So what I heard was right, he thought, even more perplexed. He listened to the twins politely, and slightly wondered how they came to know what's going on. It's like the girl was narrating what she was watching a TV. Haruki wondered if this is the feeling of the people back at home would give him weird or disgusted looks when Haruki was talking to some poor soul who needs his help, but Haruki felt neither of those, just plain curiosity. He tilted his head in confusion, and curiously asked, "How did you know of those things?"

"I mean, that's kind of cool but I was only able to conclude the teddy bears part, but what you just said was kinda specific. Really specific. Did you ask the police about that intel?"
@Dragonite777

...Um, are you talking about my character Haruki? Because he's the talk-to-ghost guy.
Hikaru blinked cluelessly when the white haired guy just gave him a quick glare then ignored him, wondering what he did wrong now. He furrowed his eyebrows when he noticed that nobody still answered him, so he safely concludes that the people around him are as clueless as he is. He looked around to see if there are other people who might know, but can't bring himself to speak to the police since they look kinda busy and it's not entirely Haruki's business. But still...

Wow, these things are actually a normal occurrence here? he thought, bewildered, but brushed those thoughts away. He can't let his mind wander to places right now. He turned to look to see two people, a girl and a boy, who seem to be conversing with each other and went to them.

"'Scuse me," he started, smiling cheerily. "You have any clue about what's happening right now?" Hr casually asked with a questioning grin.

Haruki was just going out of his new apartment his parents are paying, though Haruki is pretty sure that the moment he turned eighteen they would gladly kick him out if he has no plan to pay it himself.

When I had my seventeenth birthday, I got a free-for-one year apartment and got myself kicked out of my parents' house for being a 'shameful abnormality' of my family. He huffed indignantly then suddenly faced a twenty-something year old college girl who has a noose around her neck. "I was being the bridge between life and death. It's what I am, what's wrong with them?!" He promptly shouted at her, which made the dead girl narrow her eyes and disappear. Damn, he misses his friends back home, they're friendlier.

He sighed as walks through the streets, while muttering under his breath. There are a few ghosts running about at this time, and Haruki mutters a greeting to them. Well, that is if they are mellow enough, but some wrathful ones are glaring daggers at him whenever he talks to them, and Haruki is not that dense when it comes to unwanted company.

He continues his way to his new school, when he stops to look at what he assumes a hostage situation. Or he thinks so because the hostages are teddy bears. "And they say I'm crazy," he grumbles quietly before raising his voice a little bit. "Whoa, anyone can tell what's going on?" He says aloud.

He directs it to anyone who'll hear him and actually answer, living or dead alike.

Height: 5'9

Weight: 142 lbs

Hair Color: Blonde with Pink Tips

Eye Color: Blue

Name: Haruki Inoue

Age: 17

History: Ever since Haruki was a child, he was always known as the creepy weird kid in class. He's not exactly anti-social, he's pretty friendly and affectionate actually, but when kids start talking to him, they start to back away when Haruki began to talk to people who aren't really there and bragging he can see and talk to ghosts. He also likes calling himself "The bridge between the living and the dead" with an assumed superhero pose. So nobody talked to Haruki, and so Haruki could only talk to his other friends, the ones no one has ever seen. The adults and parents chalked it up as his imaginary friends so they left him alone, a mistake they made as growing older, Haruki still kept on insisting he can see them. He was isolated by everyone, even his parents, except his older brother Sora.

Sora and Haruki are close, and Sora would play along with Haruki's shenanigans. He asks Haruki what they look like and other stuff, and Haruki tells him their story seriously. Of course, adults wouldn't believe Sora, but the two of them would hang out together, and Sora has always encouraged Haruki to continue talking to his friends despite their parents ordering otherwise.

However, when Haruki was fourteen and Sora was twenty-two, Sora was studying in Miso City and the Inoue residence received a call at two o'clock at dawn that Sora died in a car crash. Right after Mr. and Mrs. Inoue finished the call, Haruki, who was supposed to be asleep, woke up screaming and crying, begging his parents to let him talk to Sora. And when he found out the call, well, it didn't do well with his psyche.

The incident somehow even made his "I Can See Ghosts" act more prominent, and claims that he talked to his brother but he never seen him again. His claims got even more frequent, and his parents, who can no longer take his overactive imagination and the shame he's delivering, sent him to study to Miso City as well.

Personality: Well, Haruki's most prominent trait is probably the fact that he's pretty convinced that he can see and talk to ghosts, but that's the first thing people see in him and avoids him, but he's a pretty normal dude if you managed to get past the eccentricities. Haruki is cheerful and always seen with a bright smile, he's a touchy-feely person who has no sense of personal space. He's friendly, but a little bit naive on his part and very gullible, as he won't believe a thing isn't true unless proven scientifically. He's a little weird in the head (if that isn't implied already), and displays questionable logic at times, but he pretends to be weird because everyone says he's one and despite insisting he's honestly normal, they kept giving him funny looks, so why bother? But still, he just yearns for acceptance, like the one Sora gave him. But he's dead now, so what person in their right mind is going to?

Abilities: Haruki is quite convinced he could see and talk to ghosts, but whether he's not right in the head or he's telling the truth, Haruki hasn't proven yet his honesty in this case. But then, nobody has also proven Haruki is lying, right? But still, there are quite a few times when he seems to know people he shouldn't.

Other: Will talk to air often, has a weird fashion sense and actually excited about stories surrounding Miso City.
Thank you.

By the way, love your profile picture, and love to Akuma No Riddle and Hashiri Nio XD

Name: Victoire Roux

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Country of Origin: France

Role: Varia Sun Guardian

Flame: Sun

Weapon / Fighting Style: FAMAS F1 assault rifle with a bayonet attached

Appearance: Present:
Future:

Personality: If people ever see Victoire, the girl is surrounded by a soothing and calm aura accompanied with a gentle smile. Victoire is welcoming and friendly, yet she maintains a specific distance between strangers. She is motherly and nurturing to her close friends and is loyal and obedient to orders, no matter what. She's determined to serve her superiors and will not hesitate to follow or question commands. Victoire is loyal to the core if you managed to earn her trust, which is surprisingly harder than it looks. It might look like she's an open book, but she's a very subtle person, and her real thoughts are sometimes heard if you take a moment to analyze her choice of words. Victoire is also a touchy-feely person who doesn't know the meaning of sense of privacy. She will hug her friends and sometimes kiss their cheeks just because she can, so don't take it to heart if she did.

However, she seems to have adopted a do-whatever-it-takes attitude when it comes to her duty that sometimes lands herself and others in harm's way. Despite the kindly atmosphere she surrounds herself in, she is still an assassin by heart. The death of a stranger or a target does not matter to her, since their death is the goal. She also keeps a "Kill Or Be Killed" mentality, so you can't be fooled by her pacifist attitude since being an assassin, bloodshed is an inevitable part of her life now, and Victoire has long accepted it.

History: Victoire's father, Lance Roux, is a former soldier turned hitman. At her first six years in this world, Victoire was spoiled and dearly loved under her mother Marielle. She was innocent and still had the face of innocence back then. She had no idea of how cruel the world is, much less the underground world her future self would belong in. Victoire would always remember that her father was a giant but quiet man who's not there all the time. He wouldn't play with her unlike her mother, but he would silently watch them with a sad smile. Victoire never understood why her father always looked so sad when she was so happy. She didn't until she was six and a half years old.

Marielle and her daughter were in their simple home, Victoire playing with her doll while her mother is watching TV. When suddenly Lance barges in and just orders them to pack up and leave quickly. It was the first time Victoire saw her father make an expression that isn't sad. It turns out that Lance is being targeted by a mafia family because of a mission he succeeded in doing, which is to assassinate the wife of the boss. While they managed to escape safely from their assailants, Lance was certain that the level of danger they are in is really high now, and decided to teach his only daughter to protect herself.

For the next seven years, Victoire was trained by her father. Imagine, a six-turning-seven year old girl being made to do push-ups, sit-ups, and run one hundred laps a day. Being forced to be surrounded by different kinds of guns and how to use them. Being forced to learn hand-to-hand combat. But it wasn't until she was thirteen when she was forced to kill a life.

It didn't take long for Victoire to soon take up her father's line of work. Like Lance, who has now retired, she was a freelance hitman. Her successes in each of her missions spread throughout the underground world, until the Varia Assassination Squad has finally offered her to be a member. Victoire, being aware of the influence the Vongola Famiglia are, accepted the offer as she can provide her family protection and security.

Other: Victoire seems to be fond of flowers for some reason, and likes making flower crowns and putting them on her friends' heads if she feels like it. She's also very physically affectionate. Victoire likes reading and History if she has free time, sometimes just roaming around a garden, sitting and making daisy chains with a cup of tea. She doesn't take it kindly in threatening her family or even Famiglia, if Victoire swore her loyalty to you, she will be loyal to you.
I'm kinda new around here, but I love KHR and I'm really interested in this RP, so...here's my CS:
