Before Felix could utter a single word, another customer visited the general store. "Greetings! This one sells alchemical ingredients, yes?" The enquirer was a Khajiit. Felix stood silent and watched as the elf introduced her store once again. Jo'marash the Khajiit followed Valrona into the store; Felix then got in behind them.

The curious customer seemed to be in search for some kind of alchemical ingredient. Felix decided it would be best to wait for the two to finish their deal. He knew next to nothing about alchemy anyway. Meanwhile, he could try to befriend the black wolf who was casually strolling around. "Hi, Yang..." Felix usually stay far away from wolves, but this one seemed pretty tame and relaxed, plus the owner was just there.
A week ago the dragon Alduin attacked Helgen, bringing death and destruction. The news of the return of the dragonkind, previously held to be fantasy creatures in tales, rippled swiftly through Skyrim. Felix, a young novice adventurer, packed his belongings and left Riverwood for Helgen immediately upon learning the event. The journey proved far more time-consuming than it should have been, with bandits, wolves and the temptation of treasure from caves dragging Felix behind.

When he finally arrived he found Helgen feebly recovering from the catastrophe, with the townspeople busy rebuilding their homes and shops. A female elf opened the door of a shop, which appeared to be an average general store just repaired. Felix decided to give it a try. He needed information, friends, materials, food and rest.

"Hi. Is this your shop?" He couldn't think of any novel way of starting a conversation, thus the dull question for the elf.
The door slowly opened and the werewolf walked into the damp dungeon. Pretend to wake up. Kenza will ambush it. Mistletoe, feigning sleep, repeated silently to herself the improvised plan Kenza had told her. Her job as a distraction was easy compared to Kenza's obviously deadly one. She was quite worried about Kenza.

As the monster slowly moved closer to the cells, Mistoetle found her heart pounding uncontrollably hard, while her breath became heavier and heavier. She was terribly frightened of alerting the lycanthrope and killing the party. The fear pushed her to the brink of fainting again, but fortunately Wolfwing simply strolled past her cell and went to check on Derrick.

Something irritated the monster, as its slamming of the cell door and threatening growl clearly indicated. The worst didn't happed, though, and it rushed out, shutting the dungeon door behind.

"Hey, he's gone. We can get up now." Derrick's voice was soft and somewhat trembling. Kenza then inquired, "Derrick, what's in your cell? Are you hurt?" Maybe she noticed something out of place. As Mistletoe stood up she felt dizzy for a moment, but the symptom quickly subsided. She then waited for Derrick's response.
@Dusksong
Sure no problem.
@DeadlyPhoenix
I'm going to bed now, but count me ready.

David didn't follow the human solider when she darted out of the tavern, being confident that she would eventually come back. The first one to return, though, was Yoki the wolf-girl.

Before David could say anything, Kric the imp swiftly but softly jumped onto the table, squatting like a gargoyle. "What are you?" Kric asked rather bluntly, but David actually preferred that attitude over the tiring polite persona behind which everyone in his homeland hid. Interested in the answer himself, the mathematician listened silently.

David was pleasantly surprised when he noticed Cruzem was following him to join the female soldier and wolf-girl. He was really not very used to meeting strangers. Getting acquainted with the dragon-girl and the archdemon bartender had already made him quite tired mentally, and if not for the two glasses of ale he would have gotten a room by now.

"Hello there, can I join you too?" Cruzem said. David decided to let her take the lead and then took a good look at the female soldier. She seemed to be from a universe very similar to his own, wore a black military uniform with some unknown insignia and carried with her a rifle. She might be from the same universe as his but died at another time or place. He wanted to know.
Appearance: [A younger version of the following]

Name: Felix
Age: 16
Race: Nord

Gear: Stormcloak armor, hide boots, Forsworn bow and arrows, steel dagger
Items: Lockpicks
Abilities: Advanced lockpicking, average stealth and pickpocket, amateur archery and one-handed

Job: Adventurer
Bio: Raised in a small and well-hidden orphanage near Falkreath, Felix had no knowledge of his parents whatsoever. He were told tales of the Dragonborn even before he saved the world by defeating Alduin, which fascinated the young boy in need of a hero. Determined to become an adventurer and one day meet the Dragonborn in person, he left the orphanage a year ago despite his loving caretaker's worry. The harsh life as a novice wanderer almost killed him multiple times, but he managed to stay alive and keep his kneecap intact. Having done his fair share of petty crimes to survive, Felix is now quite adept at lockpicking and pickpocket without being noticed. While he can use bows and one-handed weapons, he avoids them most of the time simply because he's not good at them. He is now staying in Riverwood.
@Gutshot
"Don't worry--I'm not asking for free drinks." David chuckled at Zzubus's remark on his flattering, which was directed at Cruzem.

The tavern, meanwhile, continued to receive even more patrons. Creatures of all shapes could be seen chatting with each other or just getting a good look at the tavern itself. David isn't particular sociable, but the prospect of talking with these people and knowing more about their own universes, which definitely follow vastly different physical law, easily overwhelmed his last piece of shyness that had already been eroded considerably by alcohol.

He saw a yound woman in a black military uniform (@Antioch) approach a wolf-girl (@CandySatan) and decided to join them. "May I join you?" The professor asked, with his relaxed, a bit mischievous face replaced with one that was polite but still friendly.
I'm in for the reboot (restart? re-something?)
