To be frank, I'd say don't rush the rebuilding of Arconians society, it's doubtful that anyone would attempt to destroy them; or pay them much mind outside a murmur. As stated before, pacing is key to make things more endearing any believable, if anything, when you take your time it makes people more hesitant to try and dismantle what you build.

Bee tee dubs, Elysium looks like she's turning into the rebellious type - and in that effect she's matching up with the Little Emperor quite well; perhaps she can come with Logos to speak to Lif? We can talk more in PMs, if you'd like btw

Trust me, Lif won't forsake his father, if anything it's just going to acclimate to a chat at this point, ending with the possibility of an ally - Lif doesn't need Logos anymore; but he believes the people from Arcon need him and his city. He'll offer that much, especially to the people in need.

When Vestec stops by, Lifprasil will talk to him too, primarily about the Boreale Schools (Boreale Vestec, Boreale Astarte, Boreale Jvan, Boreale Vulamera, Phantasm Illunabar...), and a few acquisitions he'll be receiving; and a plan or two.
