@Lonewolf685

If it is one block of grey text, it is either/or. I would have a line of normal text to say if I am changing between the two. Like "And then he thought" or something to that effect.
Natus sneaked close to the group, but on the fringes of their formation. As they got closer, the enemies come into line of sight. He spoke up to the group, but obviously quietly "We have spotted enemies, if we are to proceeded, we need a plan. Otherwise, it is best to regroup with the others. There are probably more instead. I suggest sending one of us back to alert the group as we proceed forward to set up a surprise attack that we spring whenever the larger group is close enough to provide support."
I was going to post tomorrow to have Leblanc move the scouts onward, but feel free to go ahead if you can edge out ahead.

I can post whenever unless something comes up. I just am not sure that Natus would take any initiative that doesn't involve murder in this situation.
I was giving someone else time to post, but I will wait till at least tonight to give someone else a chance to post first, but I will try to have a post in by either tonight or tomorrow.
@Lonewolf685 I know they have just seen a ruin. I made the post with the assumption that Natus was speaking to everyone. It is Natus, he approaches every situation as if he was going to be fight something. He was just offering a plan for when and if they went ahead and scouted out the place. I don't think it is out of character that the paranoid assassin would presume that the ruins in a monster-filled region had enemies in it.
Natus stayed a few steps behind the group, trying to listen out to make sure the group was not ambushed from behind. "It should be easy enough to scout this ruin, but we should consider the possibility of it being trapped."

He pulled out a flask of oil, "I believe it might be wise to try to lure out whatever may be inside and have an ambush waiting. Doing so might alert the people instead of our presence, but if they do have guards or traps, they likely already are assuming a possible attack. Starting a fire at an entrance into the structure could smoke them out."
How is connected to the external power source, a wire, a transmitter. How would you cut the power source without getting close to the goons.
How would one sabotage this magic tech cage. It is just a plain cage that if you break, it stops working. Is there is a channel power? Is there a power line you can cut?
Is this going to turn into Delicious in Dungeons? I would be fine with that.
I have edited my last post to move us forward.
