Well, Regulus idea for dealing with Larwen would involve significantly more stabbing.
The Island Turtle will kill any goldari that get closes to it, but I am not sure how. It could very well just slam into them until they die, which while inelegant, would probably pretty effective.
I would do that, but that would involve me trying to figure out what the Island Turtle actually does.
I think Regulus will like Yuu. So long as he doesn't ask to see him naked.

It might be easier to keep up with if we consider the creation of 4 miracles to be one might. And thus, you get your act of creation when you break it down into miracles, as opposed to keeping up with fractions.

Regulus had just been greeted by two gods, and he was inspired by there worlds of encouragement. He would defend these world from chaos, and yet as he felt around using his divine sense, there was not much to protect. He reached out his spear to create a race of sentient creatures to call his own, and yet he paused. "No, this world is to dangerous for my children to created in." lowering the spear. "Yet, I can still add to the flora and fauna of this world."
He took his spear and threw out to the nearby forest. Once the spear hit the ground, he was there holding it in his hand.
He took the spear and punctuated a hole into the ground, and from the hole came rabbits and mice. He then swung it against a tree branch, and as it tree branch shook, wildcats appeared. He then took his spear and place it beside him, and at his side where wolves. He told his new beasts to spread across the land and to multiple.

Yeah, I think we would need settlements before we have agriculture. And I don't think I will have Regulus create a sentient species. He might create a legendary beast/s that are sentient, or later become sentient. At least for the time being.
Right now, he is probably going to take what humans there are right now and organize some of them into an Order of Druids. If not this turn, next turn.
