AMBER KREE
[New Amber Town - Outside Maple Pokemon Lab]
@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@void liege

Amber followed the loud group of kids making their way to the Pokemon lab as she had originally suggested. She trailed behind them, observing their interactions silently. The boy who had caught her attention earlier was revealed to be a Pokemon by his trainer. A Zoroark,to be exact, and Amber pursed her lips. A Pokemon that had the ability to disguise himself as a human - or frankly, anything in the world should he choose to do so - was not someone she trusted.

Still, she kept her thoughts to herself. Celes seemed nothing if not excited to know about Nasir's abilities and she was not about to crash their party with her dislike of the Pokemon. Unlike that one brat that constantly spouted the worst from her mouth, she wasn't about to pick a petty fight just because she could. Besides - at that thought, she glanced a look at Aster who struggled in her arms with a want to charge towards the othets - her own Pokemon was not strong enough to survive such an altercation. Pokemon battles were... unsavory. She would rather trust in her own strength than pit someone as small as the Snivy in her arms against a Dragon Pokemon.

With a sigh, she resolved to simply ignoring the Zoroark for now. He seems like he wouldn't cause trouble and she had better things to do. Her eyes moved towards Bishop, who had gestured the group to enter. Amber lagged behind the others to offer the woman a respectful nod. While she always held the Pokemon professors in low regard - by Arceus, what kind of adult would give a ten year old a small Pokemon and task them to wander the world on their own - Bishop seemed like she had a good head on her shoulders. Amber could respect as much.

She followed the others inside and shot Celes a warm look before patting the girl's arm. "Careful now," she warned towards the Zoroark and his passenger. There seemed to be a lot of equipment in the area - some Amber could only assume cost a fortune - and she would hate for the two to stumble into an accident and hurt themselves - or the equipment.
Aww damn, sorry I haven't been posting lately. IRL problems rose up.

Anyway, is Seth's entrance still redacted? Because I'm not sure if Kyle is still following Sam and I kinda don't want her to die so soon. Seth would be great help.
My internet is back. Looks like... things happened. I'll write up a post after reading up on everyone else's.
One of these days, Sam is gonna get bitten or scratched or shot by some dude who's had enough of her and she's gonna realize how utterly stupid and reckless she's being. Today is not that day.
Sam Thurston

"Keep moving!"

Sam spared a parting glance towards Jason, noticing that he had moved towards the stranger she'd noticed before. Probably, he thought that the stranger needed help or maybe he'd simply seen the horde that was now forming a sea of teeth and ooze between Sam and her base. The bank itself was still secured from the biters, but she wasn't sure she could say the same for the car she'd been standing upon. It was violently rocking beneath her and she fell to her knees, clutching at whatever part of the car she could in order to keep herself above the biters' reach. "Shit!"

Her brows furrowed as she took a moment to survey their situation. The building beside them was a small apartment, with some biters roaming out from inside. A quick look in the roof's direction and she guessed that if they got to it, a jump towards the next building wouldn't be impossible. She glanced at Kyle, wondering to herself if he could make the jump. With the way he ran before, he could probably do it. With a sigh, she stood, maintaining balance as best as she could. Kyle. I'm gonna try to weave through the biters and head inside that apartment." She would have jumped down from the car and headed straight towards the bank, chopping heads and limbs as she went, but even she knew that such a feat would cause in her gruesome and untimely death. Not today, suckers, she thought to herself, smirking at the mindless drones that clamored to grab whatever piece of flesh they could.

She turned back to Kyle, the small frown of worry that were on her lips before now replaced with a grin filled with buzzing excitement. "Can I count on you to watch my back?" She patted his shoulder, but didn't wait for a reply before jumping down onto the asphalt. The moment her boots hit solid ground, she felt a sort of electrifying jolt run down her body. Distantly, she heard some gunshots, but the groaning of the few biters around her. There were around half a dozen or so, as most of the biters had been coming at them from the streets and not the sidewalks. Still, it was enough to get Sam's blood pumping as she weaved through the group (narrowly avoiding one of the biter's scratches) and clearing a path for her and Kyle to head inside the building.
So tempted to make her surname "Chan".

I was supposed to ask this yesterday before I went to sleep, but even then I was a little slow. Was Sam's intention to lure the others into the walkers and get them killed?

No, no. She just tends to be very enthusiastic about these kinds of things and sometimes doesn't think about how other people might nit like jumping into a pool full of piranhas to fight them off. If someone screams at her that she's being stupid, she's gonna realize that she's probs gonna get them killed.

I'll get something up by this afternoon.
So something we're going to add to the RP is REALISTIC SURVIVAL.
As in, real ammo counts. As in, your character can die if you make bad decisions.

We want to add character deaths. You WILL get stuck in situations where you will be in DANGER. When you're in dangerous positions, you have to use your creativity to escape this, or you WILL DIE.

Definitely up for this. Just think of the emotional attachment you'd develop for the characters and then see them pushed to a corner with nowhere else to go. I'm thinking survivors who use melee are in somewhat more danger since they're the ones going head to head with the undead?
The infected are coming from the direction of the bank that Sam wants to get back to so badly.
Guys. Guys. Come on. This sentence was like presenting a full-course all-you-can-eat buffet to a starving child. GUYS!

Anyway. Wow. Michael is gonna be an interesting addition to the group full of city folk.
Damn... I really can't decide on whether to do a capo for Los Bustamante that heads their drug dealing biz or the paid cop...

Edit: Working on a capo for the Triad instead.

Who am I kidding? I'll probs just do both.

Edit: oh yeah. Like what Sakurasan said, is there like an age range to follow with the roles? Obvs a kid wouldn't be running the mafia (no matter how fun that would be) but is there a definite min-max?
