Adderall is kinda cool. I can like, focus on things. Makes it harder to eat but there are much worse side effects out there.

Bio
Hullo, thanks for visiting my page! ^.^
I'm Chroma (They/Them), and I'm 20 years old. I've been roleplaying for a long time, but I've just come off a decent hiatus now that my mental health is mostly put back together. Medicine and therapy are really helpful, and I recommend trying them if you think you might need them. I'm still a bit new to roleplaying forums as a medium, so learning how to make the big fancy text will have to come later, but for now I'm just happy to be here.
My interest is mostly in 1x1 RP's, but I can't deny that I've seen some really neat group ones that I would be interested in checking out... I tend to like more fantasy oriented roleplays, I love the idea of magics, and I also tend to play smaller more submissive characters. I love trying new things to broaden my horizon though, so don't be surprised if I ask for something different!
I have some roleplays I want to get started but truth be told I barely know where to start besides just... trying to make them.
Regardlesssssss...It's nice to meet you, and I hope the rest of your day is lovely. <3
Hullo, I'm back after a very long hiatus. ^^ I've been having a bit a struggle with mental health, but after finally seeing a psychiatrist and talking to some fancy doctors, I think i'm ready to give roleplaying all I can muster once again, and im very excited to meet some new people! so with that out of the way....
This one I think would be a bit more casual. We'd have two characters who were friends celebrating the release of a brand new VR game. (Basically SAO, but with less death.) We could work out what the objective in the game will be and we can just have funsies! We can even have segments out of the game and just have our characters hang in real life. (Or we could have a sinister objective in the game as well >:3)
Our two characters meet by happenstance and decide to become a rescue team! They go around the world saving people and collecting things for people! Heavily heavily based the the pokemon rescue team games.
It was supposed to have been a very simple mission. You were to escort the young mage to the ruins beneath the city to study the ancient enchantments a dead civilization had left behind. He seemed on the verge of a breakthrough, but as he attempted to cast his spell, the earth shook in response. He messed up, and shot a beam of energy into your chest. All you remember was searing pain as the mage ran over to you with panic as you lost vision. When you awaken, you see him sitting by your beside. It would be sweet, were in not for the strange matching sigils on your chest and his hand, with a green ethereal chain between them. Unbeknownst to you, the two of you have become linked together, both metaphorically, and definitely physically.
Type: Active Role: Mystery club "Advisor"/driver, Niashado Student. Age - Prounouns: 18, He/him
Face Claim:imgbb.com/rtPjtcg Height: 5'9" Eye Color: Hazel, looks green in the light. Hair Style: Short ashy brown hair that just about reaches his neck. It's curly and slightly messy. His bangs go just about to his eye level. Distinguishing Features: Fairly tall amongst his peers, as well a very pronounced jaw and broad shoulders Has some scars on his hands from a variety of slip-ups. Makes him look a lot more masculine and rugged than he is. Health: Physically fine. Undiagnosed anxiety disorder, and generally very worried about his future after graduating. Prefers to hide his concerns under jokes. Fashion sense: Outside of school, Keisuke tends to wear fairly neutral colored clothes, as well as a variety of coats and windbreakers his favorite being a large dark blue one that he thinks makes him look more mature, and a light brown leather windbreaker he wears when he expects to be outside for a while. His shirts are fairly plain, usually just tees with one or two colors. He also has a tendency to wear scarfs when he can, and collects them as a matter of fact. He has a simple but well-made silver watch on his left hand. He tends to wear just as simple black shoes as well. His fingernails are very short and jagged from when he's bitten them, and his lips are messy from having been picked at as well.
Sense of humor: Keisuke is a natural jokester, enjoying to make little quips and jokes in the moment. He tends to stray away from darker topics as they tend to make him a bit uncomfortable, but teasing a friend over an untied shoe or drool is absolutely par for the course. Still, he tries not to be too insensitive, if someone is genuinely upset by the content his jokes he'll back off and apologize. People who criticize him for making jokes in the first place however, do tend to annoy him. Strengths: Keisuke is physically strong for sure. His big frame gives him a natural advantage, though he doesn't exercise that often, so he's not as strong as he could be. Keisuke is very good at talking to people, at least other guys. He's had a natural charisma that runs through him, though he says it's just practice. He's also fairly kind. He gets angry thoughts about people all the time in his head, but he can never act on them. He might grumble about having to play the big brother, but he secretly loves it. I Keisuke genuinely gets invested in something, he can bring all his focus to bear he can actually be a diligent study and a hard worker. If he can, that is. Weaknesses: He's lazy, definitely lazy. When the school recommended he join a club, he only joined the mystery club because a friend was in it. His family insists he could be a straight A student if he bothered putting in more than the bare minimum with his school work. He's also rather bad at reading people. He can talk to them and make friends easy sure, but when it comes to diagnosing any issues his friends has, he panics. He's absolutely terrible with women too. He doesn't hang out with many so he's even worse at reading them... which means he wants to hang out with them less. It's a painful cycle. Fears: There are two main fears that drive Keisuke. The fear of his future, and the fear of being alone. With his middling grades, he's not sure he can get into any prestigious universities, and furthermore, he doesn't have any other fields he could easily find himself working in. He likes where he is in school. Do a bit of schoolwork, then spend the rest of the time hanging out with friends or playing games at home. Being alone is also terrifying. On days when his phone doesn't go off, or when he has time to sit in silence, his anxiety plays him like a fiddle. "Where are all my friends? Do they really like me or are they just pretending? I hope they aren't doing things without me..." and of course should those fears go realized, he gets absolutely heartbroken. Are they emotive?Absolutely, Keisuke loves reacting to things honestly, so he'll laugh like a dork when he can, react with exaggerated surprise when he hears something "scary", and he'll happily rant for hours about the topics he likes. He moves his whole body as he talks, as though he were performing on a stage, and his enthusiasm can be as equal parts charismatic and annoying. What makes them angry? Other people getting angry stirs something within him. Perhaps it's that he likes being disagreed with, or he dislikes the loud noise, but if someone provokes him he won't hesitate to start a fight back. "Especially" if the person being insulted is his friend. He'd fight a guy that insulted his friends. He also gets very upset at being left out of things, even if he isn't nearly as vocal about it. How strong is their moral compass Fairly strong. Playing the big brother role for so long has made him care about other people's emotions enough to have a lot of empathy. Granted, he'd prefer not to have any moral issues, and he's fine with the occasional misdeed. Littering and slacking aren't off his list, though it's not like he wouldn't walk 5 feet to a nearby trash can if it was in sight. How do they approach power and money?: Keisuke is a little bit rebellious. He takes people abusing their power as a challenge, and tends to try and annoy people that exert too much authority over him. Money isn't a thing he concerns himself with too much. He spends it almost as soon as he gets it, but he does have a small amount saved up just in case of an emergency. How they approach change He hates it. Change makes him feel uncomfortable and anxious. He'd prefer if life could freeze and snapshot as it is, but it isn't. The end of what he assumes will be his favorite time of his life is rapidly approaching and he wants to turn away and ignore that growing dread in his belly.
You've always wanted to adopt a Neko. Whether it be their cute fluffy ears, or adorable neediness for headpats. It's taken a while, but now you finally have the means to adopt one! We can decide whether you get one from a shelter or find a stray, but regardless it will be wholesome, and there will be cuddling.
My first ever bump >:o Might as well add some additional ideas while I'm here?
A young boy wandering through the woods stumbles upon a small shack in the woods. Hungry and alone, he stumbles inside to find a hut filled to the brim with reagents and potions, magical creatures fluttering around... it's definitely bigger on the inside. Eventually he finds the owner of the house, who after a brief conversation decides to take the boy in as an apprentice as it's ever so lonely out in the woods.
Two characters find themselves locked up in a deep underground city ruled by a society of dark elves. Strangers at first, they have to work together to find out the truth behind the rise in kidnappings, and escape before they find themselves lost in the abyss forever.
Hello hello, and welcome to my humble little interest check! Feel free to sit and unwind while I ramble a bit.
I'm Chroma, but you can call my Ali or Ayli, or any nicknames you can think of! I'm 20 years old, and I've been roleplaying for probably over half my life now. I remember roleplaying with my sister over text on our flip phones, and doing extensive lore research on um... Warrior Cats roleplays >.< I've done a lot of roleplays over the years, but this will be my first time making a big fancy post in a proper forum as opposed to DM's on discord. I tend to write anywhere from 2-3 paragraphs, but I try to match my partner as best I can! I'll try to reply at least a couple times per day, but I work nights so my schedule may be a lot different from yours.
But enough introductions, here's why I'm making this post: I want to roleplay! I like making characters develop, having them form deep bonds with people and having them learn more about the world their in as well as themselves. I like to keep things fairly lighthearted, but that doesn't mean I'm adverse to more mature themes. (Adult themes, smut etc.). I'd be most comfortable if my partners were also over 18, just in case things get spicy.
Here's the thing though, I took a small hiatus from intense roleplays, so I'd be very appreciative if you wouldn't mind taking the lead, or at least giving me some advice as we explore these ideas together, but in the end, even if we don't end up roleplaying, I'm still very grateful that you took the time to read this post, so thank you. <3
Now for the bread and Butter:
About Me
> I'm fairly open to most roleplay ideas! I generally follow the line of thinking of asking question upon question until we make a world that sounds amazing to play in, and then letting our characters roam and have fun with one another.
> A lot of the roleplays I've done before have been different than what may be considered standard though. Instead of it being me and another person's character exploring a world we made together, they would put me into their world and let me explore it at my own pace, meeting new people and exploring whatever quests I wanted. If you're the type of person who would like to be that sort of GM figure, let me know where I need to send the blood sacrifice because I will be ready.
> I like playing male (and usually feminine, at least less dominant male) characters in my stories. I like being at least somewhat cute and cuddly because I want to be cute and cuddly as well. That being said, I am definitely not adverse to trying something new, but I'd probably stick to men because that's what I know best. I would prefer MxF or MxFu but I could definitely be persuaded to do MxM if I felt the characters worked well together.
> Romance between a soft boy and a strong girl/boy makes me swoooon, especially if they're monster-people.
> If you like any of these ideas, or have some of your own, DM me at your leisure. Even if it doesn't work out, I am addicted to talking to people! ^^
> For me as a person, I'd like to think I'm very relaxed and open to most other people, so if there's something you feel a bit worried about revealing, I definitely won't force you to, but I'm here to listen if you need a stranger's ear. ^.^
Roleplay Requirements:
> As I've mentioned before, I would prefer if you were over 18 so we could delve into some spicier topics.
> I've rarely had any issues with this, but just to make sure... Please write at least a paragraph per response so we can keep things going and keep ourselves interested.
> Please be forgiving if I make any mistakes as I transition back into forum roleplaying. I can definitely take criticism, but if it devolves into yelling I'll probably just have to close the door and walk away.
> Most important of all though, be friendly and let's have fun together <3
What I'm Looking For:
A couple days ago when I had the idea to try roleplaying proper again, there were a few ideas that really roped me in, and I'd be grateful if we could explore them together! I tend to prefer fantasy settings with swords and sorcery, but I have some experience in other forms as well, so if you have an idea feel free to share!
>Unless listed otherwise, all RP's are 18+ just in case. Looking for GM:
The Hresvelg Estate(Slice of Life/Fantasy/Romance)
The whole city has been abuzz the last few weeks. Rumors abound about the firstborn son of the Hresvelg family moving into an estate in a couple months time. Not much is known about the Lord, but everything is known about his father, the man who saved the country from being annexed from it's two larger neighbors. The gossip fades after a time as it tends to do, until one day a bulletin is posted in the town plaza. The Hresvelg family is looking for maids/servants to staff it's estate, and for whatever reason, you decide to apply. (You would be playing the role of one, or multiple servants, living day to day with your new lord as he learns how to become a proper figure of authority.)
A Tale of Swords and Sass(Fantasy/Adventure)
This would be a very standard D&D-esque setting, following the stories of an adventurer as they go from tavern drunkard to a local legend. You would be in charge of making the world and characters as I traveled along helping people or... getting drunk in various taverns. It's a very basic plot, but I've honestly never gotten to explore such a basic plot and I think it would be very refreshing!
Could very easily be re-tuned for a space/sci-fi theme as well?
How to Train an Evil Overlord(Fantasy/Adventure)
Similar in style and context to 'The Hresvelg Estate' The Dark Prince of Apocalypse has been born, destined to bring an end to Order's grasp on the wpr;d. Yet immediately, the King of Apocalypse noticesa slight flaw in his plan. His son, for all the power and charm he can bring to bear is hopelessly sweet and nurturing, hardly fit for the future overlord of humanity. So, he sends missives all throughout the underrealms, asking for any tutors and demons to help him turn his son into the proper Dark Prince he'll need to be. (You'd play the role of the tutor(s), helping to turn the sweet little prince into a warrior fit to conquer the realms.)
Standard Roleplays:
Standard D&D Adventure #45,807(Fantasy/Adventure)
Two characters meet and explore the world. A lot like 'Tales of Swords and Sass' But we'd both take responsibility for how the plot develops. It's... pretty standard otherwise. xD
Professor Trumont's Academy for the Betterment of Volatile Magi.(Fantasy/School/Slice of Life)
Our characters are two transfer students sent from magical academies around the world to Professor Trumont's Academy in order to help tame the rampant and dangerous magic flowing within us. We may have been sent here for different reasons, whether it be violence towards others or willful submissions, but in the end our latent magical potential is too strong to let us roam the streets as normal civilians, without training that is! This would be a whimsical and light-hearted roleplay with maybe a bit too much power fantasy, as our older-teen characters learn to restrain their city-leveling magics while discussing last week's conjury lessons.
FTL: Faster Than Light(Sci-Fi/Adventure)
Based off the game of the same name. The xeno-phobic human rebellion is growing stronger each day, threatening to shift the balance of the galaxy for good, and doom millions of alien species to a painful death. We'd play as a crew of space-farers working for the rebellion, trying to gather as many men and arms as we can to stop this rebellion before it's too late. FTL is one of my favorite games, and I just think it would be wonderful to roleplay :3
Fandom Roleplays:
There are a lot of fandoms I like and would be willing to roleplay, so I'll list these out as more of a grab-bag of potential options we could RP about. (Both as the characters and as OC's) :3
Demon Slayer Pokemon Monster Musume Soul Eater YuGiOh! (Heck yeah) Teen Titans Star Wars (Clone Wars is basically an anime right?) Avatar (The Last Airbender) Dragon Ball
Final Fantasy XIV Warhammer 40K Starcraft Kingdom Hearts The Legend of Heroes Monster Hunter Persona Monster Rancher (Maybe... Monster-people rancher? :o) Sonic the Hedgehog ...and many many more!

I'm Chroma (They/Them), and I'm 20 years old. I've been roleplaying for a long time, but I've just come off a decent hiatus now that my mental health is mostly put back together.
