damage and increases their intelligence.

Age: 12
Background:
The evil of the occult spreads far and wide, the feeling of madness and despair affect all of those who do or do not seek it, even children. Lexicon was always a child of unnatural wit and intuition, always finding a solution to a problem and, at first, was a marvel within the human village in which he resided. However, as he grew older, so did a touch of madness within him as he read from a book that he had found on the floor of the local woods. The book cursed him with an unimaginable evil, soon townsfolk would end up missing and the bodies that were found were brutalized to no end.

Eventually, skeletons and zombies would be occasionally be spotted in the forest, originally the townsfolk would believe these to be spirits of the deceased searching for their killer. None of the would suspect the child to be the mastermind behind this until they would find the boy sacrificing his mother to the 'Mad One'. The boy was locked in the town dungeon for a period of five days as the townsfolk decided on what to do with the boy, many wanting to end the child before he did any more damage to the village. However, they would not get to exact their revenge as in the middle of the night, almost half of the town ended up dead in their beds, throats slit. An assassin was plaguing their village now.

Lexicon was safe for the time, though still trapped in a dungeon. In the middle of the night, Lexicon would find a snake woman in the cell with him, offering him safety he would sacrifice the rest of his townsfolk to the Mad One and bring them back to terrorize anyone else who dared come through the village. Lexicon accepted, taking Ladata's hand in taking the greatest steps into the occult. Without mercy he set upon the town, without word he would bleed them dry as the arrogant snake-woman watched, and he without feeling he would join the Cathedral of the Damned.

Personality:
Lexicon is a being of nearly pure evil, cursed by an occult book that he had found in the forest. He will do whatever sadistic thing he wants, whether it be a part of his orders or not. While Xirphi is sadist, she cannot match the child's creativeness in the means by which he tortures, demeans, or even humiliates his opponents. He will exploit any weakness shown by his enemy and he will show no mercy even if ordered to take a target alive. Some that he giggles for each baby he steals candy from.

He is a manipulative boy, using anything for his own goals. Despite all these negative traits, it must be noted that Lexicon is still a little boy that has other emotions such as guilt, and sorrow. When he is alone, it is said that he will break down and cry at the terrible actions that he was forced to do in the past, and he will cry for the actions he knows that he will be forced to do. A sliver of his humanity remains, whether it can be saved or not depends on the future.

The ambition for Néo Méros

The colonial period of Itherae had begun roughly in May - June, 1905, when Philios Inaros, third-generation owner of the Inaros Trading Company, had used his influence in the Supra Dobranie and called in a personal favor with Queen Athena to grant him a charter to establish a colony in northern Serrenthia. Philios would call his ambition to colonize a portion of northern Serrenthia a “boon to the start Itheraen trade prominence in Eurania” as the colonial area that he sought to bring into Itheraen hands, while not directly on the entrance to Southern Eurania it was on the way from any ships coming from more southern lands. It was with this geographical location that Philios would believe that a prime Itheraen trading hub would be established, it was his dream to see this as an increase in sales profits and finally expand his company in a larger, grandeur fashion.

While the Itheraen economy was largely uncompetitive on the world market, Philios also believed that, should this colony be successful, it would increase Itheraen power in the world market, as well as make his nation seem more of a greater power than even their Tyrian neighbor. While many later criticize his claims, due to the instability of the region, they would eventually agree that his argument had some basis with Itherae being able to rise in power comparative to its neighbors. However, there was still the hope that an empire such as Tara or Toubres would simply use their overwhelming naval superiority to seize the colony or deter colonial ships from even landing as they made the sail from southern Itherae.

Furthermore, Itherae, at the time, had barely any navy to speak of at the time, and what few ships they did have, were unarmed merchant ships, which further increased the worry that the colony would not be able to be properly defended. However, Itheraen official Leoprepes Alcon, a foreign minister one of the few that fully supported Philios in his ambition to bring Serrenthia into Itheraen hands, would go to barter with the Etelian government in order to purchase three destroyers from them with a budget of $5 Million in Itheraen Jewels from the royal treasury around the same time his ambition would begin.

With that, the colonial interest of Philios would be somewhat secured over the course of his dream. Then, there was the issue of Kahmar Mustafa, who had recently risen up and taken Tourbres Serrenthia by storm in early february of 1905. That was where Philios would have the idea of using his own personal funds to hire retired Itheraen volunteers, many of which had the Type 91 rifles that they had used in their service, in order to form a garrison of for the colony once it had landed, though he was only able to acrew 51 able bodied men to take up the task, a number that would never be able to fight against Mustafa’s numbers. He would have to leave it up to chance whether the Itheraen army would send a proper garrison or not.

Philios would go on to recruit over 1,000 individuals to settle the colony with him, promising each man a total fifty acres of land should they go on the perilous journey. With government funds and encouragement at his back and all of Serrenthia before him, Philios “Colonialist” Inaros would go on to be known for his ambitions and pursuit of the Serrenthian dream.

Background:

Ladata originally hails from New England in the US, but had immigrated to Japan as a young child, her childhood typically had consisted of reading and writing with little else to do. She did not like really talking to other kids, nor did she particularly care about wanting to hang out with others, though she did get along nicely with others when she had to. Later on when she had become thirteen, Ladata had become introduced to the fun that is DMMO-RPGs where she quickly became immersed with making characters and acting as those characters as it went well with her ability to write and such, some days being a paladin for justice or a killer whose merciless intent was the fear of many players.

Then came YGGDRASIL, a game that Ladata had quickly become very addicted to, in fact she would remain on the game throughout most of it's life, finding that it was extremely fun to explore what the game had to offer and the endless possibilities that existed. In fact, Ladata is not even the first character that this woman has made, only being the latest in her long list of characters which once more varied in morality like they had in the past. However, Ladata was the first character to actually join a guild, an occult-based guild that was more for roleplaying than anything, but it was a difficult choice of how Ladata should be specced when looking at what the guild was about.

At first Ladata was nothing more than a roguish assassin, killing players who "discovered" what the guild was attempting to summon and kidnapping NPCs, then killing them with the excuse of their souls being able to upgrade their weapons and armor. That was when Ladata realized that a fun roleplay experience would be to have the character become a smith for the guild where she continued to do what she did, but this time, make exceptional weapons and the like for the guild in a very occult style. She made sure to make NPCs based around not only herself, but the guild as well, which proved harder than she thought, but she was wholly dedicated to the guild and let nothing stop her from having a good time.

Personality:
In real life, Ladata is a hardcore roleplayer who does little outside of that online, however, Ladata is a sweet girl who simply wants to have a good time in making a story. However, she is also really easy to embarrass when it comes to things that are not of the mundane nature, primarily things that are inherently lewd in nature. That said, she it is clear that Ladata is a shy girl, socially awkward at times when she isn't roleplaying, which has helped her as she just needs to roleplay if she wants to communicate something, no matter how awkward it is.

The ingame personality of Ladata, in simple terms, is a full on arrogant and overconfident in her own abilities. The character that Ladata made was designed to put herself above others at all times, even if they were superior to her in some aspect, and most importantly, Ladata was a sore loser. Ladata is unafraid of using underhanded tactics to get what she wants, very easy to exploit a weakness and has never been known to show mercy to someone who would be called her enemy. Hence her role as an underhanded rogue/assassin when the character had first been made. Furthermore, Ladata is played as someone who isn't known to shy away from any challenge that is presented to her, finding that she will do anything to prove another person wrong even if it lead to her character's death at certain times.

Uchaka

Having been so focused on her messages with Alisea, Uchaka had barely noticed River at first until he had started speaking to her directly, and even all it accomplished at first was little more than a blank stare from the Red-tagged. She cocked her head to the side and thought to herself for a moment, wondering why exactly River had decided to apologize to her, even though he made it very clear as to why. When he had finished speaking, her blank stare was still there and for a moment it seemed like she would not make a response, however, she was somewhat moved by someone actually acknowledging her as a human being for once, rather than a murder. The masked mage opened her mouth to speak and delivered a response in her still cold tone, "Apology accepted. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go meet with someone."

As she made her move to step past River, Uchaka heard Alisea approach the two, not ideal as in reality, Uchaka had not entirely forgiven River for his words the other day. "I guess the festival is alright," Uchaka responded, looking into the air before her mind got back on track with what she had wanted to speak to Alisea about. "Anyways, Alisea, what kind of spell do you think I could make by combining darkness and lightning? I am kind of stuck on it, it's been like that for a bit and I want to make something that's a bit unique, she said, bringing up her menu to begin looking at how she could combine things to make the perfect spell with the two trees that she had unlocked.

Yep. That's right. Uchaka had bothered Alisea to talk about menial mage things such as creating a spell that Uchaka could use. Granted, in Uchaka's mind this was something that was best discussed in person as PMs simply did not have the same meaning and she did not want her message to be misinterpreted as someone who wanted to make a spell purely to kill other people. "I was thinking of making something called 'Dark Plasma' and it would operate like a more power fireball that would explode into a big wall of darkness to blind enemies."

High Kingdom of Itherae

The Tri-Academy

There were still tensions between Cydernia and Itherae towards the Tyrian Empire, the war games had definately been a scare that still left a few people on edge within the nations. While Tyrian officials had made it clear that they were merely excising their right as a nation to prepare to defend itself, it left a sour taste between those on it's borders. Many in the Supra Dobranie wanted to lower the tensions between the three nations before things would spiral out of hand like it had in the Vigentino-Julian Conflict that had erupted shortly after Itherae had offered to settle a peaceful resolution between the two, granted the war seemed to show more and more incompetence between the two armies than anything else. That was when the first draft of what would later become the Tri-Academy Deal had been formulated by a small party within the Supra Dobranie.

The first draft of the deal had left the High Kingdom of Itherae as the sole funder for the academy and so it was revised on April 12th, to include the split funding between all three nations. Granted, it left Tyria with the greatest amount to pay as their economy produced a much more vast amount of money than Cydernia and Itherae could hope to achieve at the current status of their nations. With that revision came other speculations as to whether this deal would just be a waste of time for the Itheraens, however, it was more likely these speculators merely did not want to share Itheraen knowledge and tactics with other nations that may be later hostile towards each other. Yet, those speculators were quickly silenced by the fact that if Itherae could keep tensions low between the nations then they would not need to worry about a conflict, which was exactly what the Supra Dobranie had been aiming to accomplish with the bill for a time.

Other's of the Tyrian Delegation, holding a mere fourteen seats with little to say over the Itheraen political sphere, did make the point that if the Tyrian Empire would agree to the bill then that would show the faith that the Great Power had in the High Kingdom, as well as show proof of the legitimate success of the Tri-Academy in the future which may end up producing some of the best officers that the world has ever seen for Itheraen High Command to use in any future conflict.

Many agreed with the Tyrian Delegation and decided that the deal would prove to be of the best interest for Itherae, and for those other two nations which would hope to resolve their tensions. Eventually, the envoys would be given copies of the deal and sent to first the Tyrian Empire then to Cydernia. Finn Mahler, one of the Tyrian delegates in the Supra Dobranie brought the deal to the Tyrian Diet to be reviewed then, hopefully signed with little change to the deal's contents, then it would be taken back to Thermydon and sent to the Cydernian capital of Sovachevitsa by Herodes Pittheus, a man who had been sent to Cydernia earlier in the year and holder of the signature of the Trajkovski Accord.

Details of the Tri-Academy Deal

Whereas, the Government of the Cydernian Republic, the Government of the High Kingdom of Itherae, and the Government of the Tyrian Empire desirous of the advance of learning for aspiring officers and commanders, as well as goodwill between the three nations, will agree to the following:

• Article 1: The Tri-Academy will be founded out of goodwill and will be constructed as neutral ground on the border of Itherae, Tyria, and Cydernia.
• Article 2: Funding for the Academy will be divided as so between the three governments with a total funding of $2 Million
  -Tyrian Empire - 45%
  -High Kingdom of Itherae - 35%
  -Cydernian Republic - 20%
• Article 3: The Tri-Academy will act as an Embassy between all three governments, where concerns between all parties will be discussed and settled, with the backing of each government, through friendly exchange.
• Article 4: Neither of the two High Contracting Parties shall participate in any grouping of powers whatsoever that is directly or indirectly aimed at any other party.
• Article 5: The present treaty is concluded for a period of five years, with the proviso that, in so far as one of the High Contracting Parties does not denounce it one year prior to the expiration of this period, the validity of this treaty shall automatically be extended for another five years.
