Mizuho I don't normally see it as a problem as well; however, a vast majority of the things we are talking about in the OOC and a bulk of those 200+ posts are about things that would be perfect discussion points in the role play itself. Talking about what a characters name is perfect for an actor to discuss while at the script read. Things like the core plot of the movie is something that almost every single person in this role play could have their character pitch in an idea or thought. It just feels like we are moving in the right direction just not posting them in the right section.I am not criticizing or anything just sharing my thoughts. It also doesn't help that I am the only one with somewhat of a ticking clock when it comes to this role play and the time I will be able to dedicate to it.

I disagree, I think it's important to establish the bare basics at first, even if we change them later, such as a name. At this point the script is already made and such, so the characters will all have names, even if they may get changed later.

6 weeks are... yeah, a little over a month. i don't know, I might not go to Japan in the summer this year though. I'll be gone for 4 weeks though, ASSUMING that I got the job... The contract hasn't arrived yet... Q~Q

I actually wanted everyone to be there. It's probably a bit unconventional (is that the right word?) but I wanted this to be the first full gathering of people, so everyone can meet everyone and stuff. Maybe have a meeting before actually reading through? Something like that.

And whatever we decide who Brett is, I guess? I still like the traitor role for her.

And maybe, I usually write characters and posts during downtime at school, I might be able to produce decent writing. It'll depend, really.

I can't post because The Fault In Our Stars as damaged me emotionally and I need time to recuperate

In all honesty, The Fault In Our Stars did make me cry for like an hour, but I digress.

I don't have time to post anything in the IC anytime soon because I'm studying for 4 AP tests, 7 finals, and practicing for a concert and an audition.... Ugh. And late work that I haven't turned in because





So.... Might take a while, until the exams are over.

If you guys are willing to wait that long, great! But if not, I'm sure that Hae (er... Sixsmith) would be able to make an opening post. Since, co-GM, and producer, so it works, right? What do you say, Hae?

As for starting.... I'm thinking of starting with the script read-through, and the first meeting of everyone.

And if I miraculously finish my homework/studying early, I might write a post up tonight... but don't count on it.

I can see Virgil as their inside source. Someone who's still in whatever the father was in, and is helping them out, cuz they're friends and such

We don't have to plan out scenes in general, I'm thinking. I can handle that with Luke, and we can discuss that OOC, and IC. What I'm saying we need to do is establish a clear plot line, and establish parts before we can start.

I'm planning on completely skipping over the pre-production part of filmmaking, actually. I think starting at the very beginning is a bit difficult since it tends to exclude a lot of people for a large group RP, because the audition process and hiring process are exclusive to that person who's doing whatever. Collab posts would be ideal if we did do the entire pre-production, but even if we did, it'll be nothing more than introductory posts.

As for starting, I don't know yet >< I can probably whip something up soon, but I'm hesitant to do that until we establish movie plot more clearly and assign characters. Also, I'm absolutely swamped with tests, test prep, college prep, homework, music stuff, prom stuff, and a whole lot of stress x_x blehh

Mornings can go screw themselves.

As her alarm incessantly went off, Audrey simply rolled over and pulled the covers snugly over her head, blocking out the annoying sound. Curling up into a tight little ball, she remained like that until the alarm finally annoyed her enough to peek out from her cocoon. She groggily reached over to turn off the alarm of her phone, blearily staring at the time it displayed. 7 AM..... That's enough time for her to fall back asleep for...

Wait, 7 AM?!

Audrey bolted upright in her bed, going through a mental panic attack. She's going to be late to school! How could she not wake up? With her heart pounding, she glanced again at the time on her phone, hoping that it was just her reading the time wrong. She wasn't, and it was indeed 7 AM. Audrey was about to leap out of bed in a flurry, wildly grasping for any random clothes that lay around, when she suddenly stopped, and took a moment to think. Today, today, today... There was something important about today that she couldn't quite put her finger on....

Oh yeah, she didn't have school today.

Falling back into the bed, Audrey promptly fell back asleep. She had already wasted about 10 minutes of potential sleeping time, and she wasn't wasting anymore! She had stayed up the night before watching movies on her phone--shhhhh don't tell dad. Audrey needed that extra time to sleep and recuperate from her little movie marathon.

I mean, it's just us talking nao, if everyone wants to start somewhere else, then that's fine I guess. We can make it work. I let players pull the RP along, you know that. I'm not the BEST GM ever, but at least I can say that I don't have too much control.
