Jarrod opened and closed a balisong repeatedly as he spoke, closing it and looking up as he finished. @CadenGallic
Jarrod looked up to the alarm on the wall and turned on his heel, running to the bridge. About 5 minutes later, he burst through the doors to see the more important crew and officers as well as his team members filing into the room. @CadenGallic
Sorry, i've been having some family and health issues but everything seems to be getting resolved. I'll try and post by tomorrow. I have a lot of school stuff to catch up on first.
They know me and how i write, thats true, so through that, they have faith that i can write a good story. I asked them both to look at EVERYONE'S posts just to bring attention to the group. I didnt think it would be an issue. @MonstrousMan
Jarrod had been up for about an hour, practicing his swordplay. After the rigorous training, he sat on the ground, holding his dogtags as sweat poured over his bare torso. He took a large gulp of gatorade before standing and pulling on his underarmour shirt. He moved on from the blade training area to the gun range. He picked up a 9mm pistol and an AR-15 from a rack of weapons before setting up at a station. He loaded the assault rifle and unloaded the clip in the target's chest and head. Satisfied, he brought down a new target and loaded the pistol, copying the same shot pattern. Smiling, he replaced the guns on the rack and walked back to his training bag. He shoved his towel and gatorade back inside before wandering the dead quiet ship, heading back towards his room.

Profession: Arlann is considered the best blacksmith in all of Aldrak, save for the Royal blacksmith. He was taught by his father to work steel and by his mother’s brother to wield it. History: Arlann was born in Torit, to a Banek father and an Imot mother. His father was a blacksmith of a small town called Alondell while his mother and her brother were two Imoti rangers, fleeing a bounty in Quath. When Arlann was born, his parents resolved to teach him three things, to love your steel, (whether you’re working it, or wielding it,) to love your country and to love your family. These are values that Arlann holds dear to this day. Arlann feels that the king is destroying one of the things he loves. Arlak is meant to work in harmony, not to be dominated by a bloodthirsty madman. Arlann knows that soon, his neutrality will come to an end. Therefore, he’s glad his uncle taught him to wield a blade. Arlann is in the process of forging his perfect sword, so as to protect his country and his family.
Personality: Arlann is normally a friendly and trustworthy guy, until you mess with his friends, or if you're one of the King's men. Some would call him plain and typical.
K.C. looked at the two Briarwhites. "You said you didnt summon it and i believe you. But you're going to help me find out who did. Both of you. Meet me in the fencing room as soon as you get to school tomorrow. We'll talk more there. Deal?" K.C. smiled, a little pleadingly, to both of them.
Just fyi, Jack and the Beanstalk was written by an English author, 100 years before the Grimm brothers were born, so that story probably wouldnt have been in the Grimm's manual. @Driveemout
