How is it she's a Kossith? Considering the word is so very unknown, would mean that the Kossith people would have likely died out sometime ago. The Codex even mentions the Kossith 'birthed' Ogres, meaning the only Kossith still living are probably Broodmothers. Not to mention -410 ancient is almost a thousand years ago, if I remember the Dragon age timeline correctly.

Not trying to discourage you from this path or anything, just trying to make sense of it all.

No one likes dwarves. :(Also, my PC is half Kossith if that counts.

I actually had to look up what a Kossith was meant to be.I'll admit I haven't read your character sheet yet, so are you a follower of the Qun, or not?
I haven't checked, but eight humans and an elf, right? Not one Dwarf, or even a Qunari?

Alright, so where should we all be at than? I left Myrn's back story vague location wise because I don't want to be causing a ruckus in Orlais when everyone is in Tevintar.

Somewhere in that big place called the Bannorn. Haven't really decided where the Sundown Hills bannorn is meant to be, might make it close to Lake Calenhad, for convenience sake.
If you're getting a blank white screen after pressing the submit post button, you don't need to refresh the page until you see the RPG site again. The post will have already went through, and refreshing the page just resends the posts. Just close the tab, and open the site in a new tab, and it will most likely be there.
I'm fine for starting as soon as possible. In terms of recruitment, I fall in the later category. I want to dabble with my character for a little while, and I suppose he can encounter the group in a random encounter, or something along those lines.
Fat Boy Kyle said Well that's actually where I've been the last couple of days but unfortunately most seem to have already kidnapped by Peter Jackson. I did try to barter with him but he refused, claiming that I 'look too much like Golem' for him to trust me. Instead of this honoured tradition I'm afraid I'll have to have my character decide who is strong enough to undertake the joining based off of what he sees and then either sacrifice one or two consenting player's characters OR roll a dice. It's a bit harsh I know, but people always die in the joining and I won't force any players to have their characters go through joining anyway.

Well, 'strong' is a rather undefined term, You would expect someone like Mhari to survive the joining, and well, spoiler alert, she doesn't.

EDIT: Not to mention if a fool like Anders can become a Warden, anyone can become a warden

Something I already considered actually. Not all players will be turned into Wardens, so whoever gets lucky will likely be a squad leader. The only real thing I still haven't figured out is combat; I know it can be an issue with multiple players. I think my preference would be for players to collab on big fights rather than post a massive series of posts.

That does bring up the question of how are you going to decide whether or not someone lives after the joining? A coin toss, a simple yay or nay, or some other way of deciding?

It could be worse, we could survive long enough for us all to die in the joining

You value our collective skills far to highly for that ever to be possible.
