It was evening over the city, the time for food and drink to be shared and celebration and good company to be reveled in. A tavern called the Silver Lotus is a popular place on this night, many patrons were drinking and enjoying the evening. Among the patrons were a group who sat apart, taking residence in the corner. This group was celebrating as well, celebrating a job well done.

Yes, Jeremiah Cross smiled as he toasted with his friends. Though they weren't any closer to abolishing slavery they were at least making money for when the time came. Smuggling wasn't exactly the best business but it paid well.

One of his companions, Gregory, let out a contented sigh as he laid back, resting his feet on the table. “Today was good, a relatively easy job with a large payout. Couldn't ask for a better blessing.” At that another companion chimed in. “blegh, not more of your religious babble please.” Catherine was her name. “Hey! I'll believe what I want, just because you don't doesn't mean I should hide my faith.” The man responded. “Don't mean you need to flaunt it either.” At that point Jeremy had had enough. “Alright settle down you two, we're celebrating remember? Let's just enjoy ourselves.” That seemed to placate his companions, at least for a time.

After a few hours of drinking and sharing in each other's company Gregory and Catherine were both headed to bed, looking at Jeremy expecting him to do the same. “I think I'll stay down here awhile longer, go on have a good rest, I'll see you in the morning.” And with that, the hunter was left to reflect on the day's events, and to plan what was to come.
A town birthday celebration sounds like an excellent idea.
Hopefully I'll have my post up tonight, I've just had a hard time coming up with a good opening post.
The blacksmith flashed a grin. "Of course they look fantastic, only the best comes from my workshop." A little boastful, but he was always proud of his work. If he wasn't personally proud of a piece he'd never consider selling it. He set the pots on the counter and listened quietly, of course his brow raised at the mention of imported works. He never much liked the idea of shipping his pieces, in his experience most smith's who import do it through some kind of company that ends up costing the customer at least double what the work is actually worth. And also if he didn't meet with his customers face to face how could he know how to shape the metal? For instance he knew Luca would see more of those pots then Cherche likely would so he made the handles a bit larger to accommodate a growing boy's hands.

"I'm doing well. Hahahaha of course I've got time, after all I plan on asking you to pay for those pots with lunch!" On that note the smith's stomach growled, quite loudly at that causing him to belt out another large burst of laughter. "Hear that? The inner forge is bellowing for some of Master Luca's gourmet treasures."

I am so sorry that took me so long to get up Lion. I honestly forgot that I had someone to reply to, and that was why I ever did. Again, I'm really sorry. I also might edit in a post for Josh later tonight.

Hey don't worry about it, I was just concerned someone thought I quit. Honestly it's not a problem, better late then never after all ^_^b
I've been waiting for Peach to post since ever. Sooooooo yeah.
Solaire huh? Oh I like you.
I'm just gonna throw my second character's CS here. Though I intend to sit on it for a bit yet.

Name: Yu Narukami
Looks:
Game: Persona 4
RP Example: "Oh, it's a pleasure to meet you. My name's Yu Narukami I'm from Inaba. Where's that? Hahahaha, you know I think everyone says that, it's just a little town in the middle of nowhere, don't worry about it."
Weaponry: Katana, Personas
Everything happened pretty fast. They tried and failed to open the door, Ms. Asuka made it clear force wouldn't work, the Doctor tried some form of trickery but failed. Robin didn't entirely agree with the Doctor's hypothesis but it was certainly possible. "But why have us all out fight in this peaceful field? Given that this likely some form of entertainment and I'd bet we have an audience somewhere one would think atmosphere would be key. It doesn't make much sense...." Truthfully the tactician was just denying what was, in all probability the correct answer. So far he liked these people and really didn't want to hurt them.

Though he'd already given a cursory tactical analysis of them all. Asuka seemed to be a very accomplished martial artist, that would be difficult. The Doctor didn't seem that threatening, though he apparently had some martial prowess given his stance earlier, not to mention he, like Robin, seemed more of the intellectual type meaning it was a good guess he'd have some form of tome or something on him. but Viridian....There's no telling what he could do. He could very easily possess some form of hex magic that could turn Robin into a frog. No best ere on the side of caution and avoid fighting until he had a better read.

It was then that the Doctor called out to another newcomer, a man garbed entirely in green standing atop the hill. And then the door opened, quite loudly. The Doctor seemed baffled which was odd. To Robin it couldn't have been more obvious. "It seems that the green man's presence opened the door. After all that is the only condition that has changed. Unless of course someone has fallen that we cannot see."
Robin nodded at the elderly man, then to the girl who spoke. "I doubt we've seen everyone. The way the voice made it sound this competition is meant for entertainment, and what's a good show without some twists?" He shook his head, it was like the tourneys that were held in Ylisstol every year. The crowd loved seeing the underdogs overthrow the favorites. Though they cheered when the champions won regardless. Still, mob mentality is a dangerous thing.

"My name is Robin, might I ask whom you are?" It was a general question, after all the tactician just walked up and missed the prior introductions. Though the girl had called the elderly man by a title, Doctor. If he was a priest that would mean he'd have healing capabilities, though he couldn't see a staff anywhere on the man. The girl was obviously the fiery type, in fact she reminded Robin of Sully, the red knight who had the strength and demeanor to wrestle Khan Basilio and win!
